Place is very nice and clean. Walking distance from the beach and center of town. You can find everything you need in the house for a longer stay or if you like to make your own food

Visited the area for a number of years.stayed in different appartments.this was probably the best one we stayed in.

Communication with the host was smooth and as the house also has a reception. So it was easy to get the keys. The apartment itself was very well furnished and had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable. There was a grocery store nearby and the train station was not far away.

The location was not very convenient. It was quite a long walk up the hill to the beach and there is nowhere to park in the area during peak season. There was a charge for sun loungers by the pool. But these things don't depend on the host and overall everything was very good.

Very nice, fresh and clean apartment! Close to stores, a really beautiful park and ok distance to beach. Friendly receptionist and nice dialogue with land lord.

Somewhat crowded pools, especially in afternoons, then it was somewhat noisy around 17/18 hrs. Otherwise good.

Location good for both Benalmadena and Arroya De la Meil. Nice grounds and pools. Apartment overall very nice and clean but with a few minor things needing addressed.

No oven. Even a small counter top grill or halogen oven would be good. Kitchen tap needs updated. Toilet flush a bit temperamental. No English TV channels. Artificial grass on balcony needs to be secured down properly. Apartment block nice but streets surrounding it are a bit run down and unkept.
