The apartment is spacious and well equipped.

Great location everything was needed in the apartment

The location was very pretty

When we arrived there was an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke and I had to wash all the towels and bedding to eradicate the smell before we could use them. We were lucky to arrive at a reasonable time as there were no provisions for our arrival, not even water. If we’d arrived in the early hours it would have been very uncomfortable. There was stale coffee and other condiments that previous guests had left behind, but most unusable. There was black mould in the shower in the main bathroom, which with a little rubbing came away. No matter what programme you put the washing machine on it only worked on 1 programme. There were no English instructions. The TV worked sporadically. There were no channels for English speaking guests, only YouTube. To use Netflix etc you had to use your own account, which we did not feel was acceptable when you hire the property for personal use and pay a premium. The air conditioning was inefficient and very noisy and woke us at night. The glass on the patio door was loose and could be dangerous for children. The terrace furniture was very uncomfortable. Overall the apartment was dated and required some long awaited attention. We were very disappointed.

The apartment can not be Highley recommended enough. It was clean spacious perfect on every level . The location can not be better for restaurants .bars and activities . Would defiantly go back and book again

Excellent location will book again. Apartment in great condition and clean. A home from home. Everything on doorstep.

Only 2 little drawbacks no access to pool or place to leave bags if you have a late flight. However it is surrounded by beaches.

Excellent apartment in a great location and some lovely thoughtful extras such as toiletries and a welcome bottle of Cava! Have stayed in quite a few marina apartments and this one is definitely one of the best

Nothing to dislike

The location was perfect, in the harbor above the restaurants and beautiful boulevard. We loved watching people dine and walk from the balcony. Very spacious accomodation with 2 bathrooms, a bar, big TV and outside balcony with couches! Also free parking around the place on the street was a big bonus.

Some of the door handles were taped with ductape. The bathrooms were outdated and a bit filthy.. especially the harder to reach places. It could get quiet noisy outside.

A lovely apartment in a great location in the marina. Close to the beaches, restaurants and shops. Would stay again if in Benalmadena.
