This house has plenty of room. Was nice to have two kitchens. Close to the beach. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would choose it again!

This is the best location on the beach! Everything we needed was nearby. The house was immaculate with plenty of beach towels! The beach was within walking distance. We will definitely return!

The property was clean, it had more than enough room for my family, super close to the water/beach access. The house had all the amenities that we wanted! Much better then renting a hotel room!! The property manager Blanca met us at the property for check-in, she was super nice and went over every detail of the property. Communication was excellent! We highly recomend this property if you are looking for a nice/peaceful family vacation/getaway!

Our stay was great! The house is located in a awesome location close to everything you would want to do. The house was perfect for our big family trip! The showers outside came in handy. Would stay here again and again!

What an amazing VRBO duplex! We had two families, four adults 8 kids ( 17, 17, 14, 14, 13, 13, 11) and we had plenty of room. We would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back again! Both duplexes are spacious, clean, and inviting with the huge sofas and two decks with places to sit. The pool was great to relax it. It is the perfect size for 6-8 people at one time. Between the two units, it was great having two kitchens, two master bedrooms, 4 total bathrooms, two living spaces, and two washer/dryers to use. Blanca the property manager was great at communicating with us and was patient in waiting for us to arrive when we underestimating how long it would take to get over the bridge during rush hour. She made sure everything was ready for us with cable working well. This duplex is ideal for walking distance to great beach location, grocery store, food, shops, and brewery. The kitchen was stocked enough, but I would recommend brining paper plates and cups. I wish we would have bought silverware too, but we just ran the dishes everyday and it was manageable. We were able to do light cooking. Also, the water wasn’t hooked up to the fridge and the tap water wasn’t the best, so we bought bottled water. They provide an ice maker in the upstairs unit. You just need to keep an eye on it and transfer it. The bonus room with the futon off the master bedroom wasn’t as functional if you wanted a private master. We had an amazing time! Thanks!!!

Really nice and clean

This house was clean and plenty of room for 12 people. We had 2 families and it was perfect to have 2 separate units. Also great walking distance to the beach, stores and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!

Good home, comfy, good location - easy access to all locations on SPI

Location is key at this property! Steps to the grocery and a block from beach access was all our families needed. Units were clean and the beds were comfy. Plenty of room for our party of 12. The Communication and flexibility with the owners was great. We had a lovely visit and hope to visit again. Just a few things to note: only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. No dishwasher or laundry detergent, no hair dryers, and no condiments in the kitchens (salt, pepper, oil, etc.). This wasn’t a deal breaker, but we would have come a bit more prepared if we had known ahead of time.

This property was amazing!! Enough space for my family of 12. Convenient to the grocery store and a small walk to the beach. Very comfortable. The two condos was super beneficial. My parents could crash out early in the upstairs condo and not be disturbed by the rest of us in the downstairs one. 2 showers on the outside to rinse off all the sand after a beach day was a plus for our large family. The pool was also an added plus. Will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our time at the Marineros Family Beach House. The location was great, a quick walk to the Blue Marlin grocery store and a short walk to the beach as well. We had two families staying at the beach house a total of 5 adults and 5 kids and everyone was comfortable and had their own space to rest and relax. It was clean, organized, and you could tell a lot of care was put in to making sure you quickly felt at home. The hosts were responsive and answered all our questions. Great bathrooms with plenty of space in the both kitchens. If you are looking for a location to keep family close, but also not feel crammed together your search can stop here. Book and stay at the Marineros Family Beach House and make lasting memories.

We had a great time! The house was roomy and very comfortable and clean. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach, a 2 minute walk to the grocery store and also within walking distance of icecream and restaurants. We had a 3 year old so a lock on the top gate that provides access to steps going down to the pool would have been appreciated. It was our only worry.

We had a great time at the property until a few days after check out. We were told we damaged the property which we didnt. The towels we were accused of ruining, we never saw. The closet we "broke" into was fine when we left. We talked to the property manager upon leaving and none of this was mentioned. They have "pictures" so we can't argue. Take pictures when you leave so this doesnt happen to you! Also, you may need extra pillows and towels. Towels are not the best quality. Two very small pillows per bed.

Near a grocery store, lots of restaurants and shops. Close to the beach. Clean and everything we thought it would be. Enjoyed our stay!

We rented this property to spend time with our father after having had oral surgery (tongue cancer). What a beautiful place, very spacious, centralized and just a walk away to the ocean, spacious balcony and the decor throughout was very nice. The owner was very nice. I would recommend this property to anyone, you won't be disappointed!

One day it was very windy and alot of tree debri blew into the pool and the scimmer had a crack in it and we couldn't use it. Bed in the bedroom upstairs squeeked really really bad and it would roll to the other end of the room during the night. Lol. We did laugh about that. House is beautiful and location is great. Little grocery store near by was really not that much more expensive so it was convenient to use it. Blanca was a very sweet lady and was very attentive to any needs that we had. Our plane was coming in early so they were kind enough to let us chexkin a bit early to get settled. If we were to return to the island we would use this house again. Thank you for the experience.

The house was recently remodeled. It is a great house, extremely neat, and suitable for big families. We had a splendid time there. Hope to be back in the near future.

This home has recently been completely renovated inside and out. the swimming pool is great. The property has fresh coat of paint and new fixtures. I would recommend staying at this property. Management is polite and great to work with. Thank you Blanca for making our stay one of the best on the island so far.
