Just the view. I paid this property for $650.00 for 4 people occupancy. The pull out bed for 4 pax was broken. The pull out bed on top was too soft like a water bed not safe to sleep in. My sis fell from the bed due to not secured to be used. My 4 pax wasn’t able to spend time due to accommodation was not provided. I left 5 days early because the bed aren’t available for 4 pax which I paid. I reported it to the owner but didn’t do anything to resolve the problem. I need refund again on those 5 days. I checked in Jan 26 to Feb 5. But, because of all those issues we checked out Feb 1, 2024 instead. Please help me to refund my money and let me know how to resolve this. The view

The 2 units where stayed (Adrian) it’s clean, linen smells clean and good. Adrian is a simple host. U got everything you need even washing machine, condiments. We never cook but u have all what u need.its close to restaurants just across, Hypermarkt is also beside our tower. Units were located to quiet zone. We love it, even WIFI is provided and TV Plus very convenient for my dad who don’t want to miss his fav TV Patrol 👍👍👍👌👌👌👏👏👏. We had a great time and definitely high recommended and we will comeback

The reception clerk. a bit messy but maybe it’s a peak season but they are not organised and no system too. Also they have not recieved those confirmation that we had for the other room we reserved anyway it can be improved. I assume Adrian/ host will give feedback to them.

The unit location is very good 👌 superb view of Taal Volcano, great smell of the unit smells so good, almost complete utensils everything you need is there, good toiletries, plus it has a washing machine, AC is great for it has repellant so no mosquitoes. Overall very good!

The TV is not working 100% about typing the wifi password for Netflix it sucks because it was automatically exited. That's very frustrating. Clock isn't working. I hope next time they will provide slippers. Elevators sucks too slow and we almost got stuck that was scary...
