the property is clean, very relaxing :) kuya is so approachable. and it is very near to tourist spots and the property is near to restaurants, atm and 7-11. :)

the shower is not that strong. the blanket and some towels the smell is not nice maybe the fabcon they use in laundry is not nice.

The proximity to the city center was one of the reasons I chose this place. Given that traffic can be really heavy on weekends, I could just as easily walk to one of my favorite cafes in Tagaytay, other dining places, grocery and shopping malls, convenience stores and a lot more, all less than a kilometer from the place. The views from the roof deck was great!

This is not about the room itself but about some guards of Prime Residences Tagaytay. Not even smiling. They only stop you to check where you are going and demand payment. They were not very helpful in pointing us to the right receiving area (as there were different towers or entrances). Also it would be nice if they indicate in Booking.com that the fixed parking fee applies only on weekdays. On weekends, the guards charge a parking fee every time you enter the premises.

The unit has complementary accomodation from the free toiletries to the use of kitchen appliances to utensils. They also have Netflix and enabled wifi for your gadgets. Kuya Ronald is also very accomodating. If you opt for a full lake view, this is not the unit for you. However, you may enjoy the city lights at night as well as a portion of the lake view on the left side. When it comes to cooking, there is no stove. So, if you are a travel enthusiast who loves to cook your own meal, they only have the microwave as well as rice cooker. They also have an electric kettle. Also, the place is near the restaurants, malls, and convenience store so food is not a problem.

property is clean,but sad because I did not see the view of Taal because its so foggy and our balcony is not facing Taal,only side view,over all our unit its so comfy

I like how accomodating Kuya Ronald is. The place is perfect. Good ambiance and very neat.

The layout of the unit is well thought of. It has ample space for a studio unit which was converted to a one bedroom. AC is cool. The unit is equip with a smart TV and a WIFI. Mcdonald's is right across the street. A convenient store and small restaurants which serves local cuisine is right on the ground floor outside the building. There's a small veranda if you want to enjoy the view of the famous Taal Volcano (night or day) while sipping a cup of coffee or wine. The caretaker Roland is very accommodating.

The only problem when we went there was the water interruption however, the care taker were helpful to provide us with gallons and gallons of water for us to use. He mentioned that this is just a temporary thing. Over all I would recommend this place if you want to have a cozy trip with your love ones.
