Nice place in the mountains near the river. The breakfast and the kitchen is good. Friendly staff

The hotel is in a beautiful location and our room was clean and spacious with views of the mountains. Friendly helpful staff and a great breakfast. We did some fabulous walks that started minutes from the hotel. When we left the hotel manager gave us a picnic and a lift to the taxi rank to take us back into Zakopane for our bus back to Krakow.

The cable car was closed until 24/5 for maintenance and no taxis were permitted to use the short road up to the village whilst improvements are being made to the infrastructure. We would still choose to stay here again as we loved the location.

The place is really beautiful, the rooms very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and are doing their best to keep the guests satisfied. The hotel is situated in a National Park, 50 meters from the cableway which takes you to K.W. peak. If you want to visit the town though, you must take your car. Maybe there are no many bars and restaurant in the area, but that's alright, maybe the hotel restaurant could be open bit longer than 4.30, but again, that's a minor issue if you know it in advance. PS We had to leave a day earlier, and the stuff was nice to provide us some bag with fruit sandwich and water. Thank you.

The truffle Omelette was not good, was like dry and inedible

The place looks just like it does in the pictures, and it's conveniently located close to the lifts. Additionally, the breakfast was enjoyable.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Value for money proposition is out of this world. Highlights: - superb breakfast included in the already reasonable price - warm and cosy apartment - restaurant and grocery shop directly in the hotel - private parking - after 6 pm the there is barely anybody in the area , so peaceful and quiet - friendly and helpful staff .... They'll also give you some free food and drink when you check out which was a very welcomed bonus :)

The location is amazing for treks to Tatras, lift to Kasprowy Wierch.

Well, at the beginning staff behaved strangely and not welcoming us very well. Then my son was given outdated blueberries with "pierogi" and WiFi did not work for few hours for us. After this experience most changed - people were nice, food also good and WiFi worked, but the first impression was a bit weird....

Great location, very nice building, clean and cozy rooms, the food is the best and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The team and owners are professionals.

Taxis often wouldn’t drive up to the accommodation. Staff were not overly friendly.

It's right at the entrance to the Tatra National Park, so the location is excellent for the daily hikes in the mountains. Breakfasts were excellent. The semi self-service restaurant is also very good and the people working at Gościniec are very pleasant and helpful. We were surprised at checkout, when we were presented with sandwiches and water for the journey! A nice touch!

They do not clean the rooms unless you ask for it. It's a pity that we were not told about this upon the arrival. However, next time we will know. :)

Comfortable and stylish rooms, nice personnel, hotel near to lift to the mountains. Very tasty food and big portions. Highly recommend!

If you travel by car and you like nature this is an exeptional place to stay close to Zakopane, inside beautifull park. Only 3 km drive to central Zakopane. The apartment was very clean , nice decorated and very quiet. I woud like to mention specialy Bartosz and Anita for being very helpfull and warm. Last morning we got a package with sandwiches, drinks and fruits for our journey. Thanks.
