Our hosts were always available and very accommodating. The condo was very clean and had all the necessities. The location was perfect and close to everything and right on the beach. I would definitely stay again.

We are so happy we stayed at this condo. The property manager waited up for us to make sure we arrived ok and were settled in. The property owner (Roberto) went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. When we arrived at Puerto Rico, our phones didn’t work. Roberto picked me up and helped me get a temporary phone for our stay so we could travel and communicate. He also drove me around to some great places to eat while we were there. Roberto basically saved our trip and we couldn’t be more great full. I consider him a friend. The condo was perfect for my family and is right on the beach with your own private access to the beach. It was never crowded. I would definitely stay here again if given the chance. Thanks again Roberto.

We enjoyed our stay in Puerto Rico! Having access to the beach right outside our VRBO was perfect for us and was conveniently located near the airport (6 minutes) and Old San Juan (18 min). The house had everything we needed and comfortably slept our family of 4.

This apartment is in a nice, quiet, safe area very close to the airport. The beach is your backyard! The view is amazing and the apartment is very clean and updated. There is plenty of room for a family of four. The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator/freezer and cook top. There is no oven or blender. Unfortunately, one of the hurricanes damaged the pool, so that is not open as of our stay in January 2023. (Roberto told us it would not be open when we booked.) The gym has weight benches, some weights and a sauna...no treadmills or bikes. Restaurants, shops and large hotels are about a 15 minute walk. There is a grocery store in that area as well. The hotel next door does have a restaurant, bar and small casino, but there are no other commercial spaces super close to the apartment. It is a quiet area. We had no issues with taking an Uber to/from Old San Juan. Roberto and his co-host Magda were amazing! They were easy to reach, checked in on us and were very accommodating. If you'd like a clean, quiet place on the beach at a phenomenal price, this is a perfect option! Highly recommend!! Thank you, both!

Very enjoyable. Convenient to everything

I highly recommend this beautiful apartment, everything was super clean and comfortable. We had an amazing experience, close to everything, restaurants, shops, casinos. I would definitely come back.

We definitely will come back, the apartment is in a great area. Close to the airport, old San Juan. Beds are comfortable. The owners communication was the greatest. I definitely recommend this place for a very relaxing vacation. Needs a little more space for a big family, but over all this place is very nice!

Spectacular view. I loved the palm trees and white sand beaches with the tropical turquiose colored water. The apartment was a great place to view the natural beauty of Puerto Rico as well as experience the local culture. The apartment was very clean and the beds so comfortable. The living area was spacious with plenty of seating. Great location between the Marriott and the Ritz Carlton. Within walking distance to the exquisite El San Juan Hotel, the local favorite restaurant Metropol and even the food from my area of the country (Atlanta, GA) Chili's and Outback. Safety and information was readily available to us at the security station located at the front entrance. The owner was gracious and very accommodating to our needs. We had an unforgettable trip. This was a perfect place for me and the family. The condo is located next door to the Marriot on a very nice stretch of beach front. The description is exactly what you get and the condo was well worth it. I would recommend this condo to my family and friends. Thx Roberto
