Frustrating booking process with multiple threats from Luna to cancel my reservation - elevator was broken for a day having to climb 6 flights of stairs

Room could use curtains. It was very light in the morning

Advertised as air conditioned, but had one room sized ac for unit that barely kept room at 75-78ish. I'm so glad it wasn't hot when we visited.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Worst experience I had! First of all I booked a room for 3, i arrived around 8.0 p.m in Boston and noticed I had only a room for 2. I told the staff, they are responding every hour, really long. It’s only at 11 p.m that we had another room that was kinda dirty. Next morning, they want us to change the room but without giving us a new room (Great for the luggages!!!). After pushing a bit they gives us a new room BUT without any private bathroom! This was not what I booked! The public bathroom were so dirty! Pee everywhere in the toilets, bathtub dirty,… I don’t think there’s a cleaning lady coming every week. After all this problem I ask for a discount, they only reimburse me a small amount of the reservation. Anyway this place is the worst

Place was dirty, hot, and uncomfortable.

The location is great! Surprisingly quiet. Not fancy but clean and super functional. Old building, the elevator does not go to the 6th floor bout we were told about it. We would definitely return!

It was so close to everything!!! Easy to get in and out of the building. Spacious, great kitchenette

The windows looked at other windows. I thought based on the description that I’d have an actual view from the sixth floor. Nope. The A/C unit was LOUD. Like, earplugs were supplied 😆 The neighbors were noisy and because we were near the stairs, the door kept going bang bang bang. I wouldn’t have gotten this room if I’d known all these things beforehand. But I would have looked at somewhere in the same building! Room 606 wasn’t our favorite.

The amenities and lodging.

There was no expectation of breakfast. We appreciated the location. The shower and washing facilities were good.

Being given the incorrect code for the front door. Basic I think, we could have been there ages. As visitors from abroad it is not always easy to sort out a phone at short notice.

Good location

Unfortunately the electricity keeps cutting off, and when I call the manager it takes full day to be fixed to work only for few hours then cuts off again. Also, there is no house keeping to clean my room My experience is poor.
