We had a beautiful last weekend before the school year starts. Clean, family friendly property with a great location and beautiful views. Great location, walkable to the beach and store even for little legs.
Very cozy and warm. Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay in Dillon Beach at this lovely house. Property was clean, check in was easy, the views lovely and the overall experience was wonderful. Easy walk to the store and to the beach. A very peaceful place that we enjoyed thoroughly.

Basically great...house was not well stocked...view was great...parking was not great but none of the houses in Dillion beach were great...overall great stay in Dillon beach

Perfect location! The beach is just a walk away, you'll meet friendly dogs running happy and wild. The beach is private, you can walk to the beach anytime while you're checked in this location. The beach is nice- sandy, big wave at times and if you like a nice long walk, this is the place. The house is perfect as well. Clean and just as listed, we brought steak and what not. It was too windy to use thr propane grill. The stove and oven worked out just fine. Response from property manager was prompt. There is a little grocery store a block or two away from the house. They sell souvenir, wine and things youll need to make food, sandwiches, wines and beers etc. Go here,you might not want to go home! We had a fabulous time this weekend. Thank you!!

Stayed 3 nights. Walkable to Dillon beach. Comfortable bed and furniture. Nicely appointed kitchen (no dishwasher, but not a problem for us). Beautiful view off the back deck.

This is a cozy house with a great view and a deck to enjoy it. It’s very clean. The kitchen is user friendly. The beds are really comfortable. It’s within walking distance of the beach. The property managers are attentive and very helpful with issues if they arrive. Just an overall great place for a vacation.

Nice view of the ocean and beach from the back porch.Property was clean and tidy.Check in was a little challenging only because the lockbox is very difficult to open-similar for checkout.Furniture is old and a little worn but functional.Beds comfortabe.Would be helpful to have night stands on both sides of the master bed.Kitchen was good, but some of the pans are not in good repair.We would definitely stay again though.

Wanted to stay at the beach for a few days, Had never stayed in Dillion Beach before. Home within walking distance to beach , home was roomie, but dated. Bed was comfortable, and bathroom has been upgraded. Thank you

We spent our days at Lawson’s Landing with my son-in-law and family who was camping and this location was super close beautiful view overlooking the ocean.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend and really enjoyed it. The home has a panoramic view of the ocean, an open kitchen/living room layout, and super clean rooms. A comfy bed, large bath/shower, nice terrace, and enclosed back yard for our dog were all plusses. We would definitely stay here again!

We had everything needed and then some. The views are outstanding, beds are comfortable and bathroom is clean and bright. It’s just a short walk to the beach and we took advantage 2x a day. Our visit followed a huge week of wind and rain yet we were always warm and cozy.

We had a great long weekend at this beach house. Location is great, just a 5 min walk to the beach. We took our puppy as this house and the beach are pet friendly. Bed is comfortable and they had everything we needed. I recommend this place and would go back.

A few suggestions, tables on both sides of the bed, grab bars in the shower, bigger tv's and more tables in the living room. The location was great with nice views. The house had everything we needed. The beds were great. we would come back again.

So disappointing. I miss my old Dillon Beach before it was overrun by greed.
The market and beach are still as glorious as ever, but the rentals are highway robbery.

This is a very comfortable and clean property. It worked great for our small group of four. Conveniently located. Some things look a bit dated but everything was clean and in working order. Definitely would recommend and I'm hoping to return.

The house is in a great location--very walkable to the ocean, the General Store, and cafe. It was very clean. No dishwasher. Kitchen had supplies to clean dishes, make coffee, and pretty stocked with dishes/glasses. The only downside was the living room furniture was outdated and uncomfortable and there was limited seating for the deck, but overall it was a nice home.

We had a lovely experience staying at Seven Shells. The beds were very comfortable and we especially appreciated the open floor plan and outside deck with views of the ocean. Location was great. Easy walking distance to the beach and store. We will definitely plan to come back and have already recommended it to friends. Thank you!

A very nice place to spend the weekend. Everything was good but it wasn’t quite as modern as the picture appeared and it was a very short drive to the beach rather than a walk. It was about an hour to Sonoma so a little more driving than anticipated.

It is always so welcoming.The check in is easy and always good communication with Linda and John.

Easy to find, great little salt box cottage located in Dillon Beach Village. Direction were easy check in a breeze. Loved the beds, they were extremely comfortable. The location was great, close to Bodega & Tomales Bay.
If I could suggest 2 things, a tea kettle (can get an electric one from Target for 30$) would really be nice and a bath mat.

The house was absolutely perfect for myself and 3 children (ages 4-14). The location was close to the beach, which made it easy to run home for food and naps. The house was clean had some things available that we forgot to bring. Is was the perfect getaway for us.

Weekend Escape
My bestie and I needed to get away, relax, catch up, and have fun. This property was perfect. We had everything that we needed to enjoy ourselves, make simple meals, and get a little extra sleep. The property owner was responsive to our questions and everything went as expected. No problems. All good.

The house is so cute and inviting. The bed is super-comfortable and I loved sitting on the balcony reading and enjoying the view. Speaking of reading...great choice of books.
