Very good location near the beach and close to a few good restaurantants. Dragon Bridge is about 2km. Very nice hotel, lovely pool and courtyard. Nice breakfast (we even got extra mango) Friendly and helpful staff regularly checking up on you. Room was comfortable, even with the extra bed (they set us up with a couch iso chairs as we were travelling with 2 kids so they each had a bed).
A few remarks more on a personal base: guests above us were moving furniture every night which was a bit of a nuisance when we were trying to sleep. Beds were quite hard but that's personal preference.The only thing worth reviewing for the hotel would be the wet floor & elevator. People tend to go to their rooms all wet from the pool and it makes the floor very slippery.
Also the pictures on booking for the deluxe double room apparently show the honeymoonsuite so that was rather confusing as we thought we had booked that room which wasnot the case.

Although the pool was a good size there was a few different workers fixing the drainage and doing one painting while we were trying to relax by the pool - not a big deal but slightly less relaxing
Also the sun beds didn't have a cushion so weren't the most comfortable
It would be great if the hotel offered drinks by the pool as well
The location was close to the beach but a little walk to what seemed to be more of the busy bars and restaurants down quite a dark road at night time.

It was a lovely hotel in a great location
The day we checked out, we were shown on a mobile device a towel in our room which was dirty!! Towels will get dirty when they are being used twice per day, we found this embarrassing and very unusual and pretty weird to be honest. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world and have never experienced this!

It was just so pretty and quaint. It was a short walk away from most things. They gave us advice about places to go. We used booking. com car service from the airport. We kept him for every trip. Breakfast was basic but great and had everything you would want. The rooms were large. The pool was just lovely and the beach across the road was great for an evening stroll or even a swim. We also had a great view of the coastline.
In the morning children were often playing in the pool early and woke us up before 8am.

Sound insulation is not good. When the staff cleans the room upstairs or next, the noise is very clear and annoying.

The location is very good for going to the beach. The room is quite cozy and spotless. Breakfast does not inclue a lot of dishes but they are all excellent. The pool is very nice for swimming and taking photos.
Poor soundproofing makes it possible to hear the staffs cleaning other rooms while the furniture is being moved about.

The rooms were spacious, quiet and very clean, loads of room for a family of four. The pool was wonderful, a decent size, a lovely way to cool down and, most of the time, we had it to ourselves. The location is great, one block from the beach and within walking distance of loads of restaurants, mini marts and the fire-breathing bridge! The hotel arranged transport from the airport and to our next stop in Hoi An, which was very reasonably priced.
The shower door was a little bit leaky and there was a little bit of noise (but very little) from the road but I wouldn't be put off by any of that it is an excellent hotel.

Jena was amazing and very helpful in talking to us about what we had planned in Da Nang and how to make the most of our time. Staff were always ready and willing to provide assistance. The rooms were clean and the beds were large and comfortable. The rest of the hotel presents very well. It is in a good location and is a short walk to the beach.

The stay was comfortable and peaceful. Breakfast has enough options. The staff was extra helpful, friendly, and resourceful on the restaurants (don't ask any grab/taxi drivers. They take you to places where they get commission and are expensive.)
Maybe has the the pool open at 9am instead of earlier. The noise in early 8am can wake you from your peaceful sleep.

Such a beautiful hotel. We had a great stay, breakfast was yummy, location awesome and very helpful front end staff. They helped us with so many things like booking tickets to Ba Na along with organising our dragon light show boat ride. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The staff was very friendly always greeted us eith a smile and we git to check-in early. The room was nicely decorated with a nice bathtub and looking over the swimming pool. Breakfast was good. It was very close to the beach.
The swimming pool wasn't heated which was a shame. Breakfast didn't have many non-meat option so great for meat eaters but not so much for other people. We were in room 315 but there was no wifi inside.

The room was very spacious. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.
The layout of our bedroom meant the bathroom was essentially in the same room as the bed. The only thing separating the toilet from the rest of the room was a glass door that didn't go up to the ceiling. This would be fine if travelling alone but is really awkward if there's two of you as you can hear everything.
The room we were put in was above the kitchen and we could hear people in the kitchen at 5.30 am in the morning. The hotel did offer complimentary foot massages to make up for this.
Breakfast was fine, but nothing to get excited about.

Great location, you can go on foot to the beach. The swimming pool and the room, eveything seems brand new. Very nice and eficient staff. Buffet breakfast is also very good with a lot of tasty products to chose

The breakfast featured 1 Vietnamese cuisine like Pho, Bun Bo, soup etc. and a combination of Asian and western items. I wish they had a dinner buffer option, but the breakfast was the highlight of the day. It was rainy season, so sometimes we didn't want to go out.
The TV operation was difficult and not consistent. Of course, we didn't come to watch TV but due to the weather, we tried to watch more than usual. If you spoke Vietnamese, the TV channel options and operation would have been easier at times; There was no English translation of the operation of the TV; would have been nice if there was.

Everyone was kind and generous with their time and we liked the hotel.
Bookings can be made at the spa with a short notice and at a great price.
The breakfast could be more diverse, we had a long stay so it got very repetitive.
The masseuse did not speak much English so it might be little difficult for some people who aren't used to traveling in Asia or getting creative with how they communicate.

Everything is perfect is this hotel. Staff Is very kind, professional and helpful. They provide great recommendations. The massage was incredible and excellent price. The pool is amazing. The bedroom one of the best we have ever been. This hotel is SO WONDERFUL!
