An excellent resort with great facilities and the best staff I think I've ever met!

The location was right on the beach , staff was excellent , response time of the staff was beyond expectation despite being almost fully occupied rooms were very specious. The buffet breakfast had lots of options , continental to local .

The grounds and pool/beach area are beautiful. The room was nice and big with a good sized balcony. The breakfast was amazing. Best breakfast of the holiday.

The bed was so uncomfortable. Hard as a rock. No vegetarian meal options on the room service menu. And there was no vibe in the hotel. Although it was a full booked it seemed almost empty most of the time. Could do with more entertainment.

Everything was awesome ! Staff from reception to concierge , to the house keeping, to restaurants and life guards, everyone was always happy and warm. Staff NY gave us a good start when we check in, patiently helping us on the check in as we were too early for the check in time, explaining the facilities and program. Value add program like Yoga lessons from instructor Thuynguyen was great too, we enjoyed thoroughly. Free use of surfing board, kayak is really a plus, with such attentive life guards always. The swimming pool itself is big enough for kids to play, and for people who want to do some swimming. Breakfast was awesome daily. Had our fill that lunch can be skipped. One of my friend even got to do baguette lessons with the chef one of the afternoon. We also had a dinner buffet with good spread of seafood and meat, and wine too! The resort is sitting on My Khe beach, and guests have a private beach , and the beautiful and clean beach is really a big plus why we choose Pullman resort. We had a good brisk walk daily on the beach for an hour before going for our breakfast. And the best opportunity to catch the sunrise at 5.30am rising from the horizon of South China Sea. Lots of sun loungers to cater for guests with a bar counter and beach lounge. Overall, a wonderful stay in Pullman Danang Beach Resort.

There were some shades of the coconut trees by the beach which is nice. If it can plant more coconut trees on the beach, the vibes will be even better.

Food variety , staff at reception and tour desk excellent.pleasantly Would have preferred a room with beach view.

Don’t prefer window in bathroom. More attention to replenishment of crockery in buffet

Private beach, jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna was the highlight of my trip. Definitely felt relaxed using the facilities in the resort. Room was comfortable and big.

The hotel grounds are beautiful. The pool is very big -due to the climate the pool temperature is very warm, however the private beach is magnificent and clean and the water is refreshing. There are huts and lounges for you to escpae the strong sun and be in the shade. The breakfast room is very big and the variety of food would suit anyones palate. The rooms are very comfortable and a great size with a private balcony.

Loved staying at the pullman for 3 days with friends and family. Booked the connecting room for 4 people. The breakfast buffet was definitely the hilight of our stay. Lots of dishes to choose from and service was fantastic. Staff members at the resort were so friendly and very attentive to our needs. A very relaxing and friendly atmosphere. The private beach and infinity pool made the stay even more amazing. Would definitely love to go again.

It would be nice if there is a door to separate the shower area from the toilet/sink area as the water from the shower area sprays towards the entire bathroom.

Presentation and service level/efficiency was great.

Pool seemed to be lacking chlorine. Also pool temp was too hot.

Not allowed to get hotel membership points. Was not made aware until I checked in. Confirmed a bay/beach view, but was told rooms were full even though I checked in early. I suspect that it was because I used a travel app and got a discount. Hence, all the value was diverted to other customers. Very disappointed.

Duvet too hot. Would have liked a sheet Lovely pool but no natural shade, concrete so hot most people wore shoes to the pool edge. Water was the warmest I have ever found in a pool. We stayed 5 days and I spent 10 minutes in the water. We had our room upgraded then found it was the exact same room but 3 floors higher. When we realised the upgrade meant we lost complimentary breakfast we said no but we weren't allowed to go back. Not sure if it was Bookings.com's fault or the hotel's! Luckily we found a lovely French bakery down town for each day

nice room , nice view , nice beach and nice swimming pool. Ms Nguyen Thao is Brilliant to help us get lost Toys. Ms Thuy is nice and friendsly with our kids. Restaurant Chief is very friendly with alll of us and the food is nice + special Blody Marry in Breakfast. The pick up and drop off service is good- cold tower and chill water is prepare during the hot day. Every staff is very friendly ,when you meet up them at any place anytime they will said ( Xin Chao).

Good breakfast with many choices. Nice room, pool and private beach.

A bit noisy due to an event was hosting in the hotel.

The breakfast buffet was great -- lots of wonderful choices and tastes. The pool was beautiful and had a nice location next to the beach. Staff was very kind and accommodating and the room was comfortable and clean.

I would have liked being able to walk to other restaurants close by. I did not get a chance to explore the area much. However, I think it's easy to get places by car from the resort, including the airport.

great location, great beach and gym facilities. rooms were clean and comfortable - perhaps a bit on the small side.

food was only available at the place by the beach/pool and not at the larger restaurant with the nice terrace where breakfast is being served. also good quality vs price was not great. that said, it’s only a 15 min walk into a lovely quarter full of local restaurants and bars. the spa treatments/ personell was amazing. the spa facilities unfortunately not so much. the sauna was too cold and not very clean (upper benches). there is no daylight in the spa and the jacuzzi has only cold water- it’s not very inviting to stay and relax there.
