Unser Haus wurde kürzlich von Grund auf renoviert, mit einem neuen Spielzimmer, Konfigurationen mit mehreren Schlafzimmern, einer Außendusche und einem tollen Pool - ein Juwel für Familien.
Hale Makai bedeutet auf Hawaiianisch "Ocean House". Wir sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt. Unser Haus ist innen sehr warm und einladend, während unsere Außenwohnbereiche mit Tonnen von Fenstern und Glasschiebetüren integriert werden.
Unser Pool ist eingezäunt und befindet sich direkt neben unserem Lanai-Außenbereich, sodass Erwachsene sich entspannen und Kontakte knüpfen können, während sie ihre Kinder beim Schwimmen im Pool im Auge behalten.
Unser Haus ist sehr privat, in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Wir haben unser Haus und unseren Pool mit viel tropischer Landschaft umgeben, so dass Sie sich in Ihrem eigenen tropischen Paradies fühlen werden.
Wir befinden uns im Zentrum von Kihei, in der Nähe vieler der berühmtesten Strände der Welt. Unsere Lage ist direkt in der Mitte von Maui und 8 Meilen vom Flughafen entfernt, was es zur besten Lage macht, um ganz Maui bequem zu erkunden.

Beautiful home. Very roomy! Owner has thought of every need. The outside landscaping is beautiful ..heated pool fabulous! The outside storage had beach chairs and pool toys. Owner attentive to needs.

Such a wonderful experience staying here!! We are a family of 7 adults and 1 toddler and there was plenty of space. The pool area is amazing. All the pool toys and beach stuff was so nice to have. The house is clean with plenty of things to make for a very comfortable stay. Location is perfect. Debbie is so wonderful to work with as well! Highly recommend staying here!!!!

We were so happy with our stay. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was warm and clean. Everything we needed was provided in the home. The host was extremely nice and was very helpful with tips on the area. Highly recommend!

We loved the welcoming feel of this house. Had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Maui. Loved that there was plenty of towels, beach stuff and basic incidentals. Our group was 7 adults and 1 infant. We seemed to use more ice than the ice maker could keep up with and Debbie quickly dropped off bags of ice for us. So attentive to our needs.

We loved our stay. The house was perfect for our family of six adults and two children. It's very well equipped inside and has all you'll need for the beach!! The outdoor space is very private, roomy and the large heated pool was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend.

This property was perfect for our family celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. Debbie, our host, was outstanding and so very kind. The space was clean and very updated. We loved every minute of it!

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s house! Plenty of space for 8 of us ranging from 2 to 72. The ground floor master was helpful for a member with limited mobility. We enjoyed mornings at the beach with afternoons at the pool. Very clean, everything you need and Debbie was so helpful! We came shortly after the Lahaina fires and she was very responsive leading up to our time there given all the uncertainty and helpful once there. For those wondering about Maui right now, our experience was one of welcome and many thank yous from locals for coming. West Maui is closed, but the rest of the island is very open and wants you there. We wouldn’t have known anything was going on and were able to enjoy a relaxing family getaway.

We had such an amazing stay during our time in Maui! Debbie was very responsive and was always available to answer any questions/ concerns we had! There were 8 of us all above the age of 21 and there was plenty of space! The pool was excellent and the beach toys/chairs/umbrellas were such a great addition! The house was clean and well maintained! Debbie truly thought of everything! If we return to Kihei we would love to stay here again!

What a wonderful trip we had staying at Hale Makai! The home was beautiful and perfectly arranged for a family trip. The pool was perfect for cooling off and all of the outside spaces were really wonderful for dining alfresco. Debra was so helpful and kind when we needed her, but otherwise, she left us alone (well, except for the watermelon she dropped off). We can't wait to go back!!

This spacious home was the perfect location in Kihei to explore Maui, visit the best beaches, get to and from the airport and just RELAX! The beautiful pool and pool accesories were just perfect after a day of exploring. The home was a relaxing base for our large family and we couldn't have been happier!

Mahalo to Debbie! Your beautiful house, yard and pool were amazing. All eight of us enjoyed ourselves so much. Kings size beds were a plus. House is close to beach, stores and restaurants. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and water toys were a huge hit. I recommend staying at this beautiful home. Hope to be back soon.

Our family of 6 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! From the pool (amazing!), ping pong table (tournaments lol), all the beach gear (chairs, mats, towels, umbrella, wagon, pool floats, etc)!), perfect location (to get to everything!) all made our week in Maui unforgettable! Debra is super responsive, she checked in to say Hi and make sure everything was good, and even let our son and daughter-in-law checkin early as the rest of the families flights were delayed. Don’t hesitate to book, you’ll love the home!

We booked the property based on location and exceptional reviews and we were not disappointed! The property was clean upon arrival and the pool is absolutely amazing. We had 2 families in the house (4 adults and 5 children) and it fit us all perfect with plenty of space. The outdoor area really gives the house a larger feel and it’s perfect for watching the kids swim. We used the pool every day of our stay and it was really a highlight for the kids after days at the beach. Debbie was an exceptional host from start to finish and we can’t recommend the house enough for families wanting to stay in the Kihei area.

We spent an amazing week at Debbie’s house. The house is clean, spacious and with 4 bedrooms was perfect for our family of 5. The pool is clean and refreshing after a day at the beach. The outdoor space is well laid out and we are all our meals outside. Our theee boys spent (10,13 and 15) all their free time in the ping pong room or in the pool when we were not exploring the island.
The location is perfect for trips all over the island.
We met Debbie on site and had quick replies for all our communications.

The house was a perfect fit for us and our 3 adult kid and their spouses. All king beds, plenty of common area and comfortable couch. Love the outside patio and again plenty room for all of us to sit to eat and play games. We also had plenty of supplies- beach towels, chairs, coolers, umbrellas and stuff for the beach.
Only negative was little ants- was diligent about wiping counters and sweeping up, we used some ant bait things but didn’t make a huge difference. They don’t bite and hey, we are in a tropical environment so minor annoyance.

The location of the house was in close proximity to the beach, even though we had to cross a fairly busy street. It was still walkable and enjoyable. We really appreciated having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and a cooler! It made our trips to the beach so easy! The only downside about our stay was that there were a lot of very small ant like insects in the home despite keeping the trash container closed and taking it out frequently. There were a lot in the kitchen on the counter and in the cupboards where they got into some of our food items. Debbie was so responsive and helpful and even quickly brought a lighter for my birthday cake candles within five minutes of a text! Thank you for an amazing home that provided our family with so many great memories!

Believe me, the pictures do not give full justice to this beautiful home. Debbie is an absolute awesome host with prompt replies to all questions. Very convenient location for all the events going on around the island. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Maui. You will not be disappointed in this beautiful property!

This house is on a quiet street and landscaped so beautifully you feel like you’re in a botanical garden. The salt water pool was an awesome plus after a busy adventurous day. The ping pong table also provided some very fun competition. The house is super roomy and pleasingly well decorated. I would definitely book again.

On a quiet street five minutes from the beach, but very close to Safeway etc. All the rooms are a great size, lots of areas for people to be by themselves. The pool is glorious and Debbie was on hand when needed but never obtrusive. All the surf and snorkel equipment was really great. We came to celebrate a milestone birthday and the kids are already figuring out when we can next all get together...

This was our first time on Maui and it lived up to the hype. The island truly is remarkable and offers so much variety to keep a vacation fresh and exciting. This was a wonderful house to serve as home base. Our group consisted of my mother, wife, teenage daughter, 2 teenage sons, 3 year old son and myself. The house was spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. Numerous extras are included with the property and the pool was very nice. Debra was very welcoming and seemed personally invested in our happiness while visiting the island. I would not hesitate to return to this property in the future.

The property was great. It was just as the pictures showed. We had 6 adults and 2 small children. There was plenty of room. The house manager was very responsive and welcoming. Due to the number of people we had two vehicles and no problems with parking.
