Очень аутентичная гостиница. Красивый двор и территория. Персонал делал всё, чтобы угодить — очень приветливые, всегда идут на встречу и стараются решить любые моменты, хотя их особо и не было за время проживания. За свои деньги — очень хороший вариант, рекомендую.

Не то, чтобы не понравилось, но на завтрак хотелось бы чуть больше выбора. И мы жили в небольших «бунгало», что сначала немного смутило. Там довольно мало света.

This hotel has a very nice design, in pure Uzbek style. Everything works well and there is nothing you can complain about. The staff is extremely friendly and they always ask if you need anything. They seem to care a lot about their guests and their experience.

The breakfast could have more options. It was not bad, but it could have been better.

Прекрасный отель, по комфорту превзошел наши ожидания. Номер большой, красивый, теплый, в ванной теплый пол (в январе это было очень кстати) и есть все необходимые принадлежности. Много крючков, чего не хватает в европейских отелях. Прекрасные халаты и полотенца. Завтраки достойные, вкусная глазунья и очень хороший кофе, есть черный хлеб. Комната для завтрака с красивым интерьером и мебелью, что также выгодно отличает от Европы. Имейте в виду, что помещение для завтрака с отдельным входом, то есть надо идти через двор отеля. Наш номер выходил прямо во двор и не граничил с другими номерами, поэтому было очень тихо. Персонал замечательный, очень внимательный! В день рождения принесли торт со свечками. Желаем отелю процветания и много хороших гостей!

Truly Uzbekistan experience, especially the garden. The hotel is close to the metro and many local restaurants. The room was clean and big, and the staff was nice and helpful. In particular, they were so kind in arranging a late check out for me so that I can have a shower before the long flight back home. I will definitely choose Mirzo next time when I visit Tashkent.

Very friendly staff, they give you really useful and appropriate advice, many gorgeous common spaces and birdsong that takes you to a divine place. Good breakfast, good coffee.

Had early start so they had a packed breakfast. Also a free early checkin.

Abdullaziz was great person who was very kind and very helpful. Everything he has done was perfect. 1. Facilities was excellent. 2. Location was also good-near the Chorsus Bazar. 3. Breakfast was also good.

I had a problem with registration at a previous guesthouse. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They called the guesthouse repeatedly until the problem was resolved. Thank you so much. You saved me a lot of anxiety at the end of my trip. The breakfast was a fabulous buffet with great choice. The location, near the bazaar and metro was perfect. The hotel managed to blend comfort with personality.

Excellent polite and helpful staff

Rooms were small. Triple was tight. Couldn’t have had three separate beds so two were adjacent. Breakfast was sparse and somewhat random. Juice jars were empty. Too expensive for what it offered. We stayed at a similar property, if not better, for half the price on the other end of our trip to Tashkent. It also compares very poorly to all the lovely boutique hotels of Samarkand or Bukhara.

Very nice service

- The location is central and perfect - near Chorsu Bazaar/old town as well as new town - beautifully decorated exterior - very nice staff and the manager personally drove me to the train station when I was having trouble getting a taxi and about to miss my train. Huge bonus points for that!

- Breakfast was good but not excellent - My room was a bit small (however I booked a single room, so maybe it’s my fault - other rooms seemed bigger)

The architecture is spectacular looked better than it did on Bookings.com, the staff exceptionally courteous and helpful esp Abdul Aziz who coordinated with us even before we got here & Asad. Rooms very comfortable. If we return to Tashkent, we know we are staying here again. The owner Mr Murad Mirzo made us feel at home with his passion for Raj Kapoor films and rendition of Hindi songs. The Manager Mr Abdulwali was always making sure everything was running smoothly.

Beautiful gardens. Rooms are good and the staff are very helpful.

The hotel is absolutely stunning and very clean. Located very close to chorsu bazaar in a quiet neighborhood, kind staff members like Abdulaziz, Miron, and Oybek were extremely professional and helpful especially when I was in a weak state from traveller's sickness. They also helped me print out my train tickets and gave me a special deal to check out at night before my night train to Urgench. The breakfast was also incredibly varied and delicious!

Because the hotel faces a one way street, taxis approaching from the south have to go through an alleyway and many get lost or delayed. The color indicators on our room's shower were backwards.

Nothing can be perfect, but resolving issues is the sign of a good hotel. We had a small issue and it was resolved quickly and effectively. That is my sign of a place to stay. Beds comfortable, lots of pillows, good spread for breakfast. Very helpful and attentive staff. Lovely courtyard.
