The sitting out areas and the space throughout the villa is exceptional. The decor and furnishings is extremely high quality and there is a large variety of crockery / glass ware to make every meal and drink perfect! All the bedrooms are very spacious; the beds / bed linens were extremely comfy, not forgetting the beautiful ensuites. The outside area is much larger than the photos show, and there is enough sun / shade throughout the day. The facilities in the villa and around are great and our 3 families did not want to leave. (6 adults / 4 teenagers) The views are more breathtaking than described. We would definitely recommend and hopefully return to Momjan one day. ( The food in the local restaurant is delicious)!

I would like to give Casa Martin my best recommendations. What you see is what you get: A beautiful house that can easily accommodate three families with room for sociability and privacy. Casa Martin is located in Momjan, a charming little town 20 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches - and with nice shopping opportunities even closer. We loved our stay and our contact, Erika, made it all very easy for us and provided a great service.

We missed a coffee machine or a plunger jug - but everything else was tip top :-)

The air-conditioning and wifi needs servicing and upgrade.

This Istrian villa in a historic town of Momjan was more than perfect fit for our group. It is incredibly spacious, with luxuriously large bedrooms and comfortable bathrooms. Common areas are vast in size and we truly appreciated well equipped kitchen. We also liked sauna, fitness area and common areas in the cellar. Exteriors are extremely well thought through, with lovely pool area and many other sitting sets offering numerous opportunities to socialize. Tajana was also a great host, very helpful and friendly. This property is an architectural pearl with many intricate detailes, which won’t leave you unimpressed.

House is extremelly spacious and comfortable. View from the upper terrace is magnificent. Few great vineries and restaurants are on walking distance. House facilities like barbecue, sauna, gym and vine cellar give house an added value to have relaxing time throughout the day.

Wi-fi could be better.

The house is stunning and very comfortable- there were 11 of us and there was so much space. A beautiful house with lovely furnishings.
