Fincaferien für die ganze Familie, Mehrgenerationenlocation oder Urlaub mit Freunden, hier ist alles möglich!. Das Objekt besteht aus einem Haupthaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, Wohnraum, Gästetoilette,großer Küche und riesiger Terrasse mit BBQ . Zu dieser Bereich gehören ein Whirlpool und eine Sauna. Weiterer komfortabler Wohnbereich der Finca ist ein Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Küche, 2 Bädern,Wohnraum,Essbereich,Terrasse und ebenso kleiner Pool, Sauna mit Whirlpool. Eine inseltypische sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage mit privatem Pool rundet das Objekt ab. Die Finca bietet Platz für 10 Personen !. Alle Gäste werden am Objekt erwartet und eingecheckt. Bei Ankunft wartet ein Wellcome Package mit Wein, Bier, alkoholfreien Getränken, Obst und Snacks auf Sie, Handtücher,Bademäntel und Bettwäsche sind im Mietpreis enthalten.

Really enjoyed our stay here, myself and 3 friends. Better than the photos show....this place is huge. Very comfortable and has a very large outside area. Great lighting for chilling in the evening. Outdoor barbecue was used almost every day. Great saunas and hot tubs which we used every day and evening. Matthias was very helpful. Easy check in for keys. 10 minutes walk down to the beach. Would definitely rent this again.

Beautiful villa, very well equipped and comfortable. The pool and outdoor facilities all very good. Considering it’s such a high spec villa it’s a shame there isn’t air conditioning.
The villa is quite a long way from things and some of the taxis didn’t know where it was and even First Minute Transfers which we’ve used many times couldn’t find it.
The villa could do with an information file with maybe directions , taxi numbers , emergency numbers, bus info etc.
Matthias very good and we had a lovely family holiday.

We had a fantastic holiday it was 2 families with kids and both the apartment and main villa provided ample of space for each family and the large pool was amazing. The location was only a short walk to both the beach and supermarket and the hosts that met us at the villa were lovely so was the wine and beers/soft drinks left for us on arrival we would definitely book again in the future. Thanks for everything.

Joint family holiday
We had a fantastic holiday it was 2 families with kids and both the apartment and main villa provided ample of space for each family and the large pool was amazing. The location was only a short walk to both the beach and supermarket and the hosts that met us at the villa were lovely so was the wine and beers/soft drinks left for us on arrival we would definitely book again in the future. Thanks for everything.

Kids loved pool, walk down to town 15/20 mins for us, bit longer coming back. Lidl 10 mins away on foot and also spar bit further on. Highly recommend for location, views and so peaceful. Would use again for family holiday. Thank you.

Really enjoyed our stay everything was just as described. A little hard to find and the last piece of road is not tarred, but we got there with a little help from Mathias who was on hand and very attentive. This property doesn't have many British TV channels and the board games were not in English, although this was not an issue it would have been nice. Also no sun bed towels for the purpose so remember to bring these with you. The pool and hot tubs were really clean, as were all the amenities. Well done to the Finca Sin Pena team for providing such a great facility.

It is a really beautiful place to enjoy your time off. Everything looks good and clean. We rent a car and that is something we would also recommend when staying here. The pool, sauna and hot tub made the relaxing holiday complete! The host Matthias is friendly and truely helpfull. We enjoyed it so much we are planning to go again. Thanks for the great stay.

It is a really beautiful place to enjoy your time off. Everything looks good and clean. We rent a car and that is something we would also recommend when staying here. The pool, sauna and hot tub made the relaxing holiday complete! The host Matthias is friendly and truely helpfull. We enjoyed it so much we are planning to go again. Thanks for the great stay.

Property was just as described. Exceptionally clean on arrival. Very well equipped. Mateus was an excellent host, very helpfull and friendly. We had a fantastic view of the sea We were a party of 10 adults and we had plenty of room. Sound system was excellent. Lidl really close by for food shopping. We had BBQs most evenings. Would definatley go again. Only down side, its quite a way a up the hill but a taxi from beach or harbour was only 3 or 4 euros. We walked most times but it would be a problem if you had mobility issues. Overall it was excellent. The best Villa we have rented.

After arriving 3 hours late due to flight delay,we were greeted by matthias and his partner who had very kindly stocked both kitchens with all the essentials we needed after a long journey.After brief instructions and a tour of the villa matthias left us to it saying that he would return in the morning it was01.00 by then.The whole family(12) loved the villa pool fantastic,hot tubs magic,and the views are incredible and you never tire of them,especially when listening to your favorite tunes on the hifi that plays wherever you want it to.thankyou matthias for being a fantastic host.

Excellent location for relaxation and paty as well for families or friends. House is fully equipped, pool, sauna and hot tube is clean snd high quality. We spend there 1 week with my family and kisd, adults and grannies are enjoyed as well. There is a HiFi system what you can listen in and outside. We had great parties every evening. I recomend this property!
