This apartment is a perfect self catering facility. The sun terrace is great and gets the sun all day long. The communication from Pablo is excellent from the the time of your booking to the time of your departure. The complex is spotless and the pool area is quiet and cleaned on a regular basis. Pool towels are provided which is a bonus. Very quiet at night too and away from the main drag. It is a short walk to the shops and restaurants and also the Spar and Lidl are also a short stroll away too.

I booked this apartment after reading previous reviews. I found all the minor complaints to be unnecessary and to be unfounded. There is Air Con in the bedroom. The bed sheets fit the bed. The supermarkets are all nearby to provide any SELF CATERING supplies you require.

Lovely very clean and cosy one bed apartment in a very quiet part of PDC so you can sleep very well despite being a 10 minutes walk from bars etc. The outdoor terrace is extremely private and gets the sun all day. You can see the lovely blue sky and blue sea so the name is appropriate. We had a very relaxing week . Managed very well with great communication to access the keys etc.

Nothing wrong with apartment but not a fan of the strip area of PDC .

Schönes gemütliches und helles Apartment im 1. Stock einer Anlage im "Manrique Stil". Besonderheit dieses Apartments war der direkte Zugang vom Wohnraum zur schönen grossen Terrasse mit neuer bis zum Boden reichenden Glasschiebetür. Freier Blick über die Häuser der Nachbarsiedlung bis zum Meer. Ruhige Lage im Puerto del Carmen. Netter Kontakt mit unserem aufmerksamen Vermieter Pablo!!

lovely clean apartment close enough to the beach/bars/restaurants but far enough away for a quiet restful sleep. The neighbourhood was very peaceful which made it a very relaxing holiday. Host sent excellent key instructions by WhatsApp with photographs of how to reach the apartment which was a great help. He also arranged a taxi back to the airport as Uber doesn’t operate on the island.

The apartment is very clean with everything you need . There are plenty of towels for showering and swimming pool a washing machine for convenience . Overall this apartment is nice and light with a sunny balcony , location is quiet and peaceful what’s not too like
