We were visiting family in the neighborhood, so this was a perfect location. Space is well equipped and spacious. We had an issue with a shower, but it was resolved within 30 minutes! Great host and extremely responsive.

Excellent - very responsive host

We rented this place for our family while we were in SLC for a wedding. What a gem! The location was perfect for us, very central to all the activities of the weekend. The unit itself was fabulous! I've never seen a better stocked VBRO. Literally everything and anything you need was provided. The host was so friendly and responsive. We had a couple hiccups with things like the keypad on the door (but he had a backup key available so it wasn't an issue) and the coffee pot (our bad, not his) and he was so prompt to come to our aid. My child asked if we could move to that house instead of our house because he was so enamored with all the toy options available and ping pong table. :-) The only downside and reason for a 4 star review is that the upstairs tenants while we were there had 2 large (beautiful) dogs that were active all hours of the night which made sleeping in one of the bedrooms a challenge. Luckily there are 3 bedrooms so some shifting around was doable and all was well! All in all I would definitely recommend this spot!

We had a great time here. This was the most well stocked, convenient place we have stayed at. Pictures and description were spot on. Room was perfect for 10 adults! The location to everything was great, including grocery store and restaurants.

I have to say this was an amazing experience using VRBO and booking with ADAM! The place was more than perfect, so much space for the kids to play with the ping pong table and the dogs to lounge around without having to feel clustered. The adults were able to enjoy time as well without the kiddos being on top. The rooms were super spacious too! Adam provided incredible check-in details making it so easy and stress free at the arrival. The area is incredible aswell, lots of options to walk and explore through the neighborhood or straight into a DOG FRIENDLY CAYNON! ( few in Utah ) the little shopping center 3 min walk, provided all the needs, the car was barely used which allowed us to truly enjoy our outdoors time. Adam also provided so many amenities, it was great to see how detailed and a great host he is. The place was spotless, the beds super comfy and the bathrooms had separate areas so one could be showering while the other brushing teeth and no one was fighting for bathroom time. ( kids bathroom) Master bed / bath gave privacy to the adults when needed! Decor!! A+++ so many fun and ecclectic things to look at. Dogs had a little pen outside that made our life a lot easier when we just needed them to have their time aswell. This was a great stay in a great house in a great location.

This place is everything it was advertised to be and more. The space was clean and spacious, with lots of natural light. Beds were comfortable, nice big screen TV in the living area and the ping pong/pool table was a nice touch that our crew really enjoyed. But what impressed us the most was how well-appointed it was. Adam has thought of absolutely everything. If you forget something, there's a very good chance it's there. Made our stay so much more seamless and enjoyable. Adam is a great host, very communicative and always on point if a question pops up. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in SLC to ski!

We needed to find a place to stay for almost a month while my son trained in Park City. Adam's place fit the bill. Loved the space and the brightness of the garden-level suite. This place is SO well appointed - Adam has provided everything needed for a great stay. If there is anything you forgot, there is a great chance that he can fulfill your needs.

Place was clean, lots of space, beds were comfortable and a great location next to the grocery store, ski rentals, and local bars. We had a blast. Adam was a great host, had no idea he was even upstairs.

Adam was a great host. The place was very cute and the Location was spot on for skiing. The apartment was well equiped and more than exceeded our expectations.

The house was perfect for us (parents, adult kids, and dog) and had everything you could ever need (or forgot you'd need!). It's in a great location and Adam is fantastic host. We even had one winter storm day when we didn't ski and had a great time at the house and in the city. Easy access to the slopes, nice little yard for our dog, and plenty of room for everyone and our equipment. Hope to come again soon!

My family and I spent Christmas and New Years at Adams place and had a great time. The location was ideal being within walking distance to restaurants and shops, and only 25 minutes to Park City. The place was stocked with pretty much everything you could need on vacation and the pool/ping pong table was fun for the whole family. Our only complaint was a couple nights we had trouble sleeping due to the noise from people walking around upstairs late at night. Other than that, this was a great trip and I would highly recommend Adams place.

This is a great rental! The place is nicely finished and stocked with everything you need for cooking in. Be sure to check the supplies before you go to the grocery store! Spices, Coffee, Condiments were available. The beds were comfortable too. We were in the area to ski at Park City and we loved that the rental was close to the interstate. We would definitely stay here again. The owner is very responsive and gives you all the information you need before you arrive so it would be helpful to print iit off.

This space was perfect for our family of 6. Adam was accommodating and quick to respond to all of our questions. The kids loved the pool/ping pong table. It’s a great location— close to some delicious restaurants and downtown and Big Rack Shuttle picks up right across the street for mountain biking for wasatch front trails. Overall, our stay was wonderful and would definitely come back!

I do wish the kitchen and dishes had been a little bit cleaner when we arrived, but not a big deal. We enjoyed our stay and took advantage of proximity to Mill Creek Canyon to go hiking

On the last night our family walked to a snow cone hut and watched the sun go down over the West Mountains. The host was on top of everything. Informative, welcoming, checked on us to make sure we had settled in. Got along with our little dog. Our family happily recommends this property.

The neighborhood was fine, but the house's garage had a broken window, which creates an uneasy feeling. The driveway is very tight to park, even for a small suv. The backyard is nice and tidy. Initial feelings were good when first entering the unit, its big and spacious, and smelt clean. The TV only has a local antenna on it, no cable. The sofas were dirty with hair and food crumbs, and are not the type you can lounge on. Its a basement, so it has a low light feeling in the bedrooms. Both bathrooms appeared very clean at first, but I needed to pull the vacuum out to take care of the hair. The master suite had a broken mirror, and a broken door to the bathroom, which was quite annoying for privacy. When the master toilet flushed it caused a gurgling sound in the kitchenette that backs up to it and caused a slight odor. The bed was hard as a rock and not comfortable to lay on. The first two-bed room was the best of the two, and had comfortable beds. Unfortunately, once we pulled the covers back on one of them, there was a huge nasty unrecognizable stain that pushed us over the edge. The two-bed "monkey" room seemed a little dusty and outdated, and frankly freaked everyone out. Overall, we were very disappointed and ended up leaving at midnight for a hotel. I was able to get a refund on 2 of the 3 days we had it reserved, but not the first for some reason. I would not recommend this for a family stay, this felt more like a college stoner ski trip stay. There was plenty of artwork about drug use which seems like they would cater to that crowd.

Nice rental, host Adam supplied all essentials needed, and provided everything for a smooth check in and out. Very clean inside. Grocery store just down the street. Beautiful area.

Excellent, very well stocked (as in bring no toiletries except your makeup ladies), convenient to everything (ski resorts, downtown, southern part of valley, middle of valley, anywhere you want to go), grocery store and coffee shop you could walk to, residential area so I even took a couple of walks in the neighborhood like I belonged there. My family went skiing for 3 days of our trip. I spent my days visiting friends as we used to live in the area. It was a great trip. The house is amazing. If you are looking to stay, I highly recommend this place. Adam is a wonderful host!

We had a very nice stay at Adam’s place. The unit was spacious and had lots of things to do for our kids (ping/pong, games, billiards, etc). The backyard was fenced and great for our dog. The location is amazing for skiing! We went to Deer Valley/Park City (30mins away) at the beginning of the week and Snowbird/Alta (30mins the other way) at the end of the week. So easy and convenient! Our kids also loved being close enough to walk to groceries and restaurants. Adam quickly responded to our requests through email. We could hear him and his dog occasionally, but I’m pretty sure our family was much louder than him! Overall, we would recommend staying there for a great ski trip. Utah mountains are beautiful!

Plenty of room to cook, hangout, and have a chilled in night after a full day on the mountains. Adam was great with communication and very laid back. Location was the key to this place close to supermarket and snowboard rentals. Great experience and trip! I’ll be back :)

The space was perfect for our family of four working from home and skiing whenever we could. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. We could not ask for a better location to go skiing. Adam was an excellent host. We'd love to return in the future.

This property had everything my group of 7 needed for our ski vacation. The location was perfect and Adam had plenty of supplies to ensure the quality of our trip. I recommend paying extra for the hot tub as this was super soothing after a hard day of skiing.

This is a fantastic, affordable, super clean place to stay that is centrally located between great places to ski! Near good restaurants. Plenty of room, nice beds and nicely appointed with up to date furnishings. Loved the interesting, fun artwork! Enjoyed the hot tub too, also very clean. Did you forget your toothbrush? Did you have to toss your shampoo or conditioner at the airport? Well, this place was stocked! Never have we stayed at a place so well stocked with these things and more! The owner was friendly and helpful. We would definitely choose to stay here again and recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, conveniently located home to visit Salt Lake.
