I didn't like the twin beds and the cleaning.

Breakfast was great, did not like to see flies on the fruit 🙈 But great variety of food. Lovely to sit outside in the morning and looking on the boot. Staff really friendly!

We got lots of bites by midges at night time 🙈 They seem to be plentiful in that area. Maybe advise by stuff that this can happen and what to do about it would have been helpful.

No fault of the hotel management but right outside the building was on-going extensive improvement works to the sea wall and its environs. This included a large digger and a succession of lorries taking away rocks away the bay area. So, as a consequence very noisy and smelly from the vehicle engines. So, we couldnt really use our balcony or the hotel terrace during the day. My understanding that the work has over ran and been going on for months. I'm sure the bay will look fantastic when the works have finished!

Great, clean facilities including a lovely pool and restaurant. The staff were very helpful and the location is very unique and idyllic.

The parking was an issue, but we eventually found a place with the help from staff. Unfortunately, there was construction outside our room which was quite unpleasant, but this was no fault to the hotel.

the hotel is fantastic it is amazing view from rooms and staff could not be faulted they are the most amazing genuinely warm and helpful staff we have ever encountered but also very professional in their work they could not do enough to help and do it with the biggest smiles Rooms were fantastic modern and not a chip on furniture or scuff on wall to be seen, balcony’s fabulous and if could have sat and enjoyed would have been tempted not to move off all day views so amazing but Madeira so beautiful would have to make effort Pool area roomy and relaxing The area and views outstanding beauty Breakfast had everything you could want Easy access to other parts of the Island Would have rated 100% but for the construction around

unfortunately the building work around and on the bay front which hopefully will soon be completed, spoilt what could have been the best Hotel stay we have ever had Beautiful surroundings but sadly we could not enjoy sitting and relaxing as we would have wanted due to the noise and dust on the bay Did not cater for children’s meals in restaurant

The location was excellent. A perfect place for rest overlooking the sea.

It was unfortunate that there was a construction going on when we stayed.
