+fantastic location with very nice view on bananas and ocean, quiet place to stay, with big terraces +big house, well equipped, comfortable beds, clean and cosy, 2 bathrooms +parking inside

On first arrival, you need to get acquainted to the steep streets in Madeira. The road to the house in particular. Funny to notice how quickly you get used to things like this. The house has two terrases and a big privat parking place, two floors, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. Great place to stay with you family, also with small kids.

Since the property didn't have a number attached, it was a bit hard to find. One of the double beds was pretty soft, the rest fine.

Little far from shops, 15 minutes walk

Honestly, the house had everything we needed and the host was extremely nice. She gave us recommendations on what to visit, and where to eat. The location was on a hill overviewing banana trees and it was on a quiet road. It was quite central in the sense you have amazing acesses to every part of the island, and plenty of amazing restaurants and super-markets close by (max 10min by car).

The only thing that comes to my mind is the road leading to the house. It is a sloping narrow street, I would advice renting a smaller-medium sized car. The first time might be "scary", but after that you get used to it. A plus side is that you can only go down the road, one way only. So really, it is not difficult if you are careful.

House, location, lovely kitchen..

We enjoyed the house, sitting eating at the terrace. The rooms are lovely decorated, we had everything what we needed... Location was also very good..

Driveway to the house is steep but at last it's more adventure. The house was so lovely with amazing view from the terrase. Ideal for group of 5 people. Fully equiped and the beds were really comfortable. We couldn't be more satisfied. I want to thank our nice host.
