I loved the location of the proper then the whole make. My room was beautiful and beds were comfy and clean. The common area was really interesting with a lot of activities and instruments.

If you find this property, book it. This was the first time I found a hostel that was in the middle of a forest, surrounded by tea and cacao plantations. Amazing structure, many guests, helpful staff, good restaurant and good utility such as laundry.

The guests get a bit loud in the evening with parties etc. I didn't get to sleep well in the 8 bed dorm because the rest of the beds were given to loud groups on 2 separate occasions.

The location and views. The staff was nice and responsive and the property was pretty clean considering how muddy it is around.

The food needs to be better in quality and quantity. Two full servings of chicken don’t even feed one person. The bathroom geysers are tiny and barely give out any hot water. Need more people in the staff for better availability.

The location is exceptionally good amidst tea estates. Sun set is beautiful too. Staff and property. Suggestion: pls provide 1 pair of bathroom slippers in every dome. Also, very limited options to hang towel/clothes in the bathroom

Service response in the restaurant could be more efficient. Food is good though The swimming pool is just about as big as a bathroom. Cute for a dip or chilling next to but not practical to swim in.

The infrastructure was great, I really enjoyed the feel and look of it. Even the views and surroundings were great. Great wifi. Although the pool is 200% dysfunctional :P

I didn’t like the fact that it completely steered away from a hostel concept but I guess zostel now is more of a brand without the hostel energy. There’s no kitchen available so not suitable for longer travels. Like I said, it’s not a hostel. More of a economic hotel with dorms. Too many groups travelling so again not the best for solo travellers. The location is so remote there is nothing nearby in terms of food. closest is 15km down the hill. the cafe at the zostel serves inedible food and if you’re lucky then you’ll get below average food.

Location and room size was great. Overall quality of bed and mattress was also good.
