proximity to center good staff clean rooms

The location was good. Near Westgatemall which all basic needs can be completed easily.

Waterpressure was weak and the breakfast and restaurant vibe can be improved.

The location is excellent, you may go to Westgate by foot and very practical to move around. The view to the forest is amazing in the top floor. The people at the reception, restaurant and maintenance are great, extremely friendly and helpful.

There is no real coffee, that's a shame in a country with amazing coffee.

The rooms are very spacious with large windows😍😍😍😍😍The WiFi was good also

It’s very spacious and clean, the staff are always friendly and happy to help, couldn’t ask for more in a hotel, especially at such a good price!

A few of the staff I.e maids and restaurant cashier threw some rude looks.

Large bright rooms, big working desk and walkable area.

The food was nice and affordable.

The rooftop could’ve had entertainment.

The bedding and towels were a bit dated and not very clean. Broken wardrobes

Staff are great, helpful and friendly. Location is excellant being close to Westlands, area felt very safe.

The hotel has no lobby, the restaurant was closed they were outsourcing so if you ordered any food it came from a nearby restaurant. The rooms are large but very basic which is fine for the price you pay. The window in the room didn’t lock at all, the area didn’t feel that safe. We didn’t sleep as there was dogs barking all night / morning. I had two nights booked here, We got up early and checked out a day early. The receptionist didn’t even question why we were leaving early so I wouldn’t be surprised if this was a regular thing. I was really disappointed with this hotel as all the reviews on Booking.com seem to suggest this is a nice place. next time I’ll check Tripadvisor as well as booking.com
