Karl and Maria’s place was everything I was looking for. The kitchen was well stocked, it was an acceptable distance to the beach, grocery, restaurants and a park. There were hardly any problems and when there was Karl was quick to fix them.

The location near the airport made it easy to get to and easy to get out from. The house was very clean and exactly as described. Worked perfect as a midway location for all we wanted to do during our stay.

This place was small but just right for 2 people. It was a gated community with strict entry so it was very safe. The hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. We would definitely revisit this location in the future.

Comfortable stay, with a beautiful patio. Very basic kitchen, as described. The location is walking distance to a beautiful beach, but you do need a car to get around if you are there for more than a couple days. Karl and Maria are wonderful hosts, gave some great info about places to visit.

The hosts responded to my calls at all times and very helpful. Will definitely return to that location and refer to my family and friends.

We stayed at this location for 10 days and everything was amazing! Maria personally greeted us upon arrival even though our flight was delayed and we arrived way later than expected. The studio was smaller than we thought, but ended up being perfect for my husband and I. Maria and Karl were very welcoming and very knowledgeable about things to do in the area. Walking distance to the beach and several restaurants as well! My husband and I enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again! Simply amazing!!

We toured the whole island in separate directions and able to return each night, with one exception,. we stayed one night in southwest sector, but kept this just incase!!

Location is convenient. Near to all except for the gate code that can give you a hard time getting in and out the village.

Amazing property minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in San Juan. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and very detailed in every aspect of the trip, from booking to meeting me personally for the check in. Highly recommend.

Maria and Karl have a nice studio apartment with a small private patio that opens up to their larger backyard patio--a nice place to read. The secure location has its own parking space, and is a great base to explore the rest of the island--10 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to Viejo San Juan. A short walk to Panadería España and then just across the pedestrian bridge to the Isla Verde beach.

The pictures on VRBO don't do this place justice. Very secure. Karl and Maria were very nice. Walking distance to several resturuants and bars. Very quiet. Ice cold air conditioning. Outstanding value for the money. Would stay here again in a heart beat. The bed was comfortable, I slept like a baby. The television has a lot of optional programing (english). Great parking. Beautifull landscaping. The place was very clean, bedding, shower, bathroom etc. It is small and cozy.

Good central location to have day trips to experience all corners of PR, outside metro area. Karl and Maria are pleasant, knowledgeable and great hosts. Nice beach within walking distance.

The property was perfect for 1-2 people. There is a nice patio area to use. There are restaurants in walking distance and a great beach.

Could've used a full length mirror, a few more dishes i.e. coffee cups and bowls. There was only enough room for one chair in the room. Pluses include patio area was lovely, nice and private. We appreciated the large table with umbrella and use of the gas grill. Good security. Great proximity to the beach and a few restaurants. Nice extras such as beach chairs.

Maria let’s you use her private patio that she has turned into a tropical garden. She even let us have some passion fruit from her passion fruit tree. She provides great recommendations for things to do and is very quick and good at communication. It is a gated community so there is security/safety there. We had a late (2am) and Maria made it so simple. Perfect couples space. Just the right size. A little farther from things than we thought, so a rental car is a good investment , but the host recommendations were spot on and we had a great relaxing escape 😀
