Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cette maison fonctionnelle, confortable, propre. Les enfants ont passé de supers moments à jouer dans la piscine et la plage est proche à pied. La literie des lits doubles est excellente. Tout est propice au repos. Les vélos à disposition et les nombreuses pistes cyclables permettent de faire les petites courses du quotidien, d'aller flâner sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les bons pizzas pour le soir de notre arrivée: après la fatigue du trajet, c'est une attention délicate.

Très agréable villa tout confort : piscine, transat, clim. .. beaucoup de vaisselle ce qui est très appréciable à 10. Villa à proximité de la plage: nous y allions à pieds avec notre enfant de 5 ans. Vélos très pratiques pour faire de belles ballades... en conclusion : un sejour superbe avec un accueil tres agreable et des renseignements bien utiles pour connaître la région!

A lovely villa, very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday including very comfortable beds. There was plenty of space for all of us. The garden was peaceful and the swimming pool was excellent and a perfect temperature. The descriptions on the website were very accurate and everything was exactly as expected including the 8 bicycles which were very much appreciated. The villa was in a quiet residential area very close to the beach and a short distance from the centre of St Cyprien. There were some local shops just around the corner and a very good supermarket a short walk or cycle ride away. We were well placed for exploring the local area using cycle tracks or further afield in the car and we enjoyed visits to Collioure, Elne, and Castelnou.Cyrille was very pleasant and friendly; he replied efficiently to all my emails and gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived. He was extremely helpful and gave us lots of useful information about the area which helped us to start our holiday well. We really appreciated the beds being made up for us on arrival and not having to bring any towels and sheets. The Sunday to Sunday booking was a big advantage too as we were able to get good flights to Perpignan from the UK.We would love to have stayed another week and would definitely go back again.

Nous avons passés un séjour en famille "exceptionnel" dans cette maison tout confort au calme mais proche de la plage (piscine eau 28°, jardin, transat,...) merci à Laurence qui est là pour nous accueillir et pour nous faire profiter des bonnes adresses....c'est parfait !

Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifiques dans cette maison très bien située. L’accueil fut très chaleureux et nous recommandons vivement cet endroit aux familles. Petit bémol, les vélos mériteraient un petit coup de jeune car ils sont très pratiques pour se déplacer.

Superb villa, perfect for two families. Location great, beach 5 minute walk away with great beach bar. 15 minute stroll to the harbour and large selection of restaurants. Cyrille and Laurence are lovely and very helpful. We would definitely stay there again. The Williams Family, Cheshire.

Superbe séjour dans cette belle maison très confortable. Largement la place pour les 10 personnes que nous étions. Calme tout autour de jour comme de nuit. Piscine, barbecue, vélos,... En fait, pourquoi sortir de la maison. Il y avait tout pour le repos, la joie et la bonne humeur ! Merci pour le service, notamment lors de notre arrivée tardive (!) et pour le ménage lors du départ. Nous serions bien resté encore 1 ou 2 semaines. Mais voilà, le travail nous appellait ! Nous savons aussi que le propriétaire (très à l'écoute) va revoir le parc de vélos. Bien à vous.

We (just the two of us) had a nice time in this house. Enjoyed it very much. Location is perfect, close to the huge beach and just a few minutes to the bakery. Bikes were ok but not the newest ones. Wouldn't plan a 20km tour but for short track perfect. The house was as described on the webpage, no negative surprises. 2 kitchens are really cool to have, wireless network worked perfectly, pool and garden very nice. On our last day we could even enjoy the heating as it turned pretty cool outside. But heating switched on automatically. One of the best things for us was the Olive tree in the garden. Cyrille, who is really a very nice and helpful person, gave ue the permission to collect some Olives. So we bought a bucket and filled it with fresh Olives. He also instructed how to treat them afterwards as you can't enjoy them raw. With his explanation and some help from Google we managed it. Even today (10 months later) we still have some left and enjoy them. Everytime we eat them the memories of a great holiday return. By end of Septemer St. Cyprien is really silent. Almost no tourists left. The beach is empty. Weather was a mix of everything. Sunshine, wind not to say storm, rain, thunder storms. We had everything. And it was great. For people who like fresh fish: have a short bike tour to the harbour at 8 am. Every day fresh fish!! So great and delicious. A real must.

The location was amazing, right next to the beach and we loved our morning cycles to the boulangerie. The property was very clean and well maintained. The garden was great and the pool was a perfect temperature and lovely and clean. The customer service was great and the owners were very helpful. My only comment would be that there should be some more mugs in the property and perhaps some plastic cups and bowls for small children. Other than that it was perfect and we would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Large, well equipped house in quiet location however only 2 streets from the golden sandy quiet beach, 1 minute from patisserie for the morning croissant. Restaurants and port not far away either. Bicycles provided were excellent for going on the promenade to take kids to amusements in evening. Cyrille (the owner) very attentive and kind in answering any questions. The large pool was excellent and cleaned on a regular basis. visited Mas Alart for lunch and wine tasting (local vineyard), went to Salvador Dali museum in Figueres and Aqualand is in St Cyprien. Fantastic for two families as there are 2 sets of living areas. I would recommend this to anyone.

Avons passé une superbe semaine, même en basse saison. Je confirme, l'immeuble en face est bel et bien terminé. Plus de bruit du tout. Mon mari et mes enfants (10 et 14 ans) ont innové la piscine chauffée avec la nouvelle pompe à chaleur, et oui, même au mois de mars !! L'eau était à 19°. Il manquerait peut être 2 à 3° de plus, mais vraiment, rien à redire sur cette belle maison. L'accueil est excellent et la région magnifique. A renouveler.

A deux familles avec 4 enfants entre 5 et 10 ans nous avons passés deux semaines magnifiques dans cette belle maison bien entretenue. Nous avons surtout apprécié la proximité des petits commerces et de la plage avec ses restos de plage et surtout la piscine. (pour les adultes elle pourrait être un peu plus longue, mais les enfants ont adoré) La maison est également idéalement situé pour faire des visites touristiques de toute la région midi-pyrénées. Accueil chaleureux et simple. A recommander sans bémol!

Villa grand standing avec climatisation, piscine, 2 terrasses ainsi que 2 cuisines, pelouse, jardin bien entretenu. Mais s'il y a un mais, trés peu de rangement pour les vêtements, aucune armoire, aucun placard,a notre arrivée l'état de propreté des fours, frigo et lave vaisselles laissait à désirer. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances,la villa est trés spacieuse et trés bien située: prés des commerces (boulangerie, presse, épicerie etc...)ainsi que de la plage. Cette location est idéale pour du farniente ou pour des vacances sportives. Nous ne manquerons pas de faire de la publicité pour cette Location.
