Beautiful Waterfront Condo, Boat dock, 2bd/2bath, washer/dryer, great fishing!
Unsere 2 Schlafzimmer / 2 Bad Wohnung mit Blick auf das Laguna Madre Bay aus. Instant-Boot Zugang zum Inter Wasserweg und Packery Kanal, die führt in Laguna Madre und den Golf von Mexiko. Wir haben den besten Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang auf der ganzen Insel. Waschmaschine Trockner in der Einheit, voll ausgestattete Küche, gratis WiFi, drei Flachbildfernseher, Kabel und habe ich erwähnt die Aussicht .... Es gibt einen Swimmingpool im Clubhaus und ein Bootssteg am unteren Rand unserer Treppe. Sie können aus dem Dock rechts fischen. Unsere Wohnung hat 3 separate Balkone und kleine Outdoor-Grills sind rund um die Immobilie für Ihren Einsatz befindet. Die Wohnung wurde vor kurzem mit Fliesen- und Schieferboden und allen neuen Geräten umgebaut. Master-Schlafzimmer hat ein brandneues Kingsize-Bett. Gästeschlafzimmer hat ein Queen und ein Twin Bett. Die Wohnung für 5. Wir haben Boogie Boards, Sandspielzeug, Schwimmposen für den Pool und Schwimmwesten für kleine Kinder.

Our family had an amazing time in Corpus. The condo was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the property owner was simple and we had no issues during our stay. Weather was perfect and we caught a lot of fish at the beach, on the jetties and at the condo.

We loved how convenient the location was to everything we wanted to go to. It was nice to only have a half hour drive or less for everywhere we went. We really enjoyed the sunsets off the balcony. The kids enjoyed the pool. We ate at Doc's our last night, which had amazing food! Communication was very prompt with the owners, and they made sure to check with us to make sure we made it there ok which was super nice.

We were in town for a dance competition. We wanted to stay on the island. This was a great location because we were only about 25 minutes to downtown corpus where the competition was eight minutes to an HEB plus, and 10 minutes away from the most amazing beach that Stacey recommended to us! We practically had it to ourselves! The condo is adorable and beautifully decorated, and it had absolutely everything we needed for our eight night. Stay! We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean and comfortable. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. It has a beautiful waterfront view from the balcony. We fished right out back every night and caught lots of fish. Stacey was quick to respond when we contacted her. Would definitely stay again.

First let me tell you that from the booking Stacy was wonderful and pleasant to work with. She sent us area information and went above & beyond a host’s responsibilities. I’ve had my own vacation rentals and I know how hard it is to please everyone but seems she’s thought of everything!
The location is amazing! We’ve stayed all over the coastal bend in my fifty years and this made the choice between beach or bay super easy. Beach is short drive and you can fish just down the stairs. We couldn’t bring our boat due to the weather but there is space for docking and a good fish stand at each dock.
There are many great places to eat close by, I’ll suggest Scuttlebutts for their drink specials, food, and service. There is also a bar right next to the bait shop called Packery Channel Bar & Grill (they don’t serve food by the way).
Beds were comfy and place was clean! I have no negatives. We’ll be back!

My husband and I, and our twin 6 year olds loved this condo and our vacation. The host is very sweet and was very responsive to any questions or needs that we had. The condo was equipped with all we needed from coffee makers, kitchen dishes and utensils for cooking, washer and dryer, beach toys and chairs. The beds were comfortable, which is important to me on vacation. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the deck at night. During the week it was quiet and all we could hear was the fish jumping out of the water. Very relaxing. There is a private dock which we enjoyed fishing from. The kids loved the pool, it was clean and large and there are bathrooms there and a couple of tables in the shade. We do plan to return and stay here again in the near future. :-)

Great Location and toys
The condo had everything we needed and more. A big draw for me was having all the things needed for the beach like toys. Pool was great when we needed a break from the ocean. We saw dolphins one morning from the patio! Convenient location and close to everything.

Perfect location
This place was just perfect! The description was spot on. The views are amazing from the patio. There are tons of beach toys. The kitchen had everything we needed (we cook a lot on vacation and this was a very well stocked kitchen!!) Tons of extra towels and blankets. Washer and dryer was nice so we didn’t come home with a ton of laundry to do. I can’t say enough great things… if you are on the fence, do it!! OH… you have to go to the beach that’s suggested in the binder!!! It’s not far but totally secluded and so clean… we spent 6 hours there. We were also super happy that there were kid dishes (not many places provided these), not that we had super young kids, but nice not to have to worry they would break a cup or plate.

Close to the beach and multiple activities. Loved the balcony that overlooks the water. Even saw a dolphin from the balcony one morning. Highly recommend.

Perfect Vacation in Corpus
We left with an unforgettable memory of staying at Stacey's condo. She is the All-Time best host I have had so far. The condo is well maintained and super clean. Stacey thinks of everything we need and did her best to provide to her guests.
We spent many beautiful mornings and evenings enjoying the panoramic view on the balcony. We also fish off the back of the condo on many evenings into the wee hours. There are all kinds of fish back there. We also met several locals - a dock cat, pelicans, and seagulls waiting for us to share our catch. We ventured out to Big Shell Beach one afternoon without knowing we had to drive on the beach for 25 miles to get there. It was an adventurous trip considering there were no cell phone signals and no cars around you for miles. Stacey also gave us many tips on places to go, and she was spot on! Corpus is one big playground, and I highly recommend visiting Corpus over Florida beaches and staying at Stacey's condo!
