旅馆位置很好，入住当天的迎宾果汁感觉很棒！早餐好吃，旅馆干净卫生，工作人员服务态度好，尤其是在大堂经理Mr. Tufajjul Haque 的热情帮助下，我们的困难都迎刃而解，在此我们表示感谢！返回时，还会再来入住！

Aufmerksamer, persoenlicher, und nicht aufdringlicher Service. Wir (zum ersten Mal in BD) erhielten Hilfe in verschiedensten Belangen wie Digital-Formular ausfuellen fuer auf Transfer-Flughafen verlorenem Gegenstand, Aufladen lokaler SIM-Karte, Geld wechseln, Zugfahrkarte kaufen.. Zimmer mit grossem Fenster. Die Aussicht auf die bunt belebte Strasse entschaedigt fuer die Hupgeraeusche von Rikschas und Dreiradauto-Taxis. Gutes Restaurant im Hause, frische Kueche, auch dort wurden wir zuvorkommend bedient. Fruehstueck lokal, also Menues (was wir nicht zu essen gewohnt sind). Wir erhielten Toasts, frische Fruchtsaefte, Tee, Kaffee. Leckere Fruehstueckdesserts (Griessbrei, Milchreis). Reisebuero im Hause. Standort fuer uns sehr gut, weil wir am lokalen Leben interessiert sind - Hotel Capital liegt "mitten drin"!

空港送迎依頼時に、深夜便での帰国と知るや、２０時まで無償で部屋を使って良いと申し出るなど、宿泊者に寄り添ってくれました。また、アルカリ乾電池が切れたので近くのお店をお聞きしたら、わざわざ買いに行ってくれました。

スイッチ類の説明がなく、温水を出すのにレセプションに問い合わせることになりました。すぐに説明に来てくれたので、問題はなかったものの表示があればより良くなると思います。

We liked everything about the structure: well air conditioned rooms, hot water, the welcome dish of fruit and the always kind personnel. The security (if needed) is assured by a guard at the entrance and at the reception too… but Bangladeshis are kind and welcoming. Good breakfast. We stayed at the restaurant for the dinners and the choice of dishes was big.

The waiter of the second dinner kept suggesting us different dishes from our chosen ones…

Front desk staffs were professional with good manners. All the staffers were happy to help us. Thanks to all the staffers.

The manager Mr Amit Saha and his team are very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to attend to all your needs, an excellent hotel.

Everything was perfect. I enjoyed my stay in "The Capital LTD." and would do it again. Your staff is very friendly, the rooms are big and comfortable and the breakfast is great. Thank you very much and best wishes!!

Great location, and a very spacious and spotiessly clean room. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed the breakfast variety every morning. The staff are totally professional, pleasant, and helpful. They all went the extra mile and seemed genuinely proud to be working at Hotel The Capital. The manager, Tuffajjul, offers 5 star service with a smile and genuine warmth, and the breakfast restaurant was extremely well run by Tayeabul, Shahim, and Soykot. Thank you all for looking after us so well! Comfortable and very good value. Highly recommended.

It was a comfortable stay in a very clean hotel room. The personnel were quite friendly and ready to help anytime. There were slippers, which surprised me a lot. Usually there aren't any in a 3 star hotels. Recommend you if you want to find an oasis in such a specific place.

First room was an OK size and overlooked the main road and had large windows. Showers were good.

Room hadn't been used for a while and hadn't been dusted prior to us arriving, cobwebs in corners of windows. 1st night the toilet got blocked and started spilling over, when door is open slightly, there's no privacy as no mini hallway etc. Restaurant food portions were ridiculously small compared to the size of the naan. Didnt get what we ordered and the waiter who brought the food up to us tried to tell us it was. Asked if we would be happy to accept the incorrect dish if he stuck some sauce in it. Very tired room, needs updating. No safe available and no toiletries as mentions on website. Due to toilet issues we asked to change rooms for the 2nd night. Concierge came to take us to the room but stood in the doorway while I was scrambling to get dressed to hide my modesty. Door lock kept jamming every time the door was opened in the new room. Had to call maintenance twice. Didn't feel comfortable leaving my belongings when the door wouldnt shut close, behind me. Again, no toiletries could be provided as they didn't have any. This room was very small compared to the first room, and the bed was very hard, although the rate was the same. Again, the room was very tired looking and needs updating. Only 1 small window overlooked the side of another ugly building and had grills on. Felt like I was in prison. Bathroom taps need replacing. TV picture quality in both rooms was awful and in the end, we just didn't bother with them. Really poor experience. I wasn't expecting my Radisson standard but this room was absolutely awful. Didn't sleep the second night. When we asked for extra refreshments, we were told to use the 4 sugars we had, first, then he'll provide more. Bedding in both rooms were too small for the bed so sheet kept coming off. Good lord. Avoid at all costs.

All of the staff, security and management were truly amazing. They were helpful, kind, pleasant and very professional! They made my stay in Dhaka very welcoming! ☺️ The service was possibly the best I have ever received in any country. As a European traveler, the staff are ambassadors for the Bangladeshi people and the country's hotel service! The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Wifi connection was strong and reliable. I only had coffee in the restaurant and it was also good.

My washing and to be returned as it was still damp despite being ironed. Some items were not returned. This was disappointing as it was very expensive. The food was average at best. Overall, the hotel was significantly overpriced considering the building is not modern and when compared to other accommodations in Dhaka which are of a much better standard. The price point is off, and for that reason I rate it 5/10.

I could not have chosen a better hotel for my first visit to Dhaka. Every single member of the staff (special mention to Amit Saha) made me feel at home from day 1, looking after every single of my requests and going the extra mile to make sure that my stay was homely, enjoyable and safe. My room was ample and comfortable, and I could choose among an array of breakfast sets - the barista coffee is excellent. The location is also optimal, at the heart of a comercial avenue where you can find everything you need.

This was my second stay here and I would go back again and recommend it to anyone. Everything was perfect - from the awesome staff to the great breakfast and very comfortable beds. All of the staff members are extremely nice and helpful and the rooms are very comfortable, which makes it particularly cosy and great value for money. The location is also very convenient, as it is close to all the main sights of south Dhaka and just 10 min away from the railway station.
