Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine / Trockner und Einfahrt Parkplatz. Fünf Blocks vom Fluor Field und dem Swamp Rabbit Trail entfernt, sind Sie in der Nähe aller Kunst-, Musik- und Lebensmittelfestivals von Greenville. Lois is an amazing host! Her attention to detail and the cleanliness of her property is amazing! The gardens are beautiful! We came to Celebrate my sister’s life and she was so kind and helpful! Gave us some amazing suggestions!
She also has her property stocked with staples in the kitchen and invites you to partake of them! Brings fresh baked muffins! And has any toiletries on hand in both bathrooms! If you forgot she definitely has you covered!
If I was her neighbor we would definitely be friends ! She is inspiring, artist it’s and just a genuine person!♥️

The location, amenities, and host were simply exceptional. The property is well maintained, with lots of extra items in the kitchen saving time and expense. Super friendly host with a deep understanding of the local area. The sole issue is access requires two separate flights of stairs. Not an issue for us but something to know in advance. The host has installed commercial quality handrails up to the front porch and the interior stairs are well done with very sturdy handrails.

We had such a wonderful time at Lois’s place! She was also so welcoming and helpful and even had delicious muffins. The place was clean, spacious, artsy, convenient, and cozy- perfect for our little family. We hope to be back and definitely recommend. Thank you again for everything:)

This place is perfect- we really enjoyed our stay.
The space is bigger than it looks, and spotlessly clean. Fun neighborhood, easy walk to restaurants- and the trolly stops nearby to go downtown (also walkable if you're up for it). Lois was very helpful with suggestions - and even made us muffins! Place was well stocked with spices, basics, even drinks in the fridge- toiletries as well. We will definitely be back, best vrbo experience we have had. Thanks!

The house is located on a pretty street in a walkable neighborhood - close to the west village, Unity Park, and main street. Our upstairs unit was decorated in a way my sister and I found inviting and appealing - high ceilings, good lighting, modern art, comfortable beds, great kitchen, plenty of space. Lois answered all questions quickly and was a wonderful source for local restaurants and events (be sure to check out the Peace Center calendar of events). We thoroughly enjoyed February in Greenville.

My husband, daughter (31) and I stayed here in order to gather with my family. We had representation from 4 states (NC, SC, AL and CA) all in different vacation rentals. There was plenty of room for everyone, 15 in all, to gather and catch up and just to enjoy. The apartment is upstairs and has very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the cooking aid we needed. Lois was very quick to answer any questions. I would definitely stay here again. The location was convenient to downtown and the Swamp Rabbit Trail which is a must if you visit Greenville. I highly recommend this apartment.

We were really impressed with this beautiful property. I don't think the pictures do it justice. It's an apartment above the owner's home. It's very spacious and decorated in a fun, creative way that really reflects the owner, who is an artist. Lois was very kind and communicative. There were some groceries waiting for us, which was so helpful since we got in after dinner and we didn't have time to get to the store before breakfast. Highly recommend! One note - the second bed in the smaller bedroom is a mattress you pull out from under the bed. It worked fine for my kids so they didn't have to be in the same bed but nothing fancy.

These accommodations are amazing! Lois went above and beyond with what she provided. The place is beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. She had homemade muffins ready for us when we arrived as well as a totally well stocked kitchen! She welcomed us when we arrived and she gave us dinner and activity recommendations…..which were all fantastic! This was the best place we have ever stayed through VRBO! Thank you Lois!

Lois was so personal and an engaging host, she met us right when we pulled in the drive way and took us up to the rental apartment. Pictures don't do the place justice, it is beautiful and such great space having two bedrooms with full bathrooms and closet space! The couch is large and comfy and the kitchen has great space along with so much stocked in it!!! I have stayed in many rentals over the years and I've never seen a place this well stocked all around (kitchen/fridge/bathrooms/towels/bedding, etc.). We were IMPRESSED! We chose to walk downtown, it's also a short drive or uber, great location for a busy weekend to avoid traffic and looking for parking. We would highly recommend and were already trying to think of when we could visit again :) Thank you, Lois!

This property is perfect for two couples as both bedrooms have ensuites. Lois is a lovely and very accommodating owner. She has thought of every contingency. I would stay here again which is the best recommendation I can give!

My family came from out of state to meet my daughter-in-law for the first time prior to their wedding. This was a perfect setting because it was relaxed and everyone could visit. Location was perfectas the wedding was at Falls Park. Lois was very easy to work with throughout the whole time.

In Greenville for a wedding, but so happy that we stayed an extra day to enjoy this fun little city. Restaurants, brew pub’s, shops, a beautiful river walk with small waterfalls, all in walking distance from this beautiful rental. Lois was a great host and this private, upstairs apartment, in a quiet & charming little neighborhood had everything we could possibly need, with more than ample room for 2 couples to spread out and relax after a fun day in town. We loved our stay in Greenville. The town is amazing and so easy to walk to from this property. We could have stayed a lot longer. Lois was so accommodating and communicated with us so well.
