I was walking the Via Francigena and arrived at the property 2 hours early. Messaged Cristina and she was there within minutes. Really friendly and wonderful to work with. The room was one of the nicest on my walk. I would definitely stay there again.

Location! Only a couple minutes' walk to the old town entrance. Grocery store even closer. Parking on site was great! Having kitchen space was helpful, too. Roomy apartment. View was lovely. Very clean. Owner very friendly and quick with communication.

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is not in the historical town but just a 5 minute walk away. The view from the backyard was breathtaking.

everything is Fantastic about this place .. it’s very well located right at the gate of the city and the host is super nice and kind .. very clean, well decorated with really good space .. not to mention the spectacular view, just epic

We stayed four nights in this comfortable apartment. We had the Apartment with garden view. Our hosts, Cristina and Luca, were very welcoming and responsive. The apartment was spacious and very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the microwave to heat up leftovers. The location is great, just a short walk into the center of San Gimignano. Having private parking included was important to us as well. Highly recommended!

The place is near the gate of san gimignano city, with a beautiful olives garden. The view , the place and the hoast , are all great.

Thank you, Cristina, for spending so much time to talk with us. It was like coming to friends:). We enjoyed having breakfast on the sunny balcony and the short walk to the old town by foot.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! Beautiful view, lovely garden, quaint comfortable apartment and friendly host. Secure parking with gate. Coffee and packaged pastries provided. Right outside city walls. prefect!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Milena. Everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment is so clean, comfortable and spacious with beautiful decor! We enjoyed the stunning scenery in the area. It was so nice to wake up with the rolling hills of Tuscany visible from our apartment. Christina is a very friendly hostess and helpful. Thanks for our very pleasant and homely stay! Casa Milena was a real home away from home. We just loved everything!! A real gem for travellers.

Very friendlyand helpful host. Nothing was too much trouble. Not far from the centre of San Gimignano, and yet relatively quiet. Beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside.

Location was excellent 5 min to the center, easy parking in the property. There is very nice olive garden with panoramic view. Room ha dishes and coffee an tea.

We were expecting air conditioning as was stated, but there was a fan only. But at the end it was fine.

We had a great time. Nice view into the valley and a beautiful garden with several places to sit and relax. Bed very comfortable, good bathroom, many kotchen appliances.

I don‘t think there was air conditioning. In my opinion, if there was A/C i would rate it 10/10

amazing location, beautiful view, privet parking and very very friendly and kind staff. the apartment is big, perfect for couples and for long stay. very recommend!!!

there is no AC, and only one fan.. can be a bit difficult during the hot summer days. also the kitchen lacks basic stuff as sugar, salt and pepper.

Very warm welcome from the hostess. Location is great.

The temperature was 39°C outside. And sadly, we only had a small fan to help us cool down. Perhaps a small investment into an air conditioner would have made the stay a solid 9 or even 10 of 10.

Very highly recommended. This is a large, comfortable and well appointed apartment within a close walk to the town and with wonderful views over the countryside. Secure onsite parking is a real bonus. The place is owned and run by the very friendly and helpful Cristina and her husband. This is a terrific find

Fantastic apartment in the ideal location. A 3-5 minute walk to the gates of the town. The balconies to the front and back offered exceptional views of the country side. Spacious and very clean and had all the kitchen amenities required if cooking. Bonus of a large supermarket 1min walk away. Cristina was lovely and welcoming. Air con would have been preferable but managed with the fan. A great base for exploring.

Just outside the old city with a private locked parking area & a 5 min walk to the historical part of town. A garden to sit in with a beautiful view over the olive trees.
