Unsere Eigentumswohnung befindet sich im Cabrillo-Gebäude in Phase II und ist eine Endeinheit mit einem vorderen Balkon und einem hinteren Balkon. Das Wohnzimmer ist professionell mit schönen Möbeln eingerichtet und verfügt über einen 47-Zoll-Flachbild-HD-Fernseher mit DVD- und Heimkino-Stereoanlage. Jedes Schlafzimmer bietet einen 32-Zoll-Flachbild-HD-Fernseher und einen DVD-Player. Die Wohnung verfügt über kostenfreies Kabel-TV und kostenfreies WLAN. Das Familienzimmer und das Hauptschlafzimmer sind mit Verdunkelungsjalousien ausgestattet, damit Sie nachts gut schlafen können. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit einem Durchgangsfenster für Mahlzeiten auf dem hinteren Balkon mit Blick auf den 18-Loch-Championship-Links-Golfplatz, freiem Blick auf die Bucht von Cholla und nachts herrlichem Blick auf die Lichter der Stadt. We had no issues with our stay! It was clean, ample space, great location to the pool and beach, had all the necessities we need! We’d stay again!! Only thing is bring a bag of ice as that gets emptied between guests

The condo was great, kitchen tools were stocked and the condo was neat and clean. Beds were super comfortable!
Maintenance with the building was disappointing. We called about a bad smell and a missing ceiling panel in the master bath. Seemed to be a lot of finger pointing but no fixing of the problem.

The resort itself is fabulous. But like the US, be ready to pay more for less service. The elevator was not working, the water pump broke, and there were no filters for the coffee maker. Is this a deal breaker... probably not. Things break. My expectation was for someone to reach out to me and offer some sort of credit. I was hopeful, but putting away pom poms.

Check in process horrible it seems as the staff does not know what you’re doing. One of the doors jammed and maintenance had to remove the door knob of bathroom and put it in the bedroom dryer it took at least 3 to 4 spins for clothes to be dry every day we had to be asking for trash bags

The condo is nice and pretty well stocked. There is good separation between the kids rooms and the master. The view from the balcony is beautiful. We were there on a busy weekend so the check-in process was crazy slow. One of the elevators kept breaking all weekend so getting to and from the room (on the 15th floor) was a little rough. We also had an incident twice where our room keys wouldn’t work. This stuff is common in Mexico so it is to be expected, just annoying. Overall we enjoyed our stay though.

This was a beautiful rental , everything that was described was accurate. Beautiful views , huge bathrooms. The beds are comfortable . I would recommend this rental.

Perfect getaway
Stayed many times at phase II. The weather was perfect and the accommodations we as advertised. Owner was very prompt and accomodating. A bit on the pricey side, but what isn't pricey these days. Also, it was my mistake for not paying closer attention... this condo is not the beachfront building...it's in the back. It is nice being able to see the beach and the backside too.
My only frustration is how slow the checking process is. Obviously not the owners fault but Las Palomas has 8 people behind the counter working and only 3 customers checking in at a time. Spending about 30mins for each customer. Hope the self check ins will be operational soon.

Great view and condo!
Highly recommend staying at this spacious 3 bedroom and bath condo on the 15th floor. The condo was nicely appointed with even an apple slicer provided! You will need to bring your own storage bags, aluminum foil, and seasonings. Looking forward to returning to this condo in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay and the condo was perfect for our family of 7. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely look to book again next time we visit.

Perfect Place for the 4th
Had a fantastic 4th of July. This unit in Las Palomas had more than enough room for 5 people. Nice view of the beach from 2 different angles (didn't realize the 2nd patio had a beach view until the 2nd or 3rd day). The boys loved the bunk beds in this unit too.
As always Las Palomas was great. They put on a firework show on the 4th and the pools and oceans were perfect.
Already looking forward to my next trip back, and will very likely rebook this same unit.

Beautiful Condo
We stayed here with our three children and in laws. The condo was beautiful, spacious and the layout was perfect for plenty of privacy. The views from the patio were gorgeous and the campus was kept immaculate by the hard working staff. We definitely plan to return. Thanks!

Great set up at las palomas
The unit was a great set up for us, although we spent very little time in it besides sleeping. We were wanting a place with twin beds or bunks which worked out nicely as well as the three bathrooms. The only thing I would recommend for guests is to have the basics such as salt, pepper and maybe some spices and olive oil. We’ve stayed at several units at las Paloma’s and many have had incidentals which are nice to not have to worry about. My parents own a place as well and understand it’s difficult to keep stocked but they’ve found ways to let renters have access to the extras. Otherwise the kitchen was well stocked and unit was clean.

WHAT A FABULOUS TIME
This condo is beyond beautiful---and huge! We were a family of 5 and had loads of room. It is furnished so nicely and totally comfortable. Front and back patios gave great views of the ocean, golf course, and town(especially pretty at night.) As I planned our trip I spoke with Jim many times and he was so helpful.
He gave us some great restaurant tips.-- Max's became our daily breakfast spot (best Bloody Mary's ever) There was a little mix-up when we arrived, but the front desk staff (especially Ramon) were great and took very good care of us. Will sure be recommending both the resort and definitely this condo. We are already talking about going back, Thanks Jim & Theresa

Beautiful condo, wonderful view of the ocean and resort. This place is definitely on our list to stay at again. The resort and condo are very well taken care of. A new favorite family vacation spot.

WE LOVED IT!!!!
This condo was amazing it had everything to make us feel at home. Jim was very helpful he answered all my calls and concerns :) Staff was also very friendly and helpful especially Julio whom gave us great tips. We will definitely be back ;)

Luxury end unit on 15th floor with superb views.
Loved every minute of our week long stay. This unit G1501 has everything from luxury bedrooms and baths to an enormous kitchen. Great ocean views out front and golf course and mountains out back. The jacuzzi is hot, the beach has palapa umbrellas and lounges and the pools are sparkling clean. Just a short drive to the Old Port and restaurants and shopping. So glad we picked this unit G1501.
