My family and I stay in Tahoe every year, and for the second year in a row, we returned to this same cabin. We absolutely fell in love with it last year, and it continues to exceed our expectations. The cabin is perfect for families, with plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy together, but the master bedroom also provides the privacy and comfort needed for some relaxing time with my wife. One of our favorite features is how the master bedroom opens up to an amazing hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Tahoe.
The owner is incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring every aspect of our stay was seamless. Both inside and out, this cabin is ideal for a vacation in Tahoe, and it truly feels like a home away from home. We can’t wait to return for future trips!

This property was 5 minutes from the fields for our daughter's softball tournament. Grocery store, restaurants, and the beach were within a 5 minute drive, too.

We had the most wonderful stay at ”Bearadise.” Heaven from reservation to check out. Tami was quick to respond to my every question. The house instruction binder was extremely helpful. This home was perfect! The house was immaculate. There was a great amount of supplies and other amenities available that were useful for our stay. The house is in a very peaceful location and the town of Incline Village was a quick drive.

This home was very clean, extremely well stocked, provided lots to do, and was very comfortable. The location was great for a family reunion because of other rental properties also available in the area as well as its location near a lot of activities.

Beautiful property. We all felt like we were at home. Very cozy, well stocked with kitchen and BBQ supplies, extremely well kept and clean. The kids had so many games to keep them occupied, that they didn’t need us to keep them entertained. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

The owner/host of this house stated upfront that they use this home regularly for their own enjoyment...and you can tell. All the comforts of home are present. We've rented many houses through VRBO, but none compare to the little details put into this rental. Little things you take for granted...like extra/convenient charging ports, plushy towels, and...oddly enough...tissue boxes. Those touches show the thoughtful care put into this home. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful, very well supplied home near beaches and shopping/activities. Great set up for adults and littles. Fabulous lower deck with awesome hot tub, separate bed/bath spaces for privacy, fun and games for the entire family! We would stay here again.

The house was beautiful and immaculate. Incredibly well equipped and provisioned. The kitchen shelves even have labels so you know what goes where. The china and silverware was lovely. The hostess Tami was amazingly helpful and easy to communicate with. She and her husband have worked hard to make this home fabulous. Everyone in my family raved. You cannot go wrong here.

The house was just as it was listed and seen in pics. Everything was clean and ready for us.
Host has the house very organized with clear instructions and info for guests, and anything we needed in the kitchen was there, even a crock pot which came in handy to come back from a full day outing to dinner ready.
Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and beautiful decks.

Great Incline Village location. Quiet neighborhood, very peaceful, which we enjoyed.
We enjoyed Sand Harbor beach by getting up early to get there and score parking for the day. (They have a restaurant there to order lunch, and it has a full bar. )
We appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, coolers, games etc that were available to use. We also appreciated nice touches like mini hotel style soaps, shampoos, conditioners etc.
We also did the Tahoe Treetop adventure course near Tahoe City and really enjoyed it. Super fun outing.
Tip- you can order groceries online from Raleys and just schedule for pickup on your way in to town. We did this and it was great to get settled in and have groceries ready when we got there.
Hosts were attentive and communicated quickly.

We loved our week in this home. It is very comfortable and cute. We used the hot tub nightly, cooked in the kitchen and on the grill, played their board games, and slept in comfortable beds. There were 6 of us, all adults, and there was plenty of room on the couch and at the dinning room table. What a wonderful time!

We stayed with 4 adults and 3 kids. The property met all our expectations and we enjoyed every minute. The equipment, furniture, appliances, toys and everything were in perfect shape. We can only recommend this place to anyone. The place allows up to 9 people and provides more than enough space. The host is super nice and very quick in responding.

This property was amazing and exceeded our expectations! There was so much for the kids to do and they honestly almost preferred to be at the house. The hosts thought of everything we might need to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Definitely not a party house if that’s what you’re looking for (no deck or hot tub use after 10pm) but perfect for families looking to explore a beautiful area and enjoy each other’s company. Thanks again for an amazing stay!

The property was great. We didn't even use all the amenities it had to offer. The kitchen had a full assortment of appliances and utensils. Plenty of room for everyone. It was a lovely place to stay. The kids even learned how to play a couple of new games (board games and otherwise)

Perfect home for relaxing and being together
We had the BEST stay at Bearadise. This home is perfectly equipped. You will want for nothing- they thought of everything. The house is also perfectly done. You can tell this is a private family’s home and they take great pride in it. I hope all people take good care of this property when they get the opportunity to stay here. Quiet area, but perfect location. We were able to visit all the places we wanted in little time.

Owner paid attention to every detail. House was spotless with every possible kitchen appliance you could need. House was extremely comfortable with many amenities. My adult children loved the shuffle board and sauna. Beds were very good quality and bathrooms were gorgeous. A magnificent rental!

Fully Stocked Beautiful Home
This home was fully stocked with everything you would need on vacation. We appreciated the kitchen staples, like butter, olive oil, coconut oil, spices, and ziplock bags.
The house had three levels, so our party of four adults each had their own floor and privacy. We were in Incline Village for a pickleball camp, so could not enjoy all the amenities that home had to offer. They had plenty of board games, shuffle board, air hockey and a hot tub with several large outdoor decks.

Wonderful snow getaway!
This home was just perfect for us. 4 adults, a toddler and two babies fit more than comfortably. The house is incredibly well stocked and thoughtful details exist everywhere. The hills right behind the house made for the best sled run we've ever built! And the hot tub deck area makes you feel like you're in a luxury resort. It was all perfect!

Upscale and Cozy
I highly recommend The Bearidise to anyone visiting beautiful Incline Village. We stayed the week before Christmas and got a ton of snow. We skied five days at nearby Mount Rose and Diamond Peak.
The house is very comfortable in an upscale neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook up some great meals. This was the first VRBO we stayed at that had plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, paper towels and laundry detergent. The house was very spacious. Our friends took the third floor. My son and girlfriend stayed on the main floor. My wife and I had the master on the bottom floor. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was epic. There were spacious communal areas to play games, watch movies, and large decks with beautiful views. The hot tub was absolutely amazing after a day on the slopes. The house is very well maintained. Everything works and is well labeled or explained in the guest book.
Communication with the host, Tami, was outstanding from booking through the stay. I was concerned about getting snowed in because of the massive amounts of snow. Tami let me know an alternative route to the Reno airport if Mount Rose Highway closed (which it did). Tami’s maintenance man cleared the driveway several times during our stay including the morning we departed. Thanks for a first class vacation.

Great Home

Fall get away
The cabin was very well presented and thought through. Very clean with nice updates. Outside living spaces were fantastic. Additionally, the owner was very reasonable in working with us leading up to our stay as there was smoke from fires that jeopardized the quality of our stay. Would absolutely rent this cabin again.

Tahoe tradition
This was our second time staying in this wonderful home. Very clean and well stocked with kitchen tools, pots/pans and dishes. Perfect for 2 families…we hope to return again. The only bummer was not having access to the private beach (COVID ☹️). We also had a few times that the WiFi was spotty so TVs wouldn’t connect, but great Tahoe home!

Lovely Family Getaway at Bearadise, But HOT in Summer
We loved our stay at Bearadise as the cabin was so well organized and everything labeled for easy access. Loved all the space, bedrooms, decks, and especially kids play areas, including tech like xBox with games, smart TV, and Sonos speakers. The hot tub and both decks were beautiful! Appreciated the privacy curtains downstairs where the hot tub was for quiet evening socializing.
If you can't stand the heat, the tower fans were not enough to give us relief on the top 2 floors. Our infants had to sleep in only their diapers due to it being 89 degrees in our bedrooms at our kids 8pm bedtimes (we used a baby monitor that displays temp on it so that's how we knew). We were very diligent and made sure to close up the house after cooling it down all night, but it still got really warm upstairs.
The bedrooms were decorated so beautifully and cozy beds, but quite uncomfortable upstairs due to the heat and no A/C (but we knew that there was no A/C going into it, just didn't think it would be that warm...but of course heat rises). Just being honest. SIDE NOTE: we really appreciated the pack n play in one of the bedroom closets as we had accidentally forgotten one of ours in a vehicle at home!
Overall, we LOVED the cabin though and would stay again in the winter!

Best VRBO stay we've ever had
This is hands down the best home away from home that we've ever experienced. My husband, two teenagers and I stayed at Bearadise with my parents (in their early 80s) and sisters and we all want to return again next year. It's a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The home is super clean and updated. It's very well stocked with bath and beach towels, as well as everything you need in a kitchen. One of our favorite features was the spacious top deck. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning out there as well as every dinner. It has plenty of seating and we also enjoyed the fire pit. It was a hot week in July when we visited so with no A/C the house was very warm. However, the owners had fans in every bedroom to help cool things down which was very helpful and appreciated while sleeping. We look forward to staying here again.

Amazing VRBO for families and groups
We had such a great time at this property!! The house was stocked with everything we needed! It was so nice to have plenty of towels, the kitchen was so well stocked, organized and labeled! Tami was so responsive and we had no issues! The kids loved the shuffle board and air hockey all the games in game cabinet! The hot tub was amazing! All the beds were super comfortable and it was a very enjoyable stay! It was a warm summer in incline and although this property does not have AC the downstairs stayed relatively cool and Tami had plenty of fans for main level and downstairs. There was a lot of thought that went into this VRBO and it had everything you could think of to accommodate families! There was a lot of extra bedding and blankets and they even had a pack n play and baby gates for stairs.

Fabulous Property
This property is fabulous. The kitchen is, without a doubt, the best stocked and organized kitchen I have seen in a vacation rental. The bedrooms and bathrooms are good-sized, clean and well appointed. The kids loved having their own bunk room (the Raccoon Room). The wi-fi was good enough that two adults could work, including video calls, and the children could still stream music, etc. Kids and adults alike enjoyed the hot tub, video games, board games and beautiful scenery. I cannot find any faults with this property. I highly recommend it.

Dream Retreat // Home Away from Home
Luxurious, Relaxing, Sparkling Clean, Well-Stocked, Organized, Labeled, Clear Communication (even during Covid!), Easy, Premium Amenities, Central Location - my review reads like an advertisement, except all these things are REALLY TRUE. This home was exactly what we needed for an eclectic family group that included people who wanted to enjoy the lake and others who simply needed a rest from the nutsy day-to-day going on right now. Tons of indoor and outdoor spaces provide gathering points while still granting privacy.
The only two drawbacks were that there's no AC (however there were tower fans for each room) for the summer and that we had a bee problem on the BBQ deck while cooking (but who can control nature?!?).
Absolutely everything else from the parking spaces to the robes and towels to the comfort of the beds was thoughtfully and excellently appointed at the highest quality. Children are clearly genuinely welcome at this house as games and media and activities abound but also kids cups and plates and safety gates. Truly a one-of-a-kind property. We wish we'd stayed a full week and are looking forward to returning.

Very peaceful and pleasant moment
We stayed for 5 nights. The house is very well equipped, both in terms of equipment, food (coffee, butter, sugar, condiments...) and also activities for adults and kids. The house is very spacious (at one time we were 8 in the house. We will definitively come back here whether we will come back in the Tahoe region.
