We stayed here while moving our son to college in nearby Hamburg, NY. Pat and Steve were awesome hosts, they were very responsive and helpful. They left us homemade bread, orange juice, and eggs. The location for us was great, close to Buffalo, Niagra Falls, and Hamburg.

We were greeted with homemade banana bread and our hosts also left us cold drinks in the fridge. The photos don’t do it Justice! Rent this place!

Steve was a terrific host and always responded quickly to my questions. The apartment is spacious and centrally located - just be prepared for a little street noise during the night. Would stay here again!

We were very happy with our stay. Everything was well cared for and as described (or better). Honestly the pictures don't do the property justice, it is very nice inside. The hosts were excellent, very responsive, kind and thoughtful. We did a day trip into Niagara Falls, and a day trip to Woodlawn State Park, both were easily accessible from the location. Highly recommend.

Very spacious and comfortable. Many extra touches and attention to detail (fresh made banana bread, games, books, kitchen supplies, soaps, etc... Attentive hosts. Nice rose garden parking lot right across the street from accomodations. We would like to return to the area in the future to explore more and would definitely stay here again.

The property was well-stocked with baking dishes, pots, pans, a collander, cutting board, knives that were sharp enough to cut vegetables, and tons of plates, bowls, mugs, and glasses. The owners even even left some breakfast items and coffee for us. Additionally, the beds were very comfortable and the living room area was a nice place to sit together and play chess. The home was very clean as well. People with mobility issues should know that the only shower is into a very tall-sided jacuzzi bath tub (higher than my knees) that my 7-yr-old had difficulty getting into. The kids loved the jacuzzi though - it's not something they'd ever encountered before on our travels.

Always welcome was a pan of fresh warm brownies he handed us for a much needed b snack before bed. The property was beautiful and incredibly comfortable, roomy and clean. The jacuzzi tub was wonderful and worked great. At 1600sf there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. They provided games, toys and crafts for our little girls and a steady supply of home baked banana bread! There is free guest laundry and only 25 minutes from the falls and downtown getting to the action is quick and easy. No need to look anywhere else if we come back to buffalo, Steve has my business

What a wonderful 3 day stay at Steve's place in Lackawanna. Steve's communication was thorough. He was there to greet us upon arrival and quickly show us the apartment and answer questions. The apartment is very large and wonderfully decorated. The pictures do not do it justice!!!!. The apartment was meticulous. The added touches such as home made banana bread, refreshements, breakfast items and area brochures were the icing on the cake. This will become an annual trip for us. See you next year Steve. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Steve's property. I have a hard time though getting upstairs so I have to remember that for my next rental. The beds were amazingly comfortable! One of the best part of the stay.

This place was great!!! Steve and his wife are very accommodating. Even had a fresh banana bread waiting for us. Definitely recommend this place. Will stay here again and again!!!!

Steve and Pat were consummate hosts. Check in was easy, the place was clean and well stocked. We were greeted with fresh banana bread, too! Some friends and I came into town for the weekend for a bike race. The location was perfect. We will be back!

My family really liked this property. Apartment was bigger than I expected. There was plenty of room for the entire family. The owners provided snacks and some breakfast food items which was great. The beds all slept well and there was plenty of hot water for all 5 of us!

Convenient location central to most things in Buffalo! Everything was exactly as described on the property listing. And yes, we enjoyed the complimentary banana bread as well!

We have rented many, many VRBO’S over the years. This was one of the best!!! I’ll give the highlight: Great parking lot across the street with lovely garden and tables/chairs/swing to relax and have a drink. Absolutely gorgeous and very spacious apartment…the size of a small house! 3 of the bedrooms have queen beds!! The 4th bedroom are bunks and great set up for kids! Dinn no ing room and kitchen beautiful….a freshly baked loaf of banana bread on the dining table was delish!! Loved this touch! Large bathroom was perfect for us! Loved the decor…the hosts are travelers and so enjoyed that they have shared their southwest travels with their guests. The night sky on the ceiling in the living room was extra special and a wonderful “find” in the apartment!! We loved it!!! We were home visiting family, but plenty of info in the foyer for things to do and places to eat in the area. Steve was super easy to communicate with and always promptly responded to my questions. It’s a 5 star review, but if I could give more stars I would!!! We look forward to staying there again when we come home to the Buffalo area.

Great space. Many separate bedrooms. Clean. Pleasant. Open living room with lots of space. Clearly well thought out for guests. Owner easy to communicate with.

This place was great. Spacious. Well-cared for. Clean. Easy to get to. The owner takes care with the place. He had even stocked water bottles for us. Check-in was very easy.

The apartment is even nicer than the pictures - it’s very clean and spacious and comfortable. Our family of four (w/two young adult children) had a great week here. We’ve stayed in house and apartment rentals all over the world, and I can honestly say we’ve never had better or more thoughtful hosts than Steve and Pat.

The property was spacious, very well maintained and nicely decorated. Steve met us and gave us a walk through the apartment and provided fresh banana bread and well stocked cupboards and refrigerator. It was nicely furnished with nice amenities. Parking was extremely convenient with the lot just across the street. Steve was a great host and I hope to stay here again on future trips to Buffalo.
