Great location, close to everything. Very friendly and helpful owners who provided lots of info and booked a terrific local restaurant for us. Clean and well equipped room with thoughtful extras. Comfortable bed and good, but small, shower.

Could do with a full or half length mirror in the room and some more hanging space or luggage stand.

The location was good, the room was comfortable while there was electricity

We had to wait 20 minutes (standing in the rain) for someone to let us in. This was very disappointing as the property is advertised as having concierge service so we assumed somebody would be at the property. Later there was a power outage which mean we had no light, no wifi, and no heating. This was a significant problem in a stone dwelling where there is also no cellphone reception. We called both numbers we had to contact the manager, we sent emails, we messaged on instagram and FB but we were not able to reach anyone. It was several hours before they got in touch and resolved the problem. Also, it costs 90 euro per hour to use the hot tub, despite pictures of it being included in the room booking & it being listed under the “facilities” of the room

This hotel was truely fantastic. We rented two rooms last minute and both were very comfortable and well equipped. Giovanni and Francesca were extremely helpful hosts and showed us all the good placed to eat in Ragusa. The value for money was very good and I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Ragusa.

Nothing majorly negative just worth mention that the parking is street parking about 100 meters away. There isn’t a lot of parking so on weekends and high seasons get there early. But it really wasn’t a big issues.

Very helpful hosts, good contact, very responsive to all questions. The location is excellent in the old city. The room quality was very good, everything in good working condition and very clean.

The bathroom could use a new shower door but that's minor

Amazing place for both my son and myself. Done new, clean, fresh and the design a mix of the old and new. . . we loved it

Fantastic location, beautiful facilities. The owner was responsive and helpful, even when I *literally broke the door*. He showed up to check us in at 1am after our flight was delayed, and he did a great job feeding my coffee addiction. (Be careful in the bathroom if you're tall; the water heater is mounted on the wall and at about 181cm I had maybe a couple cm clearance standing up straight.)

Great location just a short walk to Piazza Duomo (old town). Clean and comfortable- the best shower! Giorgio is friendly, gave us some great tips on where to eat.

Giovanni was very helpful, he met us so we could drop our luggage and then showed us where to park (very close). Cute room, great location in middle of old town . it was very quiet, away from restaurants and didn’t hear any noise from adjoining room. We ate two nights running at La Bettola (recommended by Giovanni) and it was so good! We did day trip to Sicili which was a nice town. unfortunately we didn’t get to meet Francesca. would recommend.

As someone else said fridge really noisy (so I just turned it off) and the sheet wasn’t fitted (and there was a plastic mattress topper underneath) so it kept sliding down the bed! Needs a cotton protector or a decent fitted sheet.

The people from the accomodation helped us a lot to find our way around. Ragusa is very pretty and fun to walk in.

The host Giovanni was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The space was charming, cozy, confortable, and quiet. A real winner !!

Everything was excellent. Quiet street 5 minutes from the center, comfortable bed, cleanliness and great owners!!!!

Host and Location

Few improvements could be done : fridge is noisy, strong blue lights from the air cond even when off, improve sound isolation from the next door room, better pillows...but I’m sure the host will do that soon 😉😉
