Smell of cigarette smoke in the room, very thin walls and this a noisy room. one side of the bed missed an outlet.

Close to the train station. Rosa, the owner, was very assisting in looking for info about the transport possibilities from the Central Station in Lamezia to the B&B (ca. 19km away) and recommended me places for dinner. She was also trying to help finding another accommodation once I realized that the only available room at her B&B is not the one I booked. The problem with TV was also solved immediately. I was offered ice cream for inconveniences. I could also check out a bit later, so I could take a morning conf call with my company. The room was clean.

The very main reason I booked with this B&B was to have a room with balcony. I got confirmation from booking.com that the room I chose indeed does have a balcony. Sadly, when I arrived, I was informed that the only available room DOES NOT have balcony and the descriptions on booking.com are actually misleading, because the rooms with balconies depend on availability - they are not guaranteed. As it was too late to search for another place, I decided to stay. The mattress was much too soft to my liking. I didn’t enjoy claustrophobic view from the window. Towels had holes. I could clearly hear all the noises from the corridor.

The apartment was really nice and it showed as very clean and taken care, perfect location.

Difficult to communicate due to the language barrier. Also the issue of the stay is not to have a common area which since we were traveling with friends would be better.

The Room is very Nice and clean. Quiet to have rest and close to the station. The host is very welcoming and warm. I recommand.

Very close by the train station. Rosa is lovely and took great care of us and most importantly, the bed and shower were amazing.
