We very much like the apartment a lot. Love the fact that it had five appliances and loved two bathroom with two children. It was also nice to have all the extra supplies even though we did not use them all.
Unfortunately when we woke up the first morning the fridge was leaking. We cleaned up the water and kept an eye on it and it did not leak again. Also the only other thing we did not like is swimming area whirl pool had a lot of children in whirl pool, very young children not attended. Which we of course that is not Blue Mountains responsibility. Adults had to wait for children to leave the whirlpool.

We made our own, it would be good to add a small skillet for frying eggs/???
Cleaning cobwebs on high sealing. It was very visible.

A hard time locating the unit, no light at the front door

We brought our breakfast to go Scandinavian spa in time.
There wasn't any seasoning in the kitchen like salt, pepper or oil for cooking. If I planned to cook breakfast I could be in trouble.

The location was great.
The room was clean at first sight, but leftover food was in the fridge/freezer and garbage left in the balcony from previous guests.
We also realized after the first couple hours that everyone before us had worn their shoes inside since our socks were black from walking around.
We were two families in a 3 bedroom unit and were only allowed kne vehicle and the other had to be parked 10min walk away. It would be understandable if there was limited parking but there were probably 100 spots and only 4-5 cars parked.

The descriprion of the exact location of the apartments and where to check in should be improved as it took us a while.to figure it out

Very spacious. Location is excellent.
One tv didn't work properly. Maintenance came and tried to repair but didn't work. The reactivated the second TV. Effort was there.

The place is very spacious. Nice ambiance.
What we didn't like was when we were about to go to our room that the receptionist gave, but we needed coming in the wrong room. Someone is there. So we figured it out that she gave the wrong one.

I like location, comfortable rooms with en-suite, another full washroom, fireplace, big table in a living room
it’s not my first stay in a rivergrass, both units at my previous stays were much better then this 114, what exactly I didn’t like is:
wasn’t been able to close the master bedroom door, the door latch was misaligned, the furniture is old, the tiles in a washroom are flexing, appliances are very old, and finally a tv’s, COME ON guys, just get rid of this old tv’s, upgrade for a smart tv’s, it’s really good to be able to stream some background music, or find something on a tube… after all day skiing I’d like to watch/stream something else but news…

good space. cozy and good overall home type feeling
room was not ready at 5 pm for checkin but Alexis made all the difference moving things around to make sure we could get in.
very dated for price , could hear the noise of walking upstairs and chandelier shaking

the house was very pretty and comfortable and well located.
The hotel staff didn’t give us any instructions for our stay and it was a very stressful first day because we didn’t go with a car and we had to waste a lot of time trying to get any transportation from the bus stop to the check in area

accommodations were too far from The Village which is the hub. Thought our rooms were in Village when booking. Will probably never book with Booking.com.

It was dirty, walls were so thin, neighbours were partying all night, beds were co uncomfortable and there were spiders in the room.
