The great service and excellent staff makes the stay in Umalas Suites a perfect break in the noisy Bali. We extended our stay a few times. We just couldn´t leave this place. Zero noise around in the night. Slept so well during my stay :) Te room was huge, the cleanliness top. We had to ask the staff not to tidy up the room every day. The pool in the back of the villa is good extra to relax by and avoid the heat of the afternoon. A great plus is the breakfast with fresh juice, nice coffe and tasty food. Very healthy optins if you like-need it.

No sound proof, got waken up early in the morning by other guests voices. No big choice for breakfast.

The rooms are really nice and clean and the towels smell so nice. Everything was super super clean and room sizes are very good. Great value for money

The staff but nothing more

Terrible location, false advertising when it mentions close to restaurants and shops. There is nothing around. Yes its only 4-5 kms to Seminyak and Canggu however if you take cabs you are looking at 1/2 hour - 45 minutes to get to your destination. Pool area has lost the sun by 12.30pm and this area just like the hotel is very run down nothing like the photos. On arrival I had to ask for the bedding to be changed it was terribly stained along with getting the safe repaired and also the curtains.

Big and aesthetic room. Private and quiet.

Not that squeaky clean. We asked for extra pillow but it is still a bit dusty.

The room was nice and tidy with a little kitchenette. Breakfast is nice and staff are friendly.

This property was listed as Seminyak as they have added it on their address. This is misleading and incorrect and it is actually in Kerobokan which is 25-30 min away. Also they did not provide a room with pool view. On my last day after receiving my complaint they offered a room upgrade but this was unfortunately to late. They offer no refund policy. I was extremely disappointed

The staff were nice

- very poor shower pressure - ants all over the bathroom - terrible breakfast; limited choice and food was not good - very small pool that is shaded all day, not good if wanting sun - room facilities were very poor. Kitchen area was unkept - whole place just felt like it needed a makeover

Few too many stray barking dogs around and on property. But problem improved after speaking to staff. One part of room had a paint and paint cleaner smell, as it was next to a maintenance storage room full of old paint cans! Small pool

The staff were lovely. Great location accessible to everything via taxi or scooter. I ended up with Bali belly during my stay, and they extended our room for one night as soon as I asked, they were very accommodating!

extremely loud dogs at night, barking and fighting, made sleeping very difficult every single night. No one tried to stop them being loud so sometimes went on for hours. Power cut twice during stay, which lead to aircon switching off and getting very hot, no phone call from staff to inform us of when it would restart. Bed sheets to short so kept unraveling during the night.

 The swimming pool was nothing like the photograph in a very dark unclean area, and basically not usable The layout of the rooms was very nice but unfortunately, when it rains, there’s no place to gather go or be outside of the room 

we expected can use kitchen but at the end no as.the air circulation not good. we afraid whole unit become smelly

all window no view at all pool location should not be at back side .. better in the middle . we can not enjoy as too dark and not lively place my room has connecting door to next room so thin door. so hear all noisy the kid next door screaming crying bang the door ..

Amazing friendly staff and a really lovely spacious room

we did have a power cut for a few hours in the day which they were trying to sort ASAP

Everything was good Lil old then pictures , but it’s beautiful We had a comfortable stay

Every staff are so nice and peaceful. we stayed with my son and they were so happy to look after my son while we had to load our baggage. Breakfast is delicious ( my favourite is nasigoreng) it’s really quite and chill at the night time so we could let our son sleep really well! There’s a nice cafe which you can walk to and also you can walk to a convenience store. 5-10 minutes drive to a super market! Super recommend staying here specially if you have kids :)

Breakfast was delicious, room was like being in Greece and very peaceful area. Bed was super comfortable.

It is not very close to many food places so we had to walk 10-15 mins.
