We had a great time staying in this house. 2 bedrooms are downstairs. Main bedroom is upstairs. The house is more spacious than pictures. There is a big bin of beach towels which was awesome for the hot tub. The hot tub fits 4 people max but was fun. We loved the open floor plan.

Property is close to the beach and has beach access close by. Property did not have AC that worked properly. Had to leave the windows open to cool the upper floor.

As a single mom of a 3 year old and 5 year old running away to the beach with my brother and sister and two kids right before gearing up to graduate nursing school next month was a everything I wanted and needed. Add in a heat warning at home and the beach sounded even better.
From what we are told Lincoln city was packed however we never would have known this house was located right near a little beach that we went down and played on and shared with a few other families. We had to contact management over an alarm going off and they were very helpful and responsive.
This house was perfect clean and comfortable for families and groups to get together and enjoy the beach we would love to stay here again and will be watching for other vacation homes with #staywithmeredith

Had a great stay. Very lovely home
I had remembered that the home had 3 bedrooms, which it did. I also remember that 1 bedroom had 2 beds in it, which it did not. All 3 bedrooms had 1 bed. We used the futons for another bed.

pretty gross. Bummed about that, we looked for a house with a hot tub. If that was clean, it would of been perfect!!!

We spent two great nights in this house with our adult children. Layout is very comfortable, the two living areas mean we could split up between quiet reading and loud TV shows. Kitchen has everything you need for all kinds of cooking, including Keurig and tons of dishes. Quick walk to the beach, short drive to everything in Lincoln City, but a relatively quiet spot to stay. Very much enjoyed!

Picked this house for the hot tub and proximity to the beach and it did not disappoint. Loved the beachy look of the home, bright inside even on a cloudy day. Plenty of space and sitting room. We felt very comfortable. The beach is within walking distance, quick drive to several other beaches, too. Close to shopping and activities. The only thing I wish we knew is the main living area/kitchen is upstairs, so if you have mobility issues this may be an issue for you.

Nice Place, Good Size
We had a great time, it's a perfect distance to walk to the Casino. The oven did not work correctly, only the broiler worked. The management said they would send someone over to fix it, but I recall seeing someone else post about it months ago.

Not Impressed, but not miserable
The oven did not work when we arrived. We were only able to use the broiler, but it didn't even get that hot. We spent a good amount of money on groceries and still had to eat out, which was even more money. The hot tub wasn't completely full. Even with 5 grown people there was still at least 6 inches before the top edge. The bedding was super cheap and thin. There was not very much bedding for the extra pull-out, which was as comfortable as all crappy pull outs I have slept on, not at all. Overall, it served its purpose, kind of.

Wonderful weekend
This property was so much better than the listing. The hot tub was just what the doctor called for. The house was clean and obviously well cared for. The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil or gadget you can think of.

Fantastic 4th Birthday!
We rented this house for my daughter’s 4th birthday (all she wanted to do was go to the beach & discover sea creatures). We had 5 adults & a 4 yr old. Plenty of space, super clean & had everything you could need in supply! They even had a cake cloche I used to cover the cake I baked to surprise her!! It was a good price for everything you get... and there is a hot tub! Quick walk down to get to the beach.
The best part was customer service. I couldn’t ask for better! We had crazy snow hit & all roads closed from PDX to the beach the day we were due to check-in. I had a full blown anxiety attack over missing a day of our trip. I called & they could not have been nicer or more accommodating! I was able to adjust my reservation out one day with no issues, just one quick e-document to sign for the new dates.
Overall a wonderful experience from booking to check-out.

Nice house; broken hot tub
This is a nice 3 BD house located up a hill from easy beach access. The house is right across the street from a hotel and the street noise impacts the quiet of the house. We selected the house because we wanted a house with a hot tub. The hot tub was cold and filmy when we arrived and was not fixed after 2 calls.

All the kitchen utensils you could ever need
The home was lovely. It’s pretty quick walk downhill to the beach or short (3Min) drive to the grocery. There lots of room to relax and the hot tub was a nice addition. There were no hair dryers and the bedrooms had light shades so it was very bright early in the morning.
Overall a good experience.

Good house, bad management
We spent the first 2 hours of our stay on the phone trying to get in and then trying to get a cork screw to open our wine. They say text or call for help, but then you are on hold or they don’t text back for 30 minutes. Then we wanted to use the hot tub and it was only half full. So we had to fill it up and wot for it to warm up, so no hot tub fort night. We talked to property management and they said they would call back and send someone to fix it. They never called back and never sent someone. The house itself is fine, there just needs to be better care taken by management. Both upstairs toilets ran all the time and a few other maintenance issues.

Close to Casino and Beach
The layout of the house is really nice. We were unable to use the BBQ due to the amount of rust buildup that could not be cleaned off. Would have been nice to know that beforehand since we purchased items for a BBQ. Other than that we had a nice time.

Had the worst night sleep every on the bonus room pull-out. Better night sleep the other days because I put the pull-out mattress on the floor. Yes, it was more comfortable. The garbage can was full when we arrived and had a repugnant odor that lingered in the front yard. Without the two things my stay would have been not just good, but great and that is what most want out of a vacation.

The house was nicely set up. We did receive a phone call on the day we were to check in telling us we couldn't check in for 2 more hours past the agreed check in time. We weren't real happy with this as we had driven from out of state and timed it to check in when we were told we could.

This house is big enough for everyone to have their own space. We had our extended family together on this trip and everyone was comfortable. There is a set of slightly steep stairs if that is a concern. While not on the ocean, it is within walking distance (2 blocks down hill). House is furnished with everything you might need to cook -except for the food and spices(abundance of dishes/serving trays). Traditional Mr. Coffee maker.

The House was very nice. However disappoint with the lack of a ocean view. This was very important to me when I made the reservation. I call and spoke directly to an agent to confirm a ocean views. Answer YES. We had a family member with a heart problem. So this was a special gift for her. The other thing none of the TV's work in the bedrooms. Children's had to watch video on an IPad. Not a house for children.
