We were really excited to find this property available to book last minute. The home had a ton of space for our family and is pet-friendly and close to the beach, which we loved.
We didn’t love that the property was not clean. There are urine stains on carpets and smells throughout the home. Additionally, upon cooking our first meal, we noticed that the dishwasher that was listed as an amenity, was not functioning. I notified the management company immediately. The management company let us know that they had, at 4AM through email the day of check-in, notified us of the issue that the dishwasher wasn’t working. We we had already begun our journey to the beach and were not checking our emails while traveling. We were discouraged, as we had planned to make our meals at the home. We made our meals as we had planned and spent a lot of our vacation washing the dishes by hand. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until just before checkout that disposable serving-ware, was provided.
We learned our lesson, avoid booking with a conglomerate on a whim. Could have been worse but won’t be staying with this management property again. Next time we’ll plan in advance and stick to the independently-owned and operated properties.

We stayed at this property as a family of 6 adults and one infant. As previously requested before our arrival there was to be a high chair and a pack n play; neither was in the home upon our arrival. After many phone calls to the property management company (Meredith Lodging) we were told it would arrive later that day; by early evening neither item had arrived. We ended up purchasing a pack n play later that evening while our infant granddaughter slept on the floor.
The home has magnificent views, however, it is in desperate need of updating; the 90's are still alive in this home. Other than the kitchen counter upgrades to a solid surface and the same for the bathrooms, this home for us was a huge disappointment. There was one hair dryer for 3 full bathrooms (Meredith Lodging brought 2 more the following day after contacting them), there was unpainted trim around a double door, stained carpets, old and worn bedspreads with holes, non functioning closet doors and bathroom doors (the barn door did not stay shut in an upper bedroom), spiders, mix and matched plates and glasses, one measuring cup, a 4ft broom (only one that could be located), terrible 90's decor, broken lampshades, stained lampshades, ugly furniture, non working toaster and dishwasher. It needed a good overall cleaning and TLC!
At the price point we paid we were extremely disappointed both with the property and the management company.
Consider yourself warned! It is NOT worth the price!

Stunning Setting
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and spacious. Accommodated our large family very well and had a very well stocked kitchen for any cooking/entertaining. The beautiful view from almost every room was definitely the favorite part of the house. Loved that the beach access was next door as well.
Our only complaint would be that there were not enough towels for the amount of bathrooms or blankets and the beds could have been cozier. Many of us were cold and we ended up going and buying a couple of extra blankets. The hot tub was a little dirty inside and the cover is so warm that it was too hard to maneuver, so we didn’t use it much. Over all we had a great stay and would be interested in staying again.

Pictures don’t do this place justice. Walking in to that ocean front view is simply breathtaking. Fabulous kitchen too with everything you need to cook a family meal. Looking forward to staying here again.

Perfect Getaway!
I stayed here with my wife and daughters. We had a magnificent time. The location was perfect, it’s a very short walk to the beach. The views are amazing. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful remodel
Our family stayed in this house back in 2017. Was very excited to see that it was remodeled when we decided to visit again in 2021. Easy to access entry into the house. House was spotless. Kitchen plentiful. Everything worked. Even the hot tub. Hope to be back someday.

Agates, sunshine, and family
This three story beach front (but no direct access from the house) house was spacious for all 7 persons sleeping and for dinner for 9! We shared our first pandemic safe gathering and it was perfect. The house stayed a good temperature and the kitchen was easily able to accommodate many bodies moving around. I would only comment that it does not have any spices or ziplock baggies that would be nice in a pinch. Also needs more kitchen towel and much more dish soap.
For persons with trouble with stairs, this is NOT the location for you. The stairs to the beach are immense and the first floor bedroom people much go up at least one flight of stairs. It is not a downfall at all, but just make sure that all in your party can do that.
It was a very lovely stay and Meredith Lodging is exceptional at communicating and helping fix situations.

We love the location and spacious layout of this oceanfront gem. Watching the waves roll in is such a relaxing way to spend a quiet week away from home. Winter at the coast is for curling up in front of the fireplace, while the storms roll in, and this is the perfect house for it.

Perfect Everything. It was everything that we needed. Perfect privacy, size, location, view, access, and comforts. We were looking for a place with not a lot of traffic yet a beautiful view of the ocean and a warm house to enjoy it from. We found it.

The description of steps to the beach is a bit deceiving. Beach access is close, but the stairs down to the actual beach is steep and long. Would recommend showing a picture of the stairs leading to the beach. The amenities could be updated a little. The furniture is falling apart and not very comfortable. Very lumpy from years of use. The kitchen was very disorganized. The pots and pans need to be replaced. Preparing meals were quite a challenge as the non stick pans were all scuffed up and warped. The stove was gas, but for some reason, took along time to boil water for noodles. The oven itself was a bit scary as it kept making burst of gas noises constantly. The rooms are adequate. The hot tub was on the bottom underneath the deck. Would have preferred it on the main deck. The view from the deck was breathtaking. Could have used a few more patio furniture. It only had four chairs. Hard with a group of 8 adults and 4 children.Overall a nice experience, but not sure if our group would return.

Well-stocked tri-level with beautiful views and short walk down some well maintained stairs to beach. Requested new propane tank for grill and it arrived promptly. On demand hot water heater went out the day before we left, and employee (great worker by the way) who came out on a Sunday was unable to fix it; vendor who services these devices had not shown up by the time we checked out on Monday. No fault to the company; just one of those things.

The house was beautifully decorated with a fully equip kitchen and windows to maximize the stunning views. The house has been recently renovated and the bathrooms, kitchen and furnishings were upscale and well chosen.

Beautiful home, great location!
This home is beautiful and has gorgeous ocean views throughout with easy beach access down a stairway just steps away. Very comfortable furnishings in gathering areas. Well appointed kitchen with beautiful finishes. Each bedroom has its own beautifully finished bathroom. Overall our stay was very comfortable. The management company, however, was not responsive to our needs. They provided vague check in instructions regarding the location of the key lockbox so be sure to ask where it is! Upon arrival we discovered that the WiFi network was not working. We called the management company and were told that either a maintenance person would come by or they would call us back with further instructions. Neither happened. The next morning we called back twice only to be left on hold for over 5 minutes each time with no answer. (This was on a Friday during business hours.) We never did hear back and never had WiFi access at the house during our stay.

Wonderful visit
We had three families and the accommodations were perfect. I read reviews from 2018 commenting on a broken dishwasher, and it was STILL broken! No one notified us which I really don’t think is ok. Otherwise there were a few things that needed care, like the lamp shade and bath towels were a bit worn. The location is so great, the view and proximity to the beach access. Thanks for sharing your house.

Clean & beautiful but needs a few things!
The house was clean and beautiful! What I would suggest is:
* Update your check in policy. Our code didn't work on the front door pad - luckily was able to get in the unlocked back door. Was told they were just updating the locks and hadn't updated the instructions. (!)
* WiFi password: The password didn't work for any of our devices or the smart TV on premise. We called, customer support was very nice and said we could reset the router but they didn't know where it was (!) They sent someone out the next day, we had a note on the door that it was fixed - but the password never worked for any of our devices or the TV. Really???
*The dishwasher was out of out order. It was nice you put a sign on it but it would have even been more professional to put that notice on the property description or the information about the house you sent when I inquired about.
* The hot tub (from a long-time hot tub owner). The lid is very heavy and water-logged and needs to be replaced. We could never get the temperature to go over 98 degrees which made it pretty useless as a hot tub!

Loved this house. We go to the coast every year and this is by far the best house we have ever stayed at. Loved the location, the view and the house. Was a little disappointed that the dishwasher didn't work. We cook seafood at home a lot and with as many people as we had that was a lot of dishes. The house made up for it though. We are already looking at our vacation next year. We will book this again.
