Alles. Eines der besten Hotels das wir kennen. Grandiose Lage an der Lagune, fantastische Suite mit zwei Balkonen, und super nettes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. wir waren schon 2mal dort und kommen immer wieder!

Great location and services. Free parking across the street 20 meters from hotel. Very good breakfast, eggs, bacon and sausage included :). Equipment and size of apparent was unbelievable.

Das wir bei der Ankunft ein Zimmer bekommen hatten, das dunkel und sehr kalt war. Die Aussicht war direkt auf eine Mauer. Nach der Beschwerde bekamen wir gegen Aufpreis ein tolles Appartement mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf die Lagune und mit Balkon. Hell und angenehm warm.

Frühstück war top, das Personal extrem aufmerksam. Wir wurden super mit Informationen versorgt. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt.

Frühstück mit allem, was man braucht, mit schönem Blick über die Marina. Zimmer sehr großzügig bemessen. Strandhandtücher und -taschen sind an der Rezeption zu bekommen, Handtücher für den Pool liegen aus. Fahrräder kann man sich jederzeit ausleihen. Wir waren zwar ohne Hund unterwegs aber das Hotel ist sehr hundefreundliich, Hunde dürfen mit in den Frühstücksraum. Am hoteleigenen Stand gibt es einen Bereich mit Schirmen und Liegen an denen Hunde mitgebracht werden dürfen, mit einem eingezäunten Spielplatz und einer eigenen Hundedusche. Extra Hundeliegen und Wassernäpfe stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. An dem öffentlichen Strand dürfen Hunde überall spazierengehen und ins Wasser. Uns hat die Kombination aus Hotel und Apartment sehr gut gefallen. Morgens zum Frühstück schlappen und zum Abendessen nicht auf die Uhr gucken müssen um die Essenszeit nicht zu verpassen, sondern sich unabhängig entscheiden, ob man sich selbst etwas zubereitet oder irgendwo essen geht oder sich eine Pizza holt.

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Die Balkonbeleuchtung geht automatisch an und brennt die ganze Nacht, weil das Schlafzimmer neben dem Balkon lag, haben wir die Jalousien runterlassen müssen, weil es sonst zu hell gewesen wäre. Schöner wäre eine ausschaltbare Lampe. Auf dem Balkon stand nur eine Bank, einen Tisch oder eine Ablagefläche gab es nicht. Im Bad werden Duschgel und Bodylotion in kleinen Verpackungen angeboten, schöner wären nachfüllbare Spender um Müll zu vermeiden, die Produkte sind an sich sehr angenehm.

We had a suite overlooking the lagoon -- amazing view, great screens (so you could see the water but not let in mosquitoes), and pretty quiet. The rooms were spotless and spacious. Great kitchen facilities, including a full-sized fridge, and a lovely bathroom. Martina at the front desk was amazing -- friendly, informative, able to speak multiple languages expertly, and truly helpful. Finally, the beach to which the hotel gives guests access was lovely. It's a fifteen-minute walk but you can easily drive a car there if you have one. We were given umbrellas and very comfy chairs, there was easy access to snacks, showers, and toilets, and the water was warm and tranquil.

The view to the bay from our room was awesome! Every member of the stuff was really kind and helpful. The hotel and the room were nice, modern and clean. We liked the pool area and beach of the hotel. And we loved the free bikes to discover the beautiful Chioggia!

The breakfast was fine but boring, not too various. The gym was really small and the multifunctional machine wasn’t so useful. But these “problems” didn’t really bother us.

Loved the location, free bikes to explore. Staff are amazing and so helpful and cheerful. Pool is so good and restaurant right there to enjoy. Restaurants nearby are excellent with the best seafood. Real Italy 🇮🇹 ❤️

We needed a cab to get to the old town - 35 Euros round trip. 130 Euros to Marco Polo airport.

Breakfast was really great with a wide selection of food and drink, with good service as well. Room is spacious, clean and modern.

The location was great, the staff could not have been better, our view of the lagoon was spectacular. Overall it was way beyond our expectations.

My wife and I really had a great time there. The hotel has a big parking, so it's no problem to get there by car. Staff is friendly and helpful and always wearing a smile. Room was beautiful and had a lot of space. Also the breakfast was outstanding. Honestly, I can only compliment the hotel! :)

Nice location, parking place, very nice view on marina, modern look of the hotel and rooms. Nice personel.

Heating in the room did’n worked cerrectly (room has been changed after request). Poor breckfast (no vegetables, extra charge for omlet and freshely squized juice) - to be changed. No tea in the room, water and coffe capsules only the first day. We havent been accepted in the hotel restaurant (M4 bistro) with our dog, it was no problem in the breakfast area - not coherent.

Great peacful location, very kind staff and perfect breakfest with marvelous view. Recommend to visit the city, its long coast and Venice of course. Much to do for at least 3 days. True Italian experience.
