Private nicely decorated studio
Charmante, ruhige Unterkunft in einer schönen Familiengegend in Campbell. Sehr komfortables, privates Studio für 3 Personen. Die Gäste haben einen eigenen Eingang und eine kleine Terrasse. Die Unterkunft ist etwa 550 m² groß und komplett möbliert mit einem Queensize-Bett, einem Schrankbett, einem Sofa und einem Esstisch. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Es gibt einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, in dem Sie Ihre Sachen aufbewahren können. Die Küche verfügt über einen großen Kühlschrank, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen elektrischen Herd, eine Mikrowelle, Töpfe, Pfannen und Geschirr. Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne / Dusche ist mit einem Fön, Shampoo und Duschgel ausgestattet. Der Flachbild-TV kommt mit AT & T U-Vers, mit Premium-Kanälen, DVD-Player und Internet / WIFI-Zugang. Es gibt viele Parkplätze auf der Straße. Die Lage ist ideal für Geschäftsreisende, mit einfachem Zugang zu mehreren Autobahnen, Autobahnen und einer Stadtbahnstation. Es ist in der Nähe von großen Tech-Unternehmen HQs (Netflix, Barracuda, eBay, Apple, etc.). Zehn Minuten zu Fuß oder 2 Minuten Fahrt zur VTA-Stadtbahn, die Sie direkt zum SAP Center Home von San Jose Sharks oder Levi's Stadium Home of 49ers bringt.

What I liked: The property is in a nice neighborhood, very quiet and a short walk to a large park. The main bed was nice, the pull-down bed was adequate, the small kitchen has what you need including some good quality pots/pans. Spacious, with a small old air conditioner that didn't look like it would work but it turned out to be great... it was quiet, had a remote control, and just gave a constant quiet hum. I had some small issues and the owner was available. I lost the key and he was kind about that.
What I didn't like: Cleanliness in certain aspects was lacking; I notified the owner and he came in to fix. Hopefully he will adjust for the future.
Once we got the cleanliness issues fixed I enjoyed my stay.

I enjoyed my stay at this property; very clean and organized and private. Only suggestion: the mattress was not the best - soft and sagging in the center and noisy bedsprings. Other than that my stay was fine.

My sister and I needed a place to sleep and shower while we visited family. The location was secure and peaceful. While the apartment could use some updating, it was as clean as it could be. I’d return at this great price!

The property was great until an animal got into the ducting behind the refrig, We i came home around 9pm that's when the scratching started and it was loud, I wasn't worried about it getting into the room through the ductwork but the scratching sound was unbearable, I tried sleeping but kept getting woke. I called Leon and explained the problem and told him that I couldn't sleep in the unit and needed to leave, He said he would reimburse me my last night stay for the inconveience.. I haven't been contacted by him yet.

This studio was exactly as advertised--clean, quaint, very cute neighborhood with a lot of privacy. Location was very close to downtown. The host was easy to contact and replied promptly. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay for a weekend vacation.
