We love staying at this condo at Long Beach. We love the second floor where we can easily use the stairs and the views and amenities are great! We can’t wait to return.

This condo is in a great location we love Long Beach Resort. My husband and I are blessed to bring his daughter and husband along with our 6 grandchildren the size of the condo was perfect for us has tons of space. Beautifully decorated with nice furniture along with sturdy patio furniture. King size bed was very comfortable. We loved we could watch our grandchildren swim from our balcony. Kids love the island pool and the Hang Out. I would love to keep this place to myself but if you are looking for the best family condo and resort look no father. Thank you Barbara for the best vacation we had in a long time. I hope to rent from you again.

We had an amazing week at PCB in this condo! The condo was beautifully furnished and very clean, we loved that it was in the 2nd floor, we rarely had to utilize the elevators at all during our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked and meet our needs. The owners were very quick to respond with any questions or issues we had. I cannot recommend this condo enough!

The pictures don’t do this condo justice. It’s the perfect location, great furniture inside, awesome balcony furniture and 2 beach chairs with an umbrella. It also has every amenity you could ask for. Barbara was so easy to work with and we hope to stay in this condo again. EM. 6/4-11/2022

We had a great time! Condo was bigger than we expected. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was nice. Best part of the condo was the balcony! Love the furniture and perfect view! 2nd floor location is great too. High enough to have a view but low enough we can take stairs. Location on the beach was great too! Rated less than ideal for cleanliness due to dirty sheets on one of the beds but owner said they would check into it. Owner was great to work with and very responsive to all our questions!

Love Long Beach resort. close to everything

This is our fourth stay at Long Beach, we love coming here for the amenities, location, and the complex itself. And even though we had a few issues which I’ll outline below, we will for certain be returning in the future. This was our first time in tower 1. The last few times in tower 4 where we usually stay, the cleaning hasn’t been that great. The cleaning this time was better, however still not adequate considering the things going on right now, and the price for renting. To begin with, I will say, the linens, most of the furniture, and most dishes were clean, however the floors, bathrooms, mirror in the dining area and appliances were filthy. When we walked in we immediately smelled mildew, and saw water on the kitchen floor, we then discovered that was due to an issue with the kitchen sink plumbing. Inside the kitchen sink cabinet, the drain had been leaking into a container that was overflowing for some time it. We drained the bucket which had putrid water and grease in it from the dishwasher draining, we called maintenance twice, and never once got a response. Anytime the dishwasher was ran, or the sink used, we would have to dump this bucket or else it would overflow. To me, this shouldn’t be something a visitor should have to do, or worry about, however, if we didn’t drain it, there would be a sopping mess all over the floor. Again, this is a maintenance/facility issue, and not an owner issue. Nonetheless, besides those issues, the unit was comfortable and we had a very great time. The couches and chairs were very comfortable, and of course, the location is perfect for our family. I think if the owners of Long Beach got together and contracted a better cleaning and maintenance service, it would greatly enhance an already great location. Thanks again.

This place was beautiful! The photos online so not do it justice. We enjoyed being on the 2nd floor and never had to take the elevator. We could not get the master TV to work and the owner took the time to FaceTime us and get it back on. We will be back!

The whole process of renting this condo was fast and easy. It was fully stocked with anything you would need and very comfortable. Will definitely rent it again!

Very well decorated condo for family of 8. After 20 years of Long Beach vacations, this was a wonderful condo to enjoy our Grandchildren. First time we had a full streaming TV menu & helped us navigate rain & double red flags. Liked the 2nd floor as we could watch the 5 year old frolic with our daughter.

We loved the fact it was on the 2nd floor and didn’t have to fight for an elevator. This condo is very spacious and has plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, silverware, cups and cook ware. There is also plenty of extra blankets and pillows. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful floor plan. All 3 bedrooms had view of the beach and balcony. The balcony was wide with a view of the beach as far as the eye could see. Comfortable gliders and furniture on the balcony. Comfortable furniture in the living area. Will definitely return.

We have stayed at Long Beach for many years and love the convenience and location! Loved our condo this year but the house cleaning did a horrible job! There was sand in 3 of the beds and sand all over the kitchen counter tops and floor! I know it’s hard to maintain sand but this was way too much for it to have been cleaned!

Great condo and location. We did get a violation because we left our beach chairs and toys outside the door and it was considered a fire hazard, which I understood. Security did not say anything until Friday afternoon before we were leaving Saturday morning. I have not told Ms. Barbara but the lights in the loft bedroom flickers in the bathroom and above the small kitchen sink. They may need to get an electrician to check on this. We had a great time and thanks for letting us rent your condo.

We absolutely enjoyed staying at this property. The 3 bedroom was perfect for our family. Long Beach Resort is our favorite and this was our first time staying in Tower 4 and the first time in a 3 bedroom. Great experience. Would highly recommend.

Could use more towels and washcloths.

The condo was perfect for our large family. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. The view was amazing! The pools were very nice and not over crowded. We really enjoy sitting on the balcony in the Adirondack rockers!

We had a great vacation the condo was beautiful and was well stocked with everything we needed.The view was awesome we enjoyed many hours out on the balcony enjoying the dolphins, pelicans, people walking and just the view of the gulf. The bike trails were great at Frank Brown park and took us to the conservation park and enjoyed many miles of biking as well as pickle ball close by. All the shopping was close and we enjoyed the concerts at pier park as well as the Mardi Gras parade. The dinner shows were fabulous at the Todd Herendeen theatre. We look forward to next year and enjoying this beautiful condo again. Thanks Bob and Barbara

My two sisters and I have stayed here twice. It is a beautiful condo with breath taking views. Conveniently located and easy parking. The owners are wonderful to work with. We hope to return often.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. My husband & I have stayed numerous times at Long Beach Resort. This time we brought our 2 sons & their girlfriends. This is, by far, the NICEST condo we have ever stayed in; it definitely exceeded everyone's expectations. It is well appointed; all we needed was the food. We will undeniably will stay here again. Thank you for offering up your beautiful condo.

We have been going to PCB for about 18 years. As our family has grown it has been more difficult to find large enough condos to accommodate all of us.....but this was a golden find for our family. There was plenty of room for all of us and the furnishings were just like home. The kitchen lacked nothing. What we really liked was that there was no key or card to worry about since all you needed was a code number. The owner has been great to work with. We will be returning to this condo for our PCB vacations! Thank you for sharing your "home" with us. Bruce and family

I highly recommend this condo. It was very lovely. We had six adults and 4 kids during our stay. We did not feel cramped, there was room enough for everyone. The layout of the condo is perfect. The owners take the time to make sure you are all set. It was such a nice surprise to receive a phone call from the owner himself a few hours after check in to make sure we approved of the place, the condition it was in, and to ask if we had any questions. They are prompt on the return of your refundable deposit. Being on the second floor you do not have to use the elevator which is nice. I also loved that the unit was a end unit allowing more outdoor space for all your beach chairs, floats and toys. The bathrooms were all very spacious and clean. The hot water lasted longer then most condos we have all stayed in before--this was very nice! The condo is conveniently located to all my favorites of PCB. I LOVE to walk to Pineapple Willy's along the sand, which we did twice. Our whole group of 10 was ready to go ahead book for next summer. Every summer we vacation in PCB. We will definitely contact this condo first.

This condo was the best! The decorations and all the kitchen amenities were better than what is in the picture. We absolutely loved the large balcony with table and great chairs to just sit and look at the ocean from the second floor. The condo slept 9 people comfortably and was in a convenient location on the beach. Barbara was very easy to deal with and returned the security deposit in a week. Thank you Barbara for sharing your beach retreat with us!

Our family and friends enjoyed your wonderful condo. Having stayed in other condos I can say that this is the best one by far! We have stayed at the Long Beach properties in years past and decided to try it again. Our main requirements were that we had to have parking on the same side, elevators that didn't take forever, and a lagoon type pool. We found all of this and more. The location of this condo could not have been any better. Being on the 2nd floor right by the stairs was a plus. We hardly ever took the elevators but when we did we never waited more than a couple of minutes. This is very hard to find on the 4th of July. The condo was decorated beautifully! All the beds were so comfortable. The washer and dryer were great and took no time to do laundry. We have found our place! We will definitely be renting again. Thanks again!

We throughly enjoyed staying in this condo! We visit the beach several times a year and have visited many different properties in PCB. This floor plan convienently accomodated the entire family. The fine furnishings added to our enjoyment. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the tools that anyone could require. The convienent 2nd floor location eliminated any long elevator waits and easy access to the pool, beach and parking. We plan to stay in this unit again next visit! Having stayed at various condos at Long Beach over the past few years, I know it can be hit or miss. This was a HIT! The gulf waters were closed (two red flags) for nearly three days of our stay, but the condo and pool facilities more than made up for it. The pictures were right on. I had online course work to complete while I was there and had zero problems with the wi-fi (blessing!). Thank you for making our PCB stay wonderful!

Wow! Everything is decorated beautifully! Beds were laid out perfectly. My girl really loved the bunk bed. All new beds and furnishings! Thanks for allowing us to stay! We stayed at Portofino this past Summer and really enjoyed your condo more! Heated pool and proximity to beach was Great!

This condo was perfect. It had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family of 5 plus 2 friends. Very comfortable rooms, well equipped kitchen, large balcony. The location on the 2nd floor on the end was great b/c it was next to the stairs. We loved this condo!
