This was a cozy little cottage in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities one could want. Books, games, a nice kitchen, and wifi were all there.

We had a wedding to attend in Paihia, and stayed at this gem for a couple nights.
It was a 2min drive to the township, and walking distance to a beach. Great facilities and comfy living space.
Marylin was great to deal with and was super accommodating.
Can't wait to make another trip up!

A little bit further out of pahia than some people would like, but it was lovely and quiet and the local taxi guy was awesome and very cheap, about $7 back to the batch if you've been drinking and generally gets to you within about 10 mins. batch was awesome, had everything you could need expect a dryer but has heaters and a clothes rack (although i guess this normally wouldn't matter at all we just had quite a rainy weekend) . other than that it was a perfect little getaway, :)

This cozy little cottage ( called a “Bach” in NZ) is bigger on the inside than on the outside. Great space for a family, a fully equipped kitchen, and a library of both books and DVDs. Back deck with clothesline and hose perfect for rinsing off and drying water sports equipment. High efficiency washing machine installed. Just over the hill from Paihia, allowing you to avoid the traffic. Low noise neighborhood with minimal traffic and an easy walk to the beach. Can’t beat it.

A nice self-contained one bedroom unit. Close to walking trails and all the beautiful sights of Bay of Islands. Good kitchen facilities. Everything we needed for our stay.

A family of 4 stayed at the cottage. It was comfy and well maintained. It was a little far from the main town to walk but only 5 mins by car. I would recommend it

We had a really lovely stay at Koru cottage. The cottage is well equipped and comfortable. A great spot from which to explore the Bay of Islands. Would stay again and recommend to other visitors.

Very comfortable and roomy unit just outside of the main part of town. Off the main road, so quiet and peaceful. All we needed for a two night stay.

Thanks for having us Koru Cottage. Such a gorgeous little place, well equipped and comfy. We had a very rainy weekend so our kids enjoyed learning how to play chess and watched a few movies.

Great location, lovely batch, comfortable bed etc, quiet and not far from anything, only recommendation would be that the hot water pressure in shower was low. We will be back as we want to do some other great adventures that Paihia has to offer. We recommend this batch to all and sundry.

Koru Creek cottage was a lovely home for thee nights.
Koru Creek cottage was a lovely home for thee nights. Very clean and tidy with a great deck and bbq out the back. Would recommend as long as you have a car or don't mind walking for 20ish mins. You will also need to walk or drive to a swimming beach as the bay at the end of the street is a bit muddy.
