The condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The pools, landscaping, and grounds at the Pelican were very well maintained!

My husband and I, our daughter and my parents enjoyed this property for a week! The location is amazing and the complex has a fantastic set up allowing you to easily enjoy the beach and the pool (basically at the same time). The unit was exactly as pictured, clean, and comfortable. Melynda was quick to respond with any questions or concerns and quickly resolved a small problem we experienced with an appliance. We are already looking forward to our stay next year!

I have been renting through the Pelican for years. This unit is one of the nicest I’ve rented. It’s beautiful and accommodated our family of 5. We will be renting this unit every year.

We had an absolutely incredible time staying at this condo. First of all the condo itself is amazing, so beautiful, clean and spacious. We had a fantastic view of the ocean and watched the sunrise each morning. We enjoyed the pool, using grills and playing on the beach. The people were awesome and it was super well kept and the environment was nice and chill not party central which was perfect. I would highly recommend this condo and we will be back next year!

We have spent a week in NSB every summer for the last 14 years. This was our first time at Pelican. It is my favorite condo! Everything was perfect. Met several residents and they were friendly and welcoming.

We loved our stay. We got to watch the sunrise from our balcony every morning. The pools were great and the beach was perfect. The condo was clean and we loved that everyone got their own bed. We would definitely stay at The Pelican again!

Condo was much bigger than expected and beautifully updated. Great view of the ocean with nice outside seating for drinking coffee in the morning. We had plenty of room and everything needed was provided. Will definitely stay again.

Loved the condo. Very nice and clean. Would like to make some suggestions. Add more chairs. There were two chairs with five of us. Also I could only find two extra blankets and there were five of us. I would highly recommend condo.

The property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful facility. One elevator was not functioning but it was okay as we just chose to park near the other one.

We rented this unit for a long Labor Day weekend celebrating our daughter's 16th birthday. The condo was very nice. The view was beautiful. The condo was just as described in the listing. The wifi wasn't working when we arrived but with prompt help from the property manager, it was up and running in a short time. The furniture was comfy, beds were firm but comfy, condo was well stocked with towels, bedding, any kitchen supplies you need, chairs for the beach, toys for the beach...anything you need. The condo is very close to the elevator which is always a plus. The complex was well maintained and clean. We would definitely stay here again! We love New Smyrna Beach!

The property was clean & spacious with a cute coastal decor. As a family of 5, the kids each had their own bed & no one had to sleep on the pull out couch. The kids loved the direct access to the beach via the pool deck. New Smyrna Beach was a great beach town … we appreciated that so many amenities were in close proximity to the Pelican. Would rent again!

Been staying at the Pelican every summer since 2017 and you can’t beat the location. View from this unit was good but balcony is a little tight for more than 2 people. Unit was comfortable but the pictures were not accurate as the front room has 2 beds when we were expecting a pull out and chairs. Overall the unit is dated and needs some updates but worked for our needs. AC filter appeared to have needed a change for a good while and the large yellow stain on the front guest bed was a surprise when we removed the sheets at the end of the stay as directed in the condo guide. Only 1 parking pass offered for peak month as well.

Wanted a place to stay that I could see the beach from the back porch, smell and hear the ocean and easily walk to the beach. This place fit that description perfectly. It was clean and place was quiet. Our only mistake was not staying a full week!

This condo was nice and clean. Easy access to beach and pool for family’s. 2 king sized beds were very comfortable with 2 twins beds for the kids. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again. Thank you Melynda.

We were happy with the property overall. Beautiful view of pools and ocean from balcony. Balcony was a Little tight for more than 2 people to enjoy at once. We had everything we needed. My only complaints are the dryer took 2+ hours to dry a regular sized load and the beds could use a topper. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

We loved the condo! It was perfect for me, my daughter, my mom and my sister! We had plenty of space! We did have an air conditioner problem, but Melynda was awesome and got it fixed right away! We will definitely look at renting again!

Just returned from great week at the beach with our Grand child. Everything was as described. The room was good the water pressure in shower was good which is a big deal for me as I travel extensively and more times than not no water pressure. All the comforts of a great week at the beach. We were able to experience two rocket launches one day and one night launch in the same week. which was a treat for me as well as our grand child her first one. watch out NASA you may have a recruit in a few years.
There was some external noise from renovations going on outside during the day but no big deal. We love the room and will be back again. Property manager was very responsive.
