Had a group of 12 ranging from 5-80. We all had a great time and Sara is a great host. Would definitely go back.

We spent the week with our family, ages 8 months to 86, and we all had a wonderful time. There was plenty of space to sit and visit, whether inside, on the porch or around the pool. The extra large kitchen with 2 of everything was perfect, as was the extra ice maker. The golf cart and elevator made everything so much easier, and every bedroom had its own bathroom. Sarah was wonderful, and very responsive. We found this home to be perfect for our family, and we will definitely stay again if we return to Navarre Beach!

Beautiful house, very clean, fit our group (6 adults and 8 kids) perfectly. The pool was very nice with plenty of chairs. The beach was a 3 minute walk.

The absolute nicest home we have ever stayed in! Lots of room. I love the three master bedrooms. The porches are great. Nice location to the beach and close to the bridge so easy trips to town for sushi or ice cream! The single floor plan layout is so much nicer than multiple levels. The pool is really nice!

Perfect location. Easy beach access, very nice to have the golf car to haul chairs to the beach. Ample beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. House is gorgeous, comfortable beds and enough space tor 11 of us. Of all the VRBOs I’ve rented, this one did not have as much supplied - things like salt, pepper, tin foil (for grilling the amazing fish we got at the market), soaps,etc. stores aren’t too far thankfully. If you don’t have a car though, it’s too far to walk across the bridge. Nevertheless, would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing beach vacation in a beautiful home with exceptional views!

This home was amazing for our family gathering. Plenty of communal space, but also plenty of places to be alone if needed. House was very well appointed with kitchen supplies, beach equipment, etc.... having the good cart was amazing!

Upon arrival, we were amaze by the cleanliness and well decorated house. The beds were comfy. Elevator was extremely useful for our parents and transporting supplies. The golf cart was a nice touch. Sarah is one of the best hostess I had a pleasure of talking to. Even minor issues were taken cared of quickly and I mean within minutes, the the service technician was on site. We will return for sure. Thank you Sarah for being awesome.

We were very happy with our stay! The house is spacious and having everything on one floor was very nice. House and decor are beautiful. No surprises, everything was as listed. Check in process was very easy! Location to beach cannot be beat and the golf cart was notice bonus to help load things to and from beach. Bathroom off pool was a plus! Just a few things to note: bring extra toiletries, detergent, cleaning supplies with you the house was minimally stocked. BBQ pitts and blenders were not working. Great time though and we would definitely stay here again.

We had eight adults and eight kids that included my wife and I, our three grown children and their families. The grandchildren are all under the age of ten. There was far more than enough sleeping spaces.
The kitchen was well appointed. We really liked the fact that there were two dishwashers. There was also a second refrigerator located in the laundry room that came in very handy.
We’ve previously rented large homes along the Florida coast that had multiple floors (2-3 stories) so I was a bit apprehensive about this place having all of the living space on one floor. By the end of the week we were in agreement that the single floor plan worked really well for us. It was much easier to gather together and stay connected when people weren’t spread out over multiple floors.
The swimming pool was really nice. The golf cart that’s included with the rental made toting stuff to the beach access much easier.
We did have an electrical problem that required the maintenance guy to come. He came in as soon as he was notified and fixed the issue. We’ve rented other places where issues weren’t fixed in a timely manner so it was nice that the owner had this taken care of as soon as she found out there was an issue.

We stayed in this beach house 4 years ago. It was every bit as wonderful as we remembered! The house is beautifully laid out, comfortable, well-equipped with all the housewares and appliances that accommodate joint family or friends gathering. Pool is lovely as are the porches. I would highly recommend this beach house!

This home is lovely, clean, well stocked and great for a large group. We found everything to be in perfect order and the location was fantastic! We hosted our daughter's rehearsal dinner and wedding reception under the house and it was amazing. The transformation from parking area to gorgeous fairytale wedding venue was INCREDIBLE! Can't wait to share pictures with the owner!

We loved the house and the furnishings are beautiful. The only recommendation’s we would have is it was very difficult figuring out the television situation. We are not familiar with YouTube TV and having to sign in and login without any instructions on how to do that was frustrating. I would possibly suggest either have someone come over to the house and do a little tutorial on how to use the television system, or have a detailed instruction sheet. Also coming from out of town I did not pack a blow dryer, and the were not in any of the bathrooms. That was a huge convenience. So providing some blow dryers would have been nice or make it perfectly clear in your welcome letter.
One other suggestion is the golf cart was great to have but it is looking a bit tired and it is rusted out on the back. Someone is going to go through that rusted area!
I really would have liked if Sarah your property mgr could have just called and checked in to see if there were any questions or concerns. I was on vacation and didn’t want to keep checking email responses.
One last thing, the front door is very difficult to lock, and if we wanted to leave the house, we had to lock the front door from the inside and go down the elevator. It sure would’ve been nice to have a keypad on the front door. That way the elevator would get less use.

This large house with a pool is in a great location, a very short walk to the beach! The house still seems new and had plenty of bedrooms for our family of 13 (8 adults and 5 kids). The large living/dining area is awesome, with plenty of room for prepping meals and space for all of us to eat together! It was nice that all the rooms were on 1 level, especially with toddlers in the group. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This house is GORGEOUS!! The well-stocked kitchen and the en suite bathrooms were a plus with 12 ladies. It was very spacious and the decor was beautiful. There was ample parking and convenient to the beach. We didn’t get to use the pool since the weather was a little cool.
Sarah was an absolute pleasure to work and was very responsive to any questions I had. She’s my new best friend (in my head)!
Everyone loved everything about this property and we definitely plan to return!

The house is beautiful and spacious! Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is so nice for individual families’ privacy. The views are gorgeous and the beach access is a few houses away. I highly recommend this house and hope to visit again!!

We had a wonderful visit. The house was ideal for a family vacation. The floor plan provided the appropriate privacy yet a common area for games and preparing family meals. The deck on the south side was awesome for relaxing and watching the sun come up. The younger ones enjoyed the crow’s nest for watching the ocean. We had family coming in at dusk and seeing the house number was challenging. I missed the notation that the heated pool was extra. It is positioned north of the house and was really cold and unswimmable. It was shaded all day. Lastly, the properties along that strip are extremely close together. The house on the east side had extremely loud music 3 nights of our stay which vibrated the whole house. The owner went over and above to answer questions as we prepared for our vacation and to help with the noise issue. Thank you Soggy Dollar!!

The house was exactly as listed on the VRBO website. Everything was very clean and exactly as described. Location to public beach access is a 45 second walk or an even shorter drive in the golf cart. The Gulf is easily visible from the house to the point that we saw dolphins jumping from the crows nest one late afternoon. The Gulf is even visible from the living room. Pool was great, house was great, and the vacation turned out great without us having to worry about issues with the house!! If we come back to Navarre with this much family, we will definitely try to book this house again!!!

This property was great. Everybody had a wonderful time. This house offered plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the kitchen and all the beach items we needed. Beach was very close and the golf cart was great for getting the kids over to the beach. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful! Everything you need! Only thing we were not able to use the pool because it had some issues but the owner Sarah tried to get it taken care of but may need to get a new pool company. Other than that it was perfect and would rent again!

This property has everything and more. The pictures are amazing, but when you get there in person it’s even better. The view and location are perfect. There were 18 of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other. We will definitely be back. Thank you Sarah for such a beautiful home.

Soggy Dollar was even better than the photos. We had plenty of space for our larger group and each person had a comfortable place to sleep. The house was clean, airy and bright. The pool was delightful along with the easy access to the beach. The cherry on top was the closet of beach chairs and pool toys! We would recommend this property to everyone.

Great House with Many Extras
Our family of 6 adults and 5 children (ages 12-17) had a wonderful week at Soggy Dollar. This was our third stay at this house. We really like that the great room, kitchen and all of the bedrooms are on the same level. It also has close beach access, beautiful views of the gulf and sound, and a large pool. We’ve already booked it again for 2023!

We held a family reunion at Soggy Dollar for 19 people and everyone loved the house and the location. The owner was easy to work with and responded quickly when we needed anything. The view of the sea was wonderful and the house was only a short walk to a beach access point. I heartily recommend the property.

Fantastic beach property
This is an excellent beach property, especially for large groups. It is one of the best layouts we've stayed in. Great beach and sound views and very easy access to the beach. Sarah, the property manager was very helpful and addressed all our needs.

A great house
The house is great in many ways, offers what you need and more. It is in a great location and a 2 min walk to the beach. The private pool was a plus too when the ocean was too rough or you just wanted to relax by the pool with the kids. My only negative was the weak Wi Fi, very hard to connect to and get the TV working.. We loved the house and will go back again without a doubt.

Beautiful Home, Great Location, a Few Maintenance Needs
This home is absolutely gorgeous! Our family of 12 loved our time here. All ages commented that they loved it. The elevator is so helpful for luggage and those not as mobile as they would like. The home is well equipped with dishes, pans, TWO refrigerators and a good supply of towels. We all could spread out and enjoyed when we could come together. Many of us loved using the Crow's Nest, too!
There are a few maintenance needs (rotting Adirondack chairs by pool were too unsteady to try out with any confidence, wavy front porch floor which is beginning to be a trip hazard for especially limited people, several doors do not latch closed (including some bathroom doors) and one bedroom door (room with bunks) does not fully open due to swelling floors). Internet was spotty but okay. TVs were difficult to work without a tutorial (most were in setup mode when turned on). One last thing, pictures on VRBO show a home being developed across the street. It is finished now so there is not a full ocean view. Just wanted to disclose that.
DESPITE those suggestions, the home is totally worth it! No doubt, with a little maintenance lovin' and a freshened set of pictures, many will feel even MORE drawn to this beautiful property!
