Everything was not clean it was so dirty even told the owner they didn't care I will never book her again very dispointing

No microwave and toaster. To provide Fresh shampoo and soap.

Apartment was neat and nicely decorated. It was clean too, with working fridge and microwave.

Master bedroom air-condition wasn't cold at all. Need servicing.

location was fantastic. easy access to all Austin Heights restaurants and KTVs.

need to pay deposit for the stay which not stated when i book to rooms. the room fail to have toilet paper and the shower have problems of water leaking. should have maintain better. and there is a spoil kettle.

I need to travel about 1000 metres to pick up the keys...

I like the apartments especially facilities that are ready there.

Its actually not so convenience when the apartments are not in the same block with the parking lot. We stayed at block A & C but one of the parking lot is in block B. And to get the keys for check in & put it back for check out, we have to go to Academic Suites first, its outside of of the apartment compound (1.8km/6minutes drive)

difficult to get the key, chexk in time at 3pm other at 2pm. check out at 11am, others at 12.
