Lobby and breakfast area were big and very nice. Hotel was new and clean. Location was great.

Hotels need to abandon powdered eggs.

Toilet paper and towels inferior quality. Mattress was dirty in a spot. Bathroom could have been cleaner

The lil kick back event

I was charged a smoking fee cause I threw my tobacco in the garbage … they have a no smoking sign but it doesn’t state I can’t throw my tobacco in the garbage , so I was accused of smoking in the room when I went to my vehicle to smoke.

Our 3rd visit to Cleveland using Drury - Beachwood. Great location, quiet, and friendly staff. Heads above anywhere else we've stayed short of taking out a loan to stay at. Clean facility with good AM & PM food options. Pet friendly. Hard to consider anywhere else!

Small complaint but elevator floors prone to puddle water from people using the indoor pool.... use caution going in and out.

Clean, good breakfast (hate those weird egg patties at other hotels), nice room, comfy bed, great location, nice laundry room.

Staff were wonderful. Breakfast and kickback foods were very good and the free drinks at the bar were a welcome surprise.

The location was great. It was convenient to grocery shopping restaurants and miscellaneous.

I am concerned with some of the service lapses at the property. This was my second stay at this hotel and on each stay I’ve requested maid service. Maid service never happened at either stay. Here another service lapse example. I requested additional towels, because of course, there was no one to clean the room and replenish supplies. I called down to the front desk to make the request in the morning and later that afternoon after they hadn’t arrived, I asked a member of the hotel hotel cleaning staff that happened to be in the hallway for additional towels and a bath mat. She stated she had not been informed of the request. She requested i wait until she folded them. She brought them to my room 5 minutes later when folded. These types of simple requests should be easy to handle but were handled badly during my visit.

Everyone was so friendly . Needed extra towels, pillows, bedding , lotion was given without a problem. Arrived early and let us swim while waiting for our room . Happy Hour food was wonderful !... WOW!... gave us complimentary drink from the bar... even though we did not use the coupon... was a nice thought... nice full breakfast with many options... several people worked food area and all were nice, friendly and seemed to love their job (as well as the other employees that we came in contact with ). The pool was nice, just the right temperature, hot tub was sooo relaxing , the pool area clean and always plenty of towels . We looked out the window on the 7th floor by the elevator and seen two deer and a blue heron and couple wild turkeys so we checked every time ! You are doing a wonderful job ... KEEP IT UP !

Front desk let us check in early and upgraded us to a suite because it was my wife's birthday. Free drinks and food in the evening was a great feature. Breakfast was really good. There is plenty to do in the area, close enough to everything.

The suite was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend it.
