Upon arriving I wasn’t told that I had to request housekeeping

The proximity to the spa we visited and the restaurant we had reservations for. The free parking. The blueberry scone was good. The room seemed to be clean,

When we arrived we were told there was complimentary champagne, but never told where to get it. The walls were very thin and could here everyone below, above, and in the hall. We were VERY disappointed by the breakfast. We decided to sleep in because we were told breakfast was served until 11:00. We arrived at the dining area at 10:15 to almost no food. we took a couple of things that were left and sat down. When we returned to freshen our coffee and possibly get something else at 10:30, it was closed.

Beds are soooooooo uncomfortable and walls are super thin (you hear everything going on on your floor). Rooms are very small.

Check in and check out was fast and easy. The staff was friendly, polite and professional. The hotel and rooms were neat and modern. I loved the hard laminate floors throughout. Ideal location with many stores, restaurants and entertainment within walking and driving distance. Free parking in nearby parking garage always a plus.

The room wasn't as clean as I expected it to be. There were food remnants in the sofa bed and hair in the shower area. Sink was stained. The complimentary bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner had not been restocked. No microwave.

The air conditioner was not working properly, no microwave in the room, and we ask twice for our room to be clean.

You had to pay for breakfast. I didn't. But for $15 not a good selection

rooms dont get fully serviced until late in the afternoon. we left our toom at 9am - at 4.30pm when we returned they were just getting to our room, even though we had asked housekeeping to get there earlier because we were going to a wedding. when they finally got to it, bathroom supplies were not replenished and the sink was unkempt

called front desk to inform them that we did not have any shampoo or body wash left in the pump bottles - our request was never answered.

Convenient, clean, quiet. Loved, loved the hydration station with ice and water. The number of electrical connections was awesome! Right out where you can easily access them.

It lacked warmth. It was too modern. Too hip for a 58 year old traveler like me. It was too European and that is not a compliment. Stuff looked sleek, but it showed style over function. Light switches were modern and sleek and slim profile to the wall...How about a switch that you can flip?? Looks less cool but 1000% more functional. Fake hardwood floors is sleek, but not as nice to walk on as carpet.

Great location with restaurants and shopping

Could have been cleaner. The walk to the rooms is a little cumbersome. The lobby is on the second level.
