The condo was very clean and well maintained. Great location. Plenty of towels & pillows for a family of 4 to stay 4 nights. If there were more of us, we would have needed more towels, pillows & blankets. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy. The only recommendation I have is to add a ceiling fan or floor fan to the bedrooms. Beautiful view from the balcony of the ocean. We didn’t try the pools. They looked clean but crowded. Management company sent a helpful email full of recommendations for local places to eat and visit. That was very helpful. We had a nice stay.

The location is great; walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Everything is an easy stroll. The condo was clean and comfortable, and a great stay. A few cosmetic suggestions: remove the rusty grill in the patio, change the old/worn-out toilet seat in the master bathroom, update the old sofas (although comfy), I brought my own sheets to place over them to use OR maybe just steam clean them. Overall the place was great. I'd stay here again, but would be great to keep it updated.

Had a lovely stay. The view is fantastic. Porch had ample seating to enjoy the breeze and a good book. The beds were comfy and the furnishings were too and in good condition. Property was well maintained and having option of heated or in heated pools to choose from was extra perk. TV cable service was unreliable -needing to be reset one or more times most days. But the property manager was super helpful with us the first time helping to troubleshoot and to learn how to fix this on our own the other times it happened . Could benefit from a ceiling fan and black out shades in bedroom, along with a new patio door- this one was peeling paint and didn’t seal properly allowing the beginnings of mildew on the ceiling inside.

The room was nice but needs some attention. As mentioned in other reviews there is a non-functional rustec grill taking up space on the deck. The door knob to the deck was rusted shut, we had to oil it. For travelers who are flying in it would be nice to have beach chairs, toys etc. The day we left the elevators we not working, we were on the 10th floor.
The room was well equipped with everything you needed to prepare your own food. Could have used more towels just enough for each person to have one for the entire week.
Check in process worked well and it was very secure with locked gates at all entrances.

We had a fun time. The condo was a great fit for our family. We did some cooking to save on eating out every meal. The electric grill was rusted out which we would have used. We were bummed that we did not know to bring our own beach towels. There were not enough pickle ball and bean bags to check out to play with our family. Some of the amenities could use a touch up. Overall, the weather was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Cutely decorated and the master bed was very comfortable. Second bedroom bed was more like a child's bunk bed and too short for our adult son. The kitchen already had all the dishes and utensils and we appreciated the soap, trash bag, etc. starter supply kit. Our only complaint was the bedroom windows were frozen closed and the master bedroom bathroom outlet didn't work. Otherwise we really enjoyed the condo! 👍

View was amazing. Could’ve been a little cleaner. One of the burners didn’t work but they fixed quickly. Had issues with the TVs and remotes. Walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. The outdoor grill didn’t work and is completely rusted. Still had a good time!

The views from the balcony were great. The condo is clean and is as pictured on the listing. The kitchen is well stocked with plates and other needs. We had an issue with the lock, and they sent someone over to change the lock within 15 minutes. Hand soap was provided in all the bathrooms and in the kitchen.

This is a lovely condo that has everything you need for a great vacation. It is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. The grounds are very well maintained with swimming pools, hot tubs and tennis courts. And you are right on the beach. Perfect.

Stayed in Saida tower 3, this 10th floor property has amazing views of the beach and lagoon. Easy access to the beach and the main pool is great especially in the afternoon and evening as it is shaded by the towers. One of the first properties you get to in South Padre when you cross the bridge so getting to and from Port Isabel is very easy. Will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed ourselves, but the condo needs some work. Many of the electrical outlets do not work and a tile in the secondary bathroom shower was broken. One of the elevators was broken our entire stay and one was broken for several hours making it impossible to get to the condo for hours as I had my mother and young niece so ten flights of stairs was not possible.

Very nice, and decorated in a beach theme. Loved it! At 10 stories up, the highlight is the gorgeous view of the beach and that pristine sand and water we have come to love over the years. South Padre is our family’s happy place! Always ready to return.

We stayed at Saida 3105 over Thanksgiving week and had a wonderful time with our two grandkids. Our biggest concern was traveling during Covid but the property was very compliant with the guidelines, requiring masks in the elevators and buildings. The unit was well furnished with a GREAT view overlooking the courtyard and gulf. Furniture and beds were comfortable. The weather was perfect and we took advantage of the one heated pool quite a bit. The only downside is the number of dogs at the property detracted from the experience.

We love this condo. With that being said, this was our 5th year to stay here. Our bliss makes us oblivious to some of the minor inconveniences. For instance, the bathroom electrical outlets (in either bathroom) do not work. This is the 5th year they have not worked. And just random outlets in the condo don’t work, like the bottom plugs by the bed (not the top ones, just the bottom...strange...just inconvenient). Also, the smell in the front bathroom is horrendous like sewage. Again, all five years. I’m not sure if there’s anything that can be done about that, but it really is unpleasant. While at the pool, especially on the weekends, people will play music really loud (which is ok) but the music is foul and full of cursing and swearing and children and grandparents are everywhere and no one said anything to them about their choice of music. Upon our arrival the Condo was flooded. A towel was thrown over sink to stop the sink from Leaking. When the property manager got there she said the maids had said there was a little water hours before our check-in but she left it like that for us to arrive to? There was water from the kitchen all the way to the living room. Property manager said that they would get it fixed promptly that wasn’t the case. We had to leave as soon as we arrived so they could clean it up. Not what we wanted to do after a nine hour car ride with teenagers and an eight-year-old! While we were out we received a text that they were shutting off the water in the kitchen. Which wasn’t turned back on for 36 hours of our stay. We asked if we could be made to a unit that didn’t have problems property manager told us she didn’t have any. Never offered anything for our inconvenience I didn’t even hear her apologize. She just made excuses. They only left 6 towels for the whole week for five people. I had to take them to the laundromat myself to wash. The water pressure was messed up so been we got cleaned better outside with the water-hose then in the shower. It was like a dribble it was so bad I took a video. If they fix the water pressure/ left enough towels and the unit wasn’t flooded when we got there I would have given it a much higher rating. The Location was great, amenities were awesome! I would definitely come again but stay at a different unit!
