The house and grounds were perfect for our family celebration. The kitchen was well equipped for food preparation for a large group. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms ample in number. The front porch was large and enabled everyone to gather and play board games and enjoy meals outside. The outdoor fire feather was a wonderful end to enjoyable days. The location is great- private but close to wineries.

We had a wonderful time at hidden hills for a stay of 12 women. There was plenty of space and the number of bathrooms was divine! The wrap around porch was lovely and most of the women lived in the pool during the day. It was heated to perfection. We had issues with the umbrellas falling over because they did not have weighted bases. I called the management team and they delivered sand bags for us which was amazing. A couple of the outdoor chairs are broken but nothing that caused an issue. The property is also very secluded which was incredible for the ambiance. A couple of things I’d also like to shout out. We had an amazing private yoga lesson from Olivia Boles. We had an amazing private chef experience from oak and vine AND great massages on site by Clare of Centeal Coast mobile massage. We did not leave the property for three days and it was blissful. Highly recommend.

We had multiple couples staying and the house was perfect. Everyone had their own room and bathroom and the outdoor space was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Minor rodent problem but other than that property was fine. However, we would not recommend Paso Robles Vacation Rentals. We needed to shift the dates of our original booking from "Sunday thru Saturday" to "Friday thru Thursday". We were charged an additional $455! The explanation we were given for the additional charge was that we would now be staying thru a weekend and rates were higher on the weekends. This makes no sense since we actually freed up a weekend by making the change. In fairness to PRVR all of the people we dealt with were courteous and professional but, they were also illogical, nonsensical and inflexible, and certainly not the owners. We cannot recommend them and will not be using them in the future.

We had an amazing time during our recent stay at this fantastic property. The outdoor area was perfect for our group. We spent many hours outside, swimming, relaxing in the hot tub, grilling delicious meals, and enjoying the fire pit in the evenings. The spacious kitchen and dining room were great for preparing and enjoying meals together, as well as playing games.The property itself was very comfortable and well-maintained. The customer service was excellent – the staff was responsive and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. This was our third time staying here, and we can't recommend it enough. It's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

The property is beautiful. The refrigerator does not work so i recommend bringing an ice chest. The water pressure was at times non existent. Recommend scheduling showers. Last the TV in the main house did not work and the remotes need batteries. If the issues are resolved this would be the perfect place for our annual trip.

We visited in September of 2023 with a large group that included 6 couples and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hidden Hills and Olives! The home was very clean and very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The huge bonus was having a separate bathroom for all 6 couples!! The spaces inside the home were great and the outdoor amenities were awesome with the pool, large gas firepit, bocce and wrap-around porch. Management was super responsive throughout the stay and were great to work with. The property also offers great privacy being out in the country. Highly recommend!!

Hidden Hills Olives and Oaks was a perfect setup for our group of 5 couples and one single. Our group has rented several properties in various California areas and this home is at the top of the list. It has plenty of private bedrooms and bathrooms! Other highlights was the well-stocked kitchen, the large dining table that fit all of us, the covered and heated porch, the gas fire pit, the spa, and the abundant sitting areas around the property. Its location was perfect for accessing everything we wanted to do in the area. We are discussing a return trip when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy the pool!

Our group of 8 gals had the best time at this beautiful home in Templeton. Everything was clean, comfortable and in good working order. The grounds were gorgeous and the pool/hot tub were the perfect temperature. We loved the bedroom set up with 5 of them having en suite bathrooms! Paso Robles Vacation Rentals were so great to work with and very responsive to the few questions that we had. Can't wait to rent from them again -- all their properties look stunning!

We meet up with friends from all over CA every year. we choose Paso Robles because of the central location for everyone to get to. This has been our favorite house so far! This house is stocked with everything you can think of! Games, huge amounts of kitchen utensils and supplies, coffee, plenty of seating, towels, literally everything we needed! The porch is amazing with 2 large tables for eating and several chairs for relaxing. The fire pit is large with lots of seats around to enjoy. Speakers outside, 2 BBQ's, large Casita... we were all so impressed! Rural location away from close neighbors but only 10 min to get to the grocery store. This is a great house and we can't wait to stay here again!

It was really hot during our stay. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful pool which thankfully has a cover to keep the bugs and debris out. There's no shade around the pool but there were two umbrellas provided to move where needed. The beds were very comfortable, ceiling fans in each bedroom, and the upstairs air conditioning worked well. We had an issue with the downstairs temp, and the manager sent help promptly. Lots of games provided and a good layout to gather in the kitchen/TV/dining area. Nice bocce court, although the pallino was missing. The guest house is roomy too with a full kitchen, two bathrooms. Nice and cool in there and very close to the main house. We drove 15-20 minutes to the Fair, downtown Paso, Atascadero zoo, and about 40 minutes to Cambria. There were a few things that could have been cleaned better before our stay-dirty frying pans, dried food stuck on outdoor patio table-but nothing that was a dealbreaker for us. We'd definitely visit again!

This house was amazing! It definitely looks much better in person than it does in the photos. We loved that each room had its own bathroom. The kitchen was completely stocked and has 2 sinks. The outdoor area was relaxing and inviting. Lots of privacy. Very close to groceries stores and other towns. But much closer to wineries. Overall great house. Well suited for hosting larger groups. The extra cottage was amazing. Pretty much a small home with 2 large bathrooms. The AC worked great in both houses. And once again customer service was spectacular! Every time I called they staff at Paso Robles Vacation Rentals was responsive and kind. Some ares of improvements would be to ensure that the BBQ is cleaned, area rugs need to be shampooed, that the pool be serviced on time, and more umbrellas/shade is needed poolside.

This property was perfect for our group of 5 couples. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The pool house was great as one couple stayed in there. Not realizing until we arrived my family had rented this same house in the winter of 2015. The house has been remodeled since then. The bath towels were new and very luxurious. Kitchen is fully stocked. The only issues we had were an upstairs bathroom sink that did not drain properly. Once I told management about it they said the would send someone over to fix it. At that point we were leaving the next day and declined. We had difficulties finding a broom and the drawer in the kitchen that housed the garage was difficult to pull out. Other than that every thing was great. Nice pool and hot tub, bocce ball court, outdoor kitchen and outdoor speakers made for a wonderful time. We would definitely rent this house again.

This is the second time my friends and I have stayed at this property. What a perfect place for a getaway. We fully enjoyed the pool, hot tub, bocci ball and board games. The fully-stocked kitchen and the two grills were perfect for cooking for 13 adults. The beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of room for sleeping arrangements with the extra house. This beautiful rental was enjoyed by 3 generations of family to celebrate my son’s wedding at Terra Mia. The outdoor space was amazing with plenty of room to spread out with lots of seating to relax and appreciate the landscape and gardens. The younger generations used the hot tub and bocce ball, the outdoor porch and fire pit was shared by all. The home also had access for grandma who uses a walker. Paso Robles Realty was very helpful with booking and once we arrived promptly addressed a few small items. Perfect place to celebrate and create family memories. We will rent again in the future

This property was perfect for our group (5 couples plus 1 single)! The house was clean and decorated very nicely. The kitchen was nicely equipped and the large dining table accommodated us all. Everyone couple and the single had their own bedroom and bathroom which was very nice. The yard is amazing! We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, bocce court, fire-pit and porch everyday of our stay. We all would recommend staying here!

Lots of room for 3 families. The inside worked well for us, but the pool, grass, basketball, bocce, fire pit, and all the sitting areas outside were awesome.

October 2020 Stay
This is the second time our group of 9 women who have known each other for 45+ years stayed here. We liked it so much last year that we decided to return! Spacious home, lots of bedrooms (+ bathrooms!) plus the long dining table made it an ideal spot for a few days of rest, crafting, good food, good wine and good conversation.

Nice location, great pool and private space.
We had a few issues during our stay:
- The cleaners used an oil based orange scented cleaner in the oven and did not get it all out. We turned on the oven and had smoke in the house. We had to open all the windows and run the selfcleaning function get this out of the ovens.
- The AC did not work, it was not super hot during our stay but upstairs would get to about 80 degrees at bedtime for our kids. It would have been nice to cool it down just before bedtime. we set both thermostats to cool at 74 and the AC compressor never turned on even thought it was well above 78 in the house. For the daily rate we were paying this is unacceptable.
- the pool cover would not always work, you would have to try the switch a few times. not a big deal but it should be fixed
- There is a rat infestation behind the pool kitchen, its gross and I didn't show my wife or she would have made us leave on the spot.

This home and property are amazing! We were staying in the area for our daughter's wedding and we stayed at this beautiful home for 4 nights. The house and yard are spectacular! The wrap around porch, bocce ball court, and fire pit make your outdoor experience both fun and relaxing. The hosts are available when needed and very accommodating. They have truly thought of everything you will need to enjoy your stay. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hidden Hills Olives and Oaks! We found this place to have family get together from all parts of the country. It has 5 bedrooms in the main house and a bedroom and living room with bunkbeds in the guest house which worked out perfect for us. The house way out in the country hills of Templeton and tucked back in an olive farm. Its a very private location. It has a beautiful pool and spa, bocce ball court, and an amazing gas firepit to gather around. The property is beautiful and had short trails to hike on top of the hill with panoramic views of the countryside and the stars were amazing at night. The rooms were nice with good amenities and a well stocked kitchen and everything was very clean. When we arrived at the property there were no bocce balls but we made a call to the office and they brought out the ball set within an hour. Paso Robles vacation rentals has very friendly staff who were able to give us lots of information on how to use things around the house. We would love to come stay at this house again in the future.

Great property with lots of space. The outdoor heaters are very nice for colder evenings. The many individual bedroom/bathroom combinations give lots of flexibility for larger groups. Highly recommend.
