This property is in a nice are of W Palm Beach. Overall property needs a makeover. Nothing close to what it was in the pictures. Smell of mold, dirty ceiling and A/C vents from not changing the filter in a long time. Found a roach a spider, sofa bed mattress super old, stained, furniture had a moldy smell. Was told we could use the pool, had leaves and was given the pool strainer and left for ME to clean. Only stayed one night because we had a convention in the area. Otherwise would have left the same day. Bathroom had hand soap that was water down, headboard on the bed coming off the wall. Overall not pleased with this property. Not to mention were not able to relax or sleep like we wanted to. NOT pleased at all. FULL refund, would be a nice way to make it up to me and my family. Older reviews I just saw on this property already had the same comments and issues. NOT pleased at at. Will consider using a different service other than this app also

This property would be perfect for 1-2 people. Even though it was a bit cramped for the 3 of us, it was a great overall experience. The neighborhood and the property were wonderful, and Julie our hostess was as good as it gets. The communication from her was almost instantaneous, and she was very pleasant and accommodating.

Was a nice quiet peaceful setting . And the pool kept quite warm for evening soak ;)

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay here. We enjoyed the private pool very much. The apartment was perfectly spacious, very clean and had all the amenities that we needed for our weeks stay. Clean, well thought out, private and peaceful oasis.

The property was so small and cozy. I had a family of 3 and it was perfect and peaceful.

Very nice would definitely recommend stayin here if you lookin for peaceful and a empty mind.

Only thing is that pool area is not private even though Julie and owners go out of their way to make sure your privacy is top priority, it's just the fact that the owners house is next to pool with all the windows, for us at least, was not very comfortable.

Julie’s cottage is unique, lovely, and perfect for 2. Added attraction is the spa pool and yard. We had a restful stay. Central located to shopping and restaurants. You could not ask for a nicer place to stay

We checked-in and checked-out practically 3 hours later. It smelled like mold and we found the place dirty, even after cleaning. We were really surprised as previous reviews said the place was very clean (this is our #1 priority). Julie is very nice, accessible and very welcoming and agreed to refund, so this is a positive thing. From what we were able to see, it is a good location we were just very sad we couldn't enjoy like we had planned.

I loved staying at Julie's cottage. The place had everything I needed, as well as, many very quiet nights of rest. I sat at the pool a few times and Julie's chaises were very comfortable. I will recommend the place to people to come and visit me very close by. I am also recommending the place to a realtor friend of mine who likes to refer friends and family. I was sorry to leave! What a pleasant surprise! This was our first time not staying in a hotel for Spring Training and it worked out beautifully. The cottage was the right size for two people. The quiet neighborhood was a nice alternative to the hustle and bustle of a hotel. Historic Northwood was a less than a mile away - easily walkable - and featured a number of great restaurants. Our hosts were gracious and made us feel at home. We would stay at this property again. Go Nats!

Julie and Reid are the best hosts ever! The cottage is perfect. This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here and it is so comfortable, quiet and just perfect. We are looking forward to our next trip to Florida and staying here again!!

My girlfriend and I booked Julie's place for a week and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The accomodation is ideal for 2 people. It is very comfortable, has full air-con, an ice machine and all the amenities you would expect in a rental. I really liked the portable oven. It worked a treat and I think I will buy one too. The pool was amazing, we used it everyday and we were left in full privacy also. Julie is an absolute gem. She washed all out laundry, gave us plenty of tips and advice and also gave us a box of cookies. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who likes a relaxing chilled out holiday with their other half.

Our stay at Royal Palm in West Palm Beach was delightful. The bungalow was pleasing with the art and decor. It was fully equipped. Bedding,bath supplies, kitchen staples and controllable a/c. The only down side was that the sleeper sofa was not too comfortable to sit on for 2weeks to watch tv. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and outside furniture. We would recommend this property for a quiet trtreat. We ubered everywhere. Clematis Street was anout an 8 minute ride and Palm Beach 8min. Also .

Hostess was very helpful. Guest house was well equipped and backyard was like paradise!

It was a long drive but worth it. the cottage was very inviting. Very private with all the amenities.Julie and Reid were very kind and we became good friends immediately. We couldn't stay as long as we liked, but they were very helpful and understanding. We suggest that you book early to stay here. It is a wonderful, one of a kind cottage. My husband and I both loved the cottage here. It was cozy, clean and very comfortable. The private pool was perfect and the neighborhood quaint and very nice. Wish we could have stayed longer, and looking forward to staying there again in the future. So much better than a hotel! A home away from home!

Everything was working and unit was clean expected a little more room and surrounding area was a little suspect. Owners very nice an accommodating.

Our cottage could not have been any better. So much better than staying in a hotel. Very clean, had everything we needed. Even had condiments, full size refrigerator with a great ice maker. The owners, Julie & Reid were just amazing! So welcoming & there if we needed help with anything but gave you your privacy. Would for sure go back. Also the pool and patio area was great!!

Very bittersweet today we are leaving for home after a fabulous two week stay at Royal Palm Cottage! Very Clean cozy and filled with lovely furniture and artwork. We had plenty of room to store our belongings and dined in several nights to enjoy our surroundings. Despite the chilly weather my husband enjoyed his daily exercise in the heated pool and Julie and Reid made sure the pool lights were on late evening for him! They were the most welcoming hosts and were there whenever needed but also gave us privacy. Thank you Julie, Reid and Winston for sharing your beautiful property with us we hope to return soon❤️

This cute little cottage is just perfect... Julie and Reid are the best hosts you could ask for.. Lovely outside area with a beautiful pool.. totally relaxing environment.
