Dieses alte Bergdorf liegt nur wenige Minuten von den großartigen Restaurants und Geschäften am Coleman Boulevard in Mount Pleasant sowie wenige Kilometer von den Stränden der Insel Sullivan entfernt. Eine kurze 10-minütige Fahrt bringt Sie in die Innenstadt von Charleston. Haus ist gehoben, voll möbliert und gut eingerichtet, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder nach Hause. Das Haus verfügt über Wohnbereiche (Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Küche) für bis zu 6 Personen. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, die im Haus zur Verfügung stehen, und Parkplätze für 2 Autos in der Einfahrt. Neben dem Haus befinden sich 1500 m² und ein Außenbereich mit einer Tiki-Bar, Tischen, einem Minikühlschrank sowie einer Außendusche, in der Sie sich nach einem Tag am Strand abwaschen können.

It was a great place to stay, very nice area, great communication no issues

I dislike staying in other places but would clearly go back to this home. We were very comfortable there and enjoyed the area. Home was very clean and enjoyable.

Charleston SC did not disappoint. Lazy Turtle was a very nice place to stay. Access into the house was very easy. The house had everything you needed for cooking. There were some things listed on Website that were not there like paper towels, toilet paper and ice in freezer but when I got in contact Maggie she brought them right over. One other thing that wasn’t replenished was shampoo, which again on website said the house had. Instead of bothering Maggie again I just bought some at the store.
Maggie was very easy to communicate with. Location was good, close to Shem Creek and Isle of Palm Beach.
The only thing I would suggest is if you are going to advertise you have a room under the house that is usable then it should be cleaned up to use.
The Tiki Bar, lounge chairs, ping pong table and area around it was very dirty. No way anything downstairs was usable while we were staying there. But overall I would recommend Lazy Turtle.

My wife and I have stayed at The Lazy Turtle before, and it has always been an enjoyable stay. The house is tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood in Old Mount Pleasant that offers safe atmosphere and beautiful scenery for evening walks. The house is comfortable and clean. Maggie is a joy to work with and helped us have a wonderful time in Mount Pleasant. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again.

Granddaughter Visit
We love Charleston and were there to visit our granddaughters. The location of the house was good as it was near many of the attractions we were visiting. The check in and check out process was clear and easy to do. The upstairs part of the house was clean and nicely decorated.

Great Vacation 2021
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Lazy Turtle. Maggie was great to work with and she and her husband have done a wonderful job with this property. This was the most organized rental we have ever had - and we have been dealing with VRBO for over 10 years. Everything we needed was provided.
The location of the property is wonderful. It is nestled into a quiet neighborhood that provides enjoyable evening walks with beautiful views of old homes, the marsh and the ocean. Mount Pleasant, Charleston and the beach are all with in short distance of this home. I highly recommend this rental to anyone.

Perfect vacation rental!
We could not have asked for a better experience than staying at this home with our family of 5. Easy check-in, super clean and plenty of space for everyone. Our teenagers especially loved the hangout space downstairs. Sullivan’s Island was only a five minute drive away and plenty of restaurants and stores close by as well. Maggie, the owner ,was always helpful and responded immediately to any questions. We would highly recommend this vacation rental and definitely will stay here again.

Great location
We spent 6 weeks at Maggie’s house and loved it. Maggie has thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay. The location is wonderful. It is close to Pitt Street Bridge, Shems Creek, Sullivans Island and Historic Charleston.

Great location, quiet neighborhood

Best place in Mt. Pleasant!
Our family loved staying here! We’ve loved Sullivan’s Island and all of the wonderful places to eat and visit which are so close by. We’ve stayed in many places in the area, but this location was the best for our needs. It was spacious, had all of the necessities, and the owner easily returned messages. We can’t wait to stay again!
