Beds were a little uncomfortable and very low to the ground. Otherwise we had a great stay and would stay again.

Enjoyed this stay with my husband and two dogs. The house is very roomy and very clean. Even though it's older, everything is tidy and appliances work fine and it would be ideal for a group since there's a lot of space. The owners were super communicative, worked around us and were flexible with having workers come to the house, based around our schedule. Very pleasant, very responsive. It is a drive to the beach, but there's a park right behind the house with a lake (saw my first gator!!), that has gorgeous walking trails. The location is not swanky or fancy but for the price this is a great find, a great chill place for families or friend groups.

This house was just what we needed. Close to family and plenty of space to spread out. The short walk to the park is an added bonus. The owners response to any questions was immediate and helpful. The overall cleanliness was ok. Some areas were obviously neglected, but nothing we couldn't handle. Overall it was a great experience.

Getting my Clearwater home tented for pesky termites again, I am so happy we decided on this nearby home instead of a questionable local motel. There was tons of room & my 2 cats were quite happy with all the windows to look out of. The owners were available within minutes for any questions via the VRBO site. Thank you Gustavo & Tara!!

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks. Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Great location as it was close to places we planned on visiting. Owner’s response was quick when we had questions. Large roomy house that was clean and in nice shape. Special bonus was a large park one block away where we walked the dogs daily on miles of paths.

Nice hosts and good communicators. House is adequate with plenty of space. House could use some updates and one room's mattress was on the very hard side. Could also use some new pots/pans and additional necessities like paper towels and dish soap would be nice. Not a bad location for the price I would just bring some cooking gear if you plan to cook!

Ok, I admit I was a little hesitant when reviewing this listing and making this reservation. However, Gustavo and Tara were quick to respond and great to work with. I had business near the Clearwater airport and my wife and 12 year old twins tagged along to enjoy the Beaches. The house was just as advertised; clean, simple, nice/safe neighborhood, centrally located and reminded me of the “Brady Bunch” type house I grew up in. Not a lot of “flair” but was comfortable, had plenty of space to spread out, centrally located between great beaches and Tampa, affordable, and much better than staying in a hotel. Plus, Gustavo and Tara were great hosts and easy to work with. Will definitely come back! Thank you!!

Very nice 3 bedroom / 2 bath house. All appliances and bathrooms worked well. Sparse on furnishings but adequate for our needs. Easy to locate ( need street lights though) and central to our travels. Loved the lock, best one I've seen. Would rent again.

This is a large, clean, 3 bedroom 2 bath house with a living room, dinning room, family room and screened rear porch. Close to a great park for walks. However, it is sparsely furnished; 1 queen and 2 double beds, little furniture in the living room , or family room, no dressers in the bedrooms. Close to most things; enjoyed our stay out of the snow!

We spent 10 days at house It was perfect! 3 good sized bedrooms 2 fully functional bathrooms Big kitchen And tonnes of common room space We served Christmas dinner for 11 And had plenty of room! The hosts responded within minutes to every question and were very helpful! It was so much nicer than separate hotel rooms for our family vacation which included myself and husband and our 20 year old daughter (slept on a blow up in our room) my aunt and uncle and my mom and dad (who appreciated the en-suite) We also had family staying nearby in their trailer who spent time at the house with tonnes of room to spare! Everything was clean and tidy on our arrival. Friendly neighbors chatted us up on occasion as well. We would 100% recommend this house/family

This house is a great choice for anyone looking for a central mid-county location that is convenient to a variety of Pinellas destinations. It is a big house with lots of space for a family, and was very clean upon our arrival. I was pleased to find Eagle Lake Park, a big natural area with several miles of trails, half a block away. Gustavo was an excellent host, and was very responsive to any questions or concerns. The only quibble is that the kitchen is somewhat worn, and the cookware offerings are a bit thin if you plan to do much cooking. Other than that, I give it two thumbs up.

The property is clean, in a centralized location and from what I can tell a safe neighborhood. It is a nice place to stay if you have activities to keep you busy and are only in need of a place to change clothes between trips to the beach and somewhere to sleep. The use of the garage to store for our cargo carrier and car overnight was appreciated. There is a good amount of value for this property. This property is not a place to spend a lot of time at and be comfortable. The furnishings are sparse. The living room consists of a glider, couch and an old TV. Enough for 3-4 people. The bedrooms are furnished with platform beds that were just inches above the ground and very difficult to get off of in the morning if you are older or have back/knee issues. For the price, none of these issues are deal breakers, but you should be aware that this is not a home that you would comfortably spend a majority of your waking hours at. Please be aware that one of the reviews mentioned that there was a fenced back yard. As of 7/30/2018, that is not accurate. This is not a fault with the property as it is not listed by the owner of the property as a feature but because we read it in the review, we were expecting it. I mention this here so that future renters don't make that assumption.

It’s a very cute and comfortable home. The neighborhood was quiet which was great!! and not to far from the beach or shops!

We came to the area for a wedding. We were looking for an affordable house to fit my family of 5 and my sister-in-law's family of 3. This was the perfect place. Much more spacious than the photos appear. It is close everything we wanted to do. The owner mentioned a rec center and park nearby. It is also right down the street from the YMCA. If you are a member elsewhere (we are in Ohio), you may use their facilities and pool! Thanks so much for a great and affordable stay! We will definitely consider staying here again when we come to visit.

Gus was great to work with!!! Easy check in and very helpful after about some house details. He gets right back to you via the App and email. Even from 6 hours ahead of East Coast Time!!! Great location to get around Clearwater and the surrounding area. Lots or room to lounge, eat and sleep. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Best water pressure I've ever experienced away form home. Would definitely book again!!! THANKS!

What we've liked: * Great location: close to just about everything: helpful to have lots of stores nearby for groceries, etc. Lovely park with walking trail and boardwalk pier/lake within walking distance. Lots of bird life, turtles and pretty scenery. Central Largo park (7 min drive) is a must see if you have young children or grands--awesome playground, sandbox (bring your own toys), and a miniature train that runs 1st weekend of the month. * Great layout: lots of open space, laminate floors are smart to have for kitchen and family room. Bedrooms are spacious; 2 full bathrooms also helpful. Central air works well, although a little anemic in the back room closest to the yard. * Clean! Everything was very clean--floors, surfaces, etc. Much appreciated. * Fenced in back yard is a plus, whether for children or pets. Fun watching the geckos. *Kitchen is easy to work in, all newer appliances and built in dishwasher is wonderful (and it works well!). * Laundry room/washer/dryer also really nice to have. What's was "ok": Bedding: it's adequate, not fancy. Be aware that this property allows pets on a limited basis. Furnishings: what's here is nice and functional. Would appreciate a small chest of drawers in each bedroom and maybe a straight chair. What could have been better: * Outdoor grill: was very full with ashes, and the grill itself was pretty dirty. We emptied the ashes and scrubbed up the grate. * House supplies: no kitchen trash container--we purchased one for present and future use. * Hangers: too few and low quality. We purchased sturdier plastic hangers, so that each closet would have enough. Really a must if no dressers. * Consider outlet covers: since this home is ideal for families with young children, this would be appreciated. We used clear tape to cover the outlets, most of which are within reach of little ones. Overall: a very good experience, and we'd come back again.

We were a little worried on the way there about the house being a little crammed as many Florida houses are, but we were impressed when we found the size of this rental home was exceeding what we even wanted! The house is very clean smells fresh has a very neat patio/sunroom area that was very nice to have breakfast in! Everything you need and nothing that you don't. We liked staying in the quiet neighborhood and the people around us were polite. Publix was less than 10 minutes away so was Kroger and Costco and sams club and the beach was not too much further it's located perfectly in the center of everything we came to see! We will definitely be staying here again! Owners are very nice and responsive to messages and requests. Wish every experience was like this one! Thank you!

Nice, quite area that's only 15-20 minutes from anything you'd want to do. House was good and felt like I was at my own home.

The house is located in a wonderful, quiet area about 15 minutes from Clearwater Airport and by the Largo Rec which has a pool and huge indoor play area and pool just minutes away (great for kids!). Beaches are 15 minutes away. The house is spacious and clean. The owners were easy to work with and provided us with WIFI access which was nice. Here are the downers: The AC is on a timer and shuts off. Nothing worse than walking out of the Florida heat into a 83 degree home. There maybe some trick to it, but I sure did not know what it was. Some of the bedrooms rooms didn't cool down a lot even though the AC was blowing in. There is an easy fix though: buy some fans at Walmart if you plan to use all the rooms and need it cool. I borrowed fans from family and made a wind tunnel. It circulated the cool air better. The master bedroom stays cool and has a ceiling fan. Secondly, the bathtub drained slowly. Tough with little ones to get them clean. Lastly the rooms need a light filtering shade. This said, it was a great deal. Plenty of room for my family. No loud drunks or people partying at night that you can get at beach condos. We fished during the day, saw my local family in between, and felt secure at night. We did not use the kitchen much but used their toaster/fridge/dishwasher. The beds were comfortable. The best part was there is a washer and dryer. Allows you to travel light and have space for souvenirs. A few times we played games that were there and watched cartoons with the kids on the couch via cable/satellite. Good times. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a family friendly deal or someone wanting more space than a hotel. Again, the owners seemed awesome and were great to work with. I would stay here again.

This home is very spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. My family did not go for vacation, but still felt at home while staying there. All appliances are a bit outdated but they all work perfectly fine. If we are ever in that area, definitely would stay there again.

This was a great vacation home for our family. Split floor plan was great, it was really nice having the kids on one side of the house and us on the other. So convenient to have a washer and dryer, along with a full kitchen. Appliances included a dishwasher and coffee maker. We had some problems with the garbage disposal, however, the owners had the issue repaired right away. Neighborhood is centrally located. 15 minutes from beach. Several great restaurants in the area. Grocery store about 5 minutes away. Dog park within walking distance. Safe neighborhood and very quiet. It was our first family vacation and we had a GREAT time. We definitely would rent this home again for another vacation.
